Marketing for nonprofit organisations and methodological guide for them

Münch, Michael Robert Maria January 2015 (has links)
This thesis has the objective, to propose a methodology for the incorpora-tion of the key marketing concepts reflecting the specifics of non-profit or-ganisations and more specifically of kindergartens. On the way to achieve the aim of this dissertation, it will be shown how current marketing strategies can be adapted in practice. This is proven by actual numbers and a statistical re-search on the interdependence of actions and results of the different organisa-tions. By analysing the current state of literature on the one hand and an em-pirical survey in non-profit kindergartens on the other a guide for the use of modern marketing instruments in non-profit organisations will be created. New ways of marketing for NOPs will be highlighted and their practibility and adaptability in kindergartens is reflected. In the theoretical part demonstrstes the status of non-profit organisations in the economic and societal environment in general and afterwards it is ana-lysed how their position differs from that of classic for-profit organisations. Thus it shows that the still rising importance of the non-profit sector in our maturing economic environment and in our societies requires a professional and marketing-oriented management approach, in order to create and maintain strong organisations that achieve their aims in this growing sector of the 21st century. It becomes clear how important marketing activities are even for non-profit organisations like kindergartens that usually try to convince people by their mission and objectives alone. There is a need for a corporate management in NPOs as well as in FPOs. Since this is not enough in an environment where all types of organisations, ideas, products and services compete with each other it is mandatory for a non-profit organisation to act similar to a normal company and actively sell its ideas and services.

Určení optimality technologie bioplynových transformací čiroku (Sorghum vulgare) =:Determination of Technology Optimality of Sorghum (Sorghum vulgare) Biogas Transformations /

Jaša, Stanislav January 2018 (has links)
Sorghum belongs to one of the new energy plants. Thanks to its effective yield and increasing tolerance to cold it thus becomes an alternative to the main energy plant of today – maize. This thesis analyses productivity of biogas station in conditions of Highland, Czech Republic, using sorghum as substrate for anaerobic digestion. The feeding batch composed of mix of maize and sorghum produces 10 620 m3 biogas with costs of 1.89 CZK.kWe-1. The designed feeding batch composed of maize only produces under otherwise unchanged conditions 10 620 m3 biogas with costs of 1.69 CZK.kWe-1.

Model podniku pro chov jatečných králíků

Skácel, Pavel January 2018 (has links)
This thesis describes and explores the current possibilities and obstacles in the rabbit breeding sector. It is based on many years of experience in rabbit farming and overall interest in the sphere. There are named the factors determining the possibilities of setting up rabbits, all the necessary stabling capacity, cage technology, feed, breeding material resources, slaughtering rabbit sales, pricing and common problems associated with farm running. The thesis tries to keep real costs of revenues and costs in order to ascertain in a clear and objective way the reality or the unreality of entry into this branch. At present, it is not possible to set up a large enterprise with annual production in the order of hundreds of thousands of rabbits for slaughter. That is why the model of a small family business, which can be served by two people, is worked out. The work tries to answer the question whether a small farm would be able to cover the investment costs together with the normal costs and still generate a profit to the family.
