V prvních dvou kapitolách se zaměříme na efek- tivní teorii pro resonance, která interpoluje mezi nízkoenergetickou efektivní teorií (Chirální poruchová teorie) a vysokoenergetickou QCD. V rámci této teorie studu- jeme jednosmyčkovou renormalizaci, jak z pohledu výpočetního pomocí SS-PP korelátoru, tak i čistě koncepčního studiem dynamicky generovaných stupňů vol- nosti. Ve čtvrté kapitole studujeme amplitudy rozptylu v rámci nelineárního sig- ma modelu, který představuje vedoucí člen nízkoenergetické efektivní teorie pro QCD. V návaznosti na nedávné objevy v rámci Yang-Mills teorie se nám podaří v rámci tohoto modelu zkonstruovat rekurzivní relace pro stromové amplitudy. Kromě čistě teoretické důležitosti tohoto faktu představuje tato metoda efektivní výpočetní nástroj nezávislý na formulaci amplitud pomocí Feynmanovských dia- gramů. The thesis deals with influence of different types of nominal rate of personal income tax on the progressivity of effective taxation of different types of taxpayers in the member states of the European Union. The thesis is conceived for the year 2012. The first part of the thesis presents views of the economists on the progressivity of taxation. Next part contains a summary of scholarly literature that deals with effective taxation, tax progressivity and influence of individual elements of a personal income tax system on the effective taxation. The own work deals at first with research of effective taxation and progressivity of effective taxation in selected individual states of the European Union, which are: the Republic of Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Austria. This part describes how individual elements of the personal income tax system affect effective taxation and its progressivity. Second part of the own work is focused on comparison of the effective taxation and its progressivity across the selected countries.

Vacek, J. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. The diploma thesis deals with the economic evaluation of the investment into en-ergy- efficient concepts of buildings and with the economic evaluation of the op-timization of the current energic solutions. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a general tool in MS Excel for the economic evalution mentioned above. And consequently is to execute the test of this program in terms of application on the real case study. The results are simulated in Crystal Ball based on Monte Carlo method to eliminate the risk of uncertainty.

The topic of this thesis is The Importance of Manager´s Communication. Communication is highly important for managerial activities, because they use in their work consantly. Managers use different methods to transfer information to their subordinates, superiors, colleagues or business partners. This thesis focuses on the level of communication skills of a manager in the chosen organization. The theoretical part is compiled based on the literature and it is divided into two sections, management and communication. Pilot study in the practical part is realized in the form of an interview with the head of the personnel department and on its basis were subsequently drafted questions for research through a survey, which assesses and compares the importance of various elements of managerial communication. Outputs of the survey are processed into graphs and tables using statistical methods.

Recent years a lot of debates have been taking place around Russias dependence on natural resources, especially on crude oil and natural gas, and consequent necessity to escape from it through diversification of the Russian economy. The research problem of the present doctoral thesis therefore is to investigate whether Russia demonstrates any success in this process or not. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze Russian economic performance along with Russian producers (representing corresponding economic sectors) relative position towards foreign rivals in external and internal markets and via investigation of the real effective exchange rate of ruble and quality of Russian institutions shed some light on the presence of Natural resource curse phenomenon in the Russian economy. The analysis of Russian economic performance in the light of competitiveness was seen as justified since the results of that analysis may reveal the existence of perspective points of growth in the economy. In the final stage of the research the existence of a long-run interrelationship was checked among the structure of Russian export basket, GDP growth, price of crude oil and the real effective exchange rate of Russian ruble with the use of Johansen cointegration technique.

Definition of communication is very broad. It belongs to the most important aspects of personal and professional life. The success of the individual in society dependends on his communication skills. This thesis Understanding of communication among managers is focused on communication and its elements, which managers use during the working process. The first part of the thesis is a literature review, which is focused to gain theoretical base of the issue. Here below will be analyzed several aspects, such as, concepts of management, managerial functions and roles, communication and its elements of the effective communication within organization and communication channels. The second part will be focused on the apllication of knowledge and experience among selected samples of respondents on leading positions, which attache importance to communication. The data collection and evaluation of the results has been used through questionnaire. Conclusion of the thesis is an overall assessment of the results collected through the investigation mentioned above

The thesis Importance of communication elements for management focuses on finding the importance of communication and communication elements, importance and use of communication forms, communicated content and channels of communication in the work of managers. The thesis is divided into a theoretical solutions and actual own work. In the first part, which deals with the literature review, there is information related to communication and management. theoretical solutions obtained in the literature research are subsequently reflected in the actual processing of the own work. Own work is processed to determine the role played by communication and its elements in the work of managers. To obtain the necessary information has been compiled questionnaire, in which the questions were based on the findings obtained in the literature research. The data obtained were subsequently analyzed.

The diploma thesis Importance of communication elements for management is divided into four main part. The first part is defines aims of the diploma thesis and methodological approach to reach these aims. The second part is based on theoretical knowledges mainly of management. This part analyse in detail about manager work and especially about interpersonal communication. The third part contain quantitative research among selected managers and processing primary data. This part provides summarized opinions and experiences of respondent. The final part compile results of survey. Evaluation is completed by recommendation.

The diploma thesis deals with the importance of various elements of communication for work of manager. Communication is important and we use it in private and in working life. This thesis is divided into two main parts. The first main part includes an overview of the solved problem that is treated on the basis of scientific literature listed in the bibliography. It contains an explanation of the concept and its management, management level, manager, managerial functions, managerial roles and leadership. Next is analyzed in detail the concept of communication, verbal and nonverbal forms and their further division. Finally there are elements of an effective communication, communication channels and the most frequent mistakes in communication. The second main part includes data obtained from a questionnaire survey of managers. Follow their analysis and statistical surveys. In conclusion these results are evaluated.

The art of communication is important for everyone but for managers is one of the pillars of their work. The better communicate with colleagues the better the results that they and their teams are doing. Transmission, processing and storage of information are the fundamental processes for effective internal communication. Proper internal communication is used as a tool for meeting the objectives of the company based on quality transmission of information. The dissertation is focused on the significance of the key elements of communication affecting the performance of management activities based on study of scientific literature and research in the practical part. Outputs obtained by processing the results of the research questionnaires can be used to develop communication skills of executives and to improve the way information transfer towards subordinates.
