Optimalizace funkce obnovitelných zdrojů elektrické energie na bázi palivových článků, akumulátorů a FV panelů pro malé výkony. / Optimization of operation of renewable electric energy sources based on fuel cells, accumulators and FV panels for small powers.

Holeček, Martin January 2016 (has links)
The first part of the research is motivated to provide citations deeper to the literature of optimal control principles that could be linked to the system optimization problem, discuss these principles and various ways to apply them. Then we describe one fuel cell, accumulator and photovoltaic standalone system along with the most used equations from the literature. Next, we formulate the problem of optimal control for this system to optimize the system financial cost in the best case and we process to describe and discuss the numerical optimal control algorithm - multiple shooting - that will be used to solve the problem, that was not used in literature so far in conjunction with the problem. The codes and numerical simulations are also provided. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Energetické právo a ochrana životního prostředí / Energy law and protection of the environment

Vohnoutová, Alena January 2011 (has links)
The aim of my thesis is to create a comprehensive overview of energy law with special focus on its influence on the environment. It especially deals with individual renewable energy sources and their support, construction of facilities utilizing these sources and their impact on the environment. Last but not least, in each chapter I draw attention to recent or expected amendments to relevant legislation. In the first chapter I divide sources of energy into the fossil, nuclear and renewable ones. Besides presenting the basic characteristics of such sources, I also deal with the time period in which the humankind will run out of their supplies, as well as with detrimental effects that their mining and processing have on the environment. Based on the classification included in the Act on the Promotion of Renewable Energy Sources, I continue with classifying the renewable energy sources to wind power, energy of water and solar radiation, geothermal energy, biomass and biogas. I consider their benefits, but also their harmful effects on the environment. Each subchapter also contains a part that deals with the potential of such resources in the Czech Republic. Since Czech energy law is influenced by both international and European laws, I dedicate the next chapter to them. On the level of international...

Posuzování vlivu na životní prostředí v právu unijním, rakouském a českém / Environmental Impact Assessment in the European, Austrian and Czech Legal Regulation

Škrabalová, Kristina January 2011 (has links)
The process of environmental impact assessment is a control procedure that aims to summarize and evaluate the impact of a project on the environment at the stage of project planning and thus to reduce its potential negative impacts in the future. One of the main ideas of the EIA process is to avoid since the very beginning problems and confrontation which would otherwise appear in the future in connection with the planned project. This principle is particularly important in cases of transboundary assessment where communication between countries and joint consultations on the project in its early stages of planning might prevent potential conflicts and disruption of mutual relations in the future resulting from an already implemented plan. The cornerstone of a transboundary assessment is the understanding that the harmful effects of a specific project do not stop at the borders of one state, but can reach a territory of many other countries, mutual cooperation in this subject is thus with regard to environmental protection necessary. The necessity of such a cooperation on one hand, as well as its pitfalls and difficulties on the other hand, are illustrated in the case of transboundary EIA between the Czech Republic and Austria, that is specifically in the case of the construction of the nuclear power plant...

ReiKi jako legální doping ve sportu / ReiKi as a Legal Doping in Sports

Faltus, Jiří January 2011 (has links)
Title: ReiKi as a Legal Doping in Sports Problem specification: In professional sport performance is a variable, which influences almost everything. The sportsmen are aware of that and they feel under the pressure. That is why many of them use the illegal doping. But is it really the only way? We have already learned to train the corporeal part and later even the psychical part. Is not logical to pay the same attention to the spiritual part? Is it possible, that for example influence of a spiritual energy (ReiKi and familiar methods) could affect the sport performance? Objectives: To proof or disprove a hypothesis about accepting the spiritual energy and its influence on sport performance and alternatively suggest particular application of this factor in sport practice. To offer an alternative way to accomplish better performance without using unhealthy drugs to sportsmen is the general objective of this work. Methods: The work was solved in a form of studying the cases using some couples of monozygotic twins. The basic idea lay in placement one of the sibling to the program of regular ReiKi therapies. The twins did the same kind of sports, in which was observed their performance. To get more complex point of view there were placed even regular sportsmen to the research. These sportsmen went...

Modélisation du stockage de l’énergie photovoltaïque par supercondensateurs / Modelling of storage of the photovoltaic energy by supercapacitors

Camara, Mohamed Ansoumane 04 July 2011 (has links)
The storage by ultracapacitors of photovoltaic energy is modeled in order to have an accurate and accessible model to integrate ultracapacitors into solar energy conversion systems. Ultracapacitors are modeled by a multibranch circuit representation composed of resistors and capacitors with variable voltage whose values are determined by an accurate characterization experiment. Moreover, all the elements of a typical photovoltaic energy conversion system are modeled by using the Matlab/Simulink software (solar radiation, photovoltaic panels, batteries and charges). The energy storage model by ultracapacitors is then validated by the good agreement of measured values taken in real conditions with the results provided by simulations. Finally, two examples are proposed and discussed: the determination of the storage duration of ultracapacitors versus solar irradiance and ambient temperature, and the integration of ultracapacitors in the electrical feeding system of a DC motor to reduce the electrical current peak of the battery at the start of the motor

Electricity Smart Metering in the Czech Republic: Status and Future Challenges / Electricity Smart Metering in the Czech Republic: Status and Future Challenges

Vaniš, Zdeněk January 2010 (has links)
This work deals with technology and innovation management issues on the particular case of electricity smart metering in the Czech Republic. The popular literature on this topic is not reflecting on industries with high level of regulation in demand determination, which is the precise case of this industry. Positions of distribution network operators, technology suppliers, end-consumers and the regulatory players are analyzed. Comparison with other European countries is shown with market development predictions also taking part of the analysis. The outcome of this work reflects on the 2012 decision of the regulatory authority in the Czech Republic, which is to decide on a mandatory roll-out of this technology. This work presents the path towards this decision and discusses the potential outcomes.
