The aim of this thesis is to calculate the theoretical value of one share of Norwegian Air Shuttle the 31st of December 2016. Supportive information will be collected through a strategic- and financial analysis.

The diploma thesis is about financial analysis of Citibank a.s. that is made by public data. Balance sheet items and profit and lost statement are analyzed. Analysis of liquidity, profitability and capital is made too. In the end, global financial situation of the bank is summarized.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of the company Kofola a.s. In the theoretical-methodological part, thesis deals with the definition of financial analysis, its purpose and nature. Additionally, sources of information for financial analysis, methods of analysis and selected differences between Czech accounting standards and IFRS are described. In the practical part, the analyzed company Kofola a.s. is introduced and its financial analysis is conducted by selected financial analysis methods for years 2008-2012. Kofola a.s is also compared in terms of financial performance with two competitor firms using the Spider analysis.

Diploma thesis "Financial analysis of stores Kaufland Česká republika v.o.s. a Lidl Česká republika v.o.s." aims to assess the financial and property situation of the company in the period of 1. 3. 2008 -- 28. 2. 2013. The diploma thesis deals with the financial analysis of the selected company. On the analysis base of ratio financial indicators, time series, regression analysis and with using of the Maple system, the past and actual financial situation have been evaluated and future potential development of the company has been predicted.
