The diploma thesis focuses on the awareness of 2nd grade pupils of the selected primary school about the causes and consequences of the use of selected addictive substances. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the drug scene in the Czech Republic and the drug policy of the Czech Republic, the concepts of drug addiction, physical and mental addiction. The diploma thesis is focused on legal drugs - alcohol, tobacco, caffeine and illegal drugs - specifically on cannabis drugs. The next part of the work deals with addictive problems in children and adolescents and current trends in the use of addictive substances in young people in the Czech Republic according to several studies. At the end of the theoretical part, risk and protective factors influencing the emergence of addiction and risks and the consequences of selected addictive substances are described. The practical part maps the awareness of 2nd grade students of the selected elementary school about the causes and consequences of the use of selected addictive substances before and immediately after my performance in the subject of health education, including the 2nd month interval from the topic. The thesis is focused on the experience of 6th and 9th elementary school classes with risk behavior in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. The theoretical part defines terms related to adolescence, risk behavior and prevention. This part also deals with procedures in the occurence of the risk behavior in elementary school. The practical part presents the results of own empirical investigation and bears the signs of a quantitative research. The aim of the research was to determine to which extent second grades students in Dvůr Králové nad Labem have personal experience in the risk behavior. The method of data collection tool was a questionnaire. The results of the research will be beneficial in the prevention of risk behavior in primary schools in Dvůr Králové nad Labem.

The aim of this thesis is the proposal of a framework for creation of a business plan for IT related projects. Emphasis is targeted on proposing usable framework evolved from theoretical findings. The first part describes the term business plan on theoretical level. Moreover, the first part includes the development of IT investments in start-up projects. The second part relates to a new proposed framework for creation of a business plan for IT related projects, based on the outcomes from the first part. The third part describes practical example of the proposed framework. It includes the Executive Summary and the complete business plan for the IT start-up project (specifically area of hardware installation, configuration and sales), based on the new framework.
