Vliv řízení průtoku vzduchu hlasivkami na dynamickou stabilizaci stoje / Influence of airflow control with vocal cords on dynamic stand stabilization

Rybáčková, Kristýna January 2019 (has links)
Title: The effect of airway control on stance dynamic stability Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find out whether and how will the influence of vocal cords modulation be manifested on the dynamic stabilization of the standing body during translational shifts of the supporting surface of different intensities and A-P directions. Thus, building on the findings of Massery et al (2013). Methods: The thesis has the character of qualitative research. The experiment was attended by 23 healthy probands, of which 7 men and 16 women aged 20-40 years. Spirometry was used to test the objectivity of airway airflow during breathing / phoning maneuvers with different vocal cords positioning and dynamic computer posturography using the Neurocom Smart Equi Test System and its Motor Control Test, which evaluated the effectiveness of automatic postural responses. We connected the posturograph with the spirometer using the Kistler accelerometer (type 8766A100BB). The course of the experiment was simultaneously recorded by a camera (GoPro Hero 7). The Smart EquiTest System generated three postural perturbations of different intensity (S - sub treshold, M - threshold, L - saturating) in two directions (anterior translation / posterior translation). The measured data were then processed in the program Neurocom...

Klocová, Kateřina January 2018 (has links)
Title: Influence of acute sleep deprivation on human postural stability Aim: This diploma thesis is aimed to objectively investigate the influence of acute sleep deprivation on human postural stability using dynamic computerized posturography. Methodology of thesis: 7 young and healthy women (n = 7), mean age 24 (± 0,77) were enrolled into this pilot study. These subjects were picked up on the basis of a preliminary questionnaire survey using the Czech validated version of MEQ questionnaire to meet the same (neutral) chronotype condition. During 24 h of continuous wakefulness all participants had to adhere to special regimen to avoid undesirable distortion of the results. Postural stability was measured before and after the therapeutic intervention using NeuroCom SMART EquiTest System. The obtained data were processed with use of Neurocom Balance Manager Software. Paired t-test was used for statistical analysis, to evaluate clinical significance of the intervention Cohen's d was used. Results: The results confirm influence of 24-h sleep deprivation on human postural stability. After this time decreased sensory organization while maitaining balance was observed. However this fact has not been statistically significant. In case of automatic postural reactions, divergent data were obtained depending...

Vomáčková, Helena January 2020 (has links)
I ABSTRACT Autor: Mgr. Helena Vomáčková Title: The Possibilities of Evaluation of the Sport Performance on the Postural Functions - CDP Normative Data for Sport Population Objective: The main aim of the dissertation is to determine the standardized values (normative data) of individual parameters of test protocols obtainable with usage of dynamic computer posturography of the NeuroCom SMART EquiTest System (hereinafter SMEQ). The partial second goal is to compare the determined normative data with the existing values used for routine evaluation of postural stability given by the SMEQ software. Another partial goal is to determine the reliability of individual test parameters in an additional pilot survey. Methods: Data for the determination of standardized values were obtained by laboratory measurements using the SMEQ system and subsequently were converted, unified and adjusted for further processing by statistical "software R". To determine the normative data, an input data-set obtained from a deliberately selected group of active athletes (n = 245) in the selected age range of 20 - 30 years with an average age of 24,04 (± 1,23 years), with an average body height of 173, 29 (± 10,04 cm), mean body weight 68,46 (± 13,10 kg) and mean BMI 22,67 (± 3,04) was used. To calculate the predicted normative data for...
