Der unbehandelte Herz-Kreislauf-Stillstand führt zwangsläufig zum Tod des Patienten. Die anfängliche Überlebensrate von 90% fällt mit jeder weiteren Minute um 10%. Von neurologischen Schäden ist ab der 4. Minute eines Herz-Kreislauf-Stillstands auszugehen. Nach 10 Minuten kann man schon nicht mehr von einer erfolgreichen Reanimation ausgehen. Die vorliegende Untersuchung beschäftigt sich mit dem Problem, das sich dem First-Responder bei Eintreffen am Einsatzort stellt. Um die Chancen auf eine langfristig erfolgreiche Reanimation des Patienten zu optimieren, ist es wichtig, dass der einzelne First-Responder in der Lage ist, den Zeitvorteil von 5 Minuten vor Eintreffen weiterer professioneller Hilfe mit einer hochwertigen und vor allem gleichmäßigen Reanimation zu überbrücken. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde untersucht, inwieweit der First-Responder hierbei durch den Einsatz eines halbautomatischen Hilfsgeräts unterstützt wird. / Untreated cardiac arrest leads unavoidable to death. The upcoming examination deals with the problem, a first responder will have when having reached the scene. To optimze the chance of a successful resuscitation it is inevitable to bridge the time gap until further professional help will arrive with a top quality and consistent cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The dissertation further examines the support a semiautomatic device will give to the first responder.

Im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements sollte eine Analyse der First-Responder- (FR) bzw. Helfer-vor-Ort (HvO) Einsätze in Würzburg und Umgebung nach dem zweiten Jahr nach Einführung auf der Basis der verpflichtenden Dokumentation erfolgen. Es sollte vor allem geprüft werden, ob der Einsatz der FR medizinisch nachweisbare Vorteile für die Notfallopfer bringt. Darüber hinaus sollte das Einsatzspektrum sowie der Umfang der erbrachten Leistungen analysiert werden. Grundsätzlich ist das möglichst schnelle Eintreffen der First-Responder am Einsatzort eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für den Erfolg der Notfallhilfe. Daher sollten in den verschiedenen Einsatzstellen die Abläufe von der Alarmierung bis zur Anfahrt nachträglich genau analysiert werden, um etwaige Schwachstellen aufzudecken, die möglicherweise zu einer verlängerten Anfahrtszeit führten. Darüber hinaus sollte hinterfragt werden, in wie weit Notfallzeugen bis zum eintreffen der FR bereits eine Erst-Hilfe geleistet haben. Letztendlich sollte analysiert werden wie groß die Differenzen zwischen präklinischen (Verdachts-) und postklinischen (Entlassungs-) Diagnosen wirklich sind. / In its quality management should an analysis of the first-Responder-(FR) or volunteer in place (Matt) missions in Würzburg and environment after the second year after release based on the mandatory documentation be. This thesis analyzes a communications mix of the largest bank in the Czech Republic - Ceska sporitelna, a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part it deals with a marketing mix and later on it focuses on the communication mix. The thesis also describes the theory related to advertising, personal selling, public relations and so on. This work also discusses new marketing tools. The second part is focused on the Ceska sporitelna, a.s., where is presented a basis and a substance of a new advertising concept across the Erste Group. The description method describes the current bank's campaign and with more detail it presents the main activities of banking advisors - the personal selling. This paper also includes the sponsorship and PR activities and finally it present the outcomes of survey, which is related to a clients awareness about the new campaign.
