Site is situated northwest of existing borders of BVV. This location is based on urban design from last semester. The design focuses on function and sustainable design. Fire station is type P4 (2 firefighting groups) for firefighters of Jihomoravský kraj with direct connection to BVV. Because of need to fast access to BVV. The firestation has grounds for training of fire sports and training with car wrecks. Health and safety center (CZAB) with main building and outside area. This center is focused on training public in area of dangers of everyday life. The center is simulator of these risks and is based on living through the situations in safe space under profesional guidance. Center can be connected with BVV. Both grounds are connected together with humanitary hall which serves as training space for firefighters and learning space for CZAB and in case of humanitary needs can be used as humanitary hall.

This Master's thesis deals with design of accommodation facility. The building si situated in the town of Boskovice, close to sports complex Červená zahrada. The buiding was built on slope. It contains three above floor, one basement floor which is accsesible from the ground. On the basement floor, there is sports complex. On the first floor, there is restaurant. The second and the third floor is intended for accommodation. The building has capacity of 50 beds. These are divided into one to four-bed rooms. The bricked construction system is made of sand-lime blocks. The ceilings are from prestressed concrete floor slab. The buiding has green roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.

The diploma thesis deals with project documentation for the realization of the retirement residence in the city of Zlín. The building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground floors. On the first floor, there is a main-entrance which is oriented on the north-west. The entrance of the garden is oriented to the south-east. On the first floor, there are a canteen, cafe, facilities for employees, stair, mechanical´s room, and doctor´s office. On the second floor, there are 17 housing until, common room, drying room, and cleaning´s room. On the third floor, they are 13 housing until, two common room, drying room, cleaning´s room and terrace with the view to the garden. In the building is designed roofed atrium who is constituted with a light curtain wall. In the building is designed exterior steel stair who is oriented to the garden. Supporting system building is the frame with prestressed ceiling panels. The building is without a cellar, roofed with flat roofs

The thesis is focused on the design and elaboration of the project documentation of the extension of the elementary school, which is located in Starý Plzenec. The documentation contains requirements according to valid regulations. The proposal is based on the investor's request, which was published as part of the architectural competition announcement. A new building with 1 underground and 3 floors, forming the Y-shaped ground plan, is located on a slightly sloping terrain. In the building there are cloakrooms, kitchen, dining room, 4 main and 4 professional classrooms and hygienic and technical background. The project proposes a slight modification of the existing building. This proposal solves the barrier-free accessibility of both buildings, except for the attic classroom of the existing building. The project also counts from the second construction phase, the construction of a sports hall on the schools premises, which is still not dealt with. In proposal is a new main entrance to the building from the southern side. The support system is wall-mounted. The perimeter walls are made of monolithic concrete connected to concrete monolithic horizontal bearing structures. The inner bearing walls are made of ceramic blocks. The building is covered with a single-layer flat roof with a vegetation layer. The thermal insulation of the building is solved by a thermal insulation system with a ventilated facade. Fire safety, energy saving and thermal protection are provided.

This thesis presents a proposal to design a cultural education centre. The object is located in the suburbs of Velké Meziříčí village. It is situated in a residential area near a primary school and a kindergarten. The object will be connected to the local infrastructure and will also have a car park attached. The building will comprise of two operationally connected parts. The first part will consist of several classrooms intended for afterschool clubs, the other will be designed as a gym. The object is of an L shape with two stories above ground. The object is made of hollow ceramic blocks with concrete-steel ceilings. The roof of the building is of a saddle design and is made of wooden roof. The object is designed with steel roofing and profile roofing tiles. The façade is insulated with mineral fibre and ventilated with a system of load bearing steel grid and fibre cement boards. The object will serve children and the youth in activities during their free time. The building is also designed for the disabled.

The theoretical part elaborates a research focused on biotic attack of facades of buildings insulated by contact insulation systems ETICS. Based on the information obtained during the elaboration of the bachelor thesis and further study, the optimization methodology of ETICS surface treatment resistance to biotic attack proposed in 2018 is elaborated. In the practical part, the proposed methodology is verified, evaluated and recommendations concerning the suitability of using the proposed methodology in construction practice are implemented.

The thesis deals with the design and structural assessment of the swimming pool object in Dobruška. The solved structure has been chosen of the 2 preliminary variants. The dimensions of the rectangular floor plan are 34,10x40,99 m and the height of the ridge is 13,83 m. The structural system consist of two-hinged arched trusses which are connected with solid-web purlins and girts. The spatial rigidity is provided by combination of longitudinal and sway bracings. The cladding comprises of Kalzip roof system and a glass facade.

In these diploma thesis we deal with the design of a new library with a cafe. The bilding is located on a flat land in the city of Trencin, near Trencin castle, which is the main landmark of Trencin. There is also a bus and railway station nearby. It is a two-storey building with a partial basement. In the basement of the building will be located archive library and technical equipment. On the first floor there is the main part of the library with a cafe. On the second floor there will be a library with an administrative department. The construction is based on the White tub system. The construction system is skeleton with reinforced concrete ceilings. The roof is designed as flat and vegetation. A ventilated brick facade is designed for the library.

The Thesis deals with a design and project documentation for the public library in Ivanovice na Hané. The construction was designed as the four-floor object with a partial cellar. The ground plan creates a rectangle. The object is roofed with a warm deck flat roof. In the basement, an archive area and a utility room prevail. On the first floor of above-ground, there is a space for public and employees. In the separated area, the Confectionery equipped with own sanitary facility for customers and employees is located. There is a spacious entry hall with the access to individual floors. On the second floor, the free library and the children´s department are situated including a lecture hall with own facilities above the Confectionery. On the third floor, there are the library headquarters and the reading area. You can find the sanitary facilities for public on each floor. The object structure is made of a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton filled with the masonry from acoustic ceramic tiles on the above-grounded floors. In the basement, the structure is created by reinforced concrete walls and walls from the formwork. The ceiling is made of reinforced concrete prestressed panels. The object is based on the ground slabs. In the area of lift shafts, the structure is from the reinforced concrete slab. The walls in the basement are insulated with the XPS polystyrene; in the above-ground area by mineral wood boards and ventilated facades.

This diploma thesis presents a project documentation for construction of a zoo pavilion with a restaurant. The structure has to be designed in compliance with regulations for buildings with almost zero energy consumption. Its construction site is located within the existing compound of Prague’s zoo on plot no. 1491/1. The pavilion is proposed to house giant pandas. The building has three floors- one underground and two above. It is covered by a flat green roof. In terms of circulation, the structure is composed from two parts. The first one is formed by premises for the pandas, including necessary facilities for their wellbeing and their breeding; and the second part is visitors’ part, including restaurant, gift shop and amenities. The building is enclosed by two exterior expositions for pandas which are connected with the interior exposition premises by two ramps- tunnels. There is a roof terrace adjacent to the restaurant for visitors to enjoy the view of pandas in their exterior grounds. The vertical structure of the pavilion for giant pandas is a combination of load bearing brick walls and cast-in-place concrete walls- the underground floor and the ground floor is formed by the cast-in-place concrete walls and the upper floor is formed by the brick walls made out of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. The horizontal structures are formed by prestressed concreted floor panels or in the case of the upper floor by cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs.
