Proposed thesis deals with a new investment project of business company and by new concept of funding. Thesis is based on theoretical findings and detailed analysis. Performed analysis illustrates present situation and compares it to the competition and evaluates its financial health. On the basis of these outputs, the thesis concludes proper methods of funding with respect to the offer of market and particular capabilities of the company. Last but not least the thesis contains proposals focused on to the general reviving of the company.

The diploma thesis is aimed at the problematic within the prediction of bankruptcy of companies operating in manufacturing industry in Czech Republic. There are defined terms related to the topic, methods of creating bankruptcy models and selected bankruptcy models in the theoretical part. Analytical part includes testing of the selected bankruptcy models. Thereafter a new bankruptcy model is created, which is subsequently tested and its accuraccy is compared to models from other authors.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the economical and financial strategy od EISBERG company and to create an ecologically oriented investment project based on acquired findings. Output of this work consists of future economical strategy suggestion and evaluation of benefits and risks of planned investment.

It comprieses proposals of possible solutions of identified problems which should result in the improvement of financial situation of the firm in future years.

It includes proposals of possible solutions of identified problems which should result in the improvement of financial situation of the firm in future years.

This thesis evaluates the financial and economic situation of the company RELYFO, spol. s r.o. in the time period of 2004 –2006 by way of prime financial analysis methods. It provides suggestions and recomendations for an improvement of the company´s current position with regards to company opportunities and strategy areas of its future enterprise.

The subject of this thesis is application of methods and procedures of financial analysis focused on financial health. The first part focuses on financial analysis, data preparation and definition of applied financial indicators in theoretical level. The second part sets out the chosen company and its present position. These theoretical pieces of knowledge are applied to the real situation by valuation of the concrete company in the last part of this thesis. The overall rating and recommendations follows.

This diploma thesis' objective is to assess the financial situation of the specific company and suggestion the concrete recommendation for the improvement its financial situacion. The first part of the thesis comprises theoretical fundamentals of the financial analysis and introduction the company. The second part represents application of financial analysis methods to assess the financial situation of the specific company. Summary gathers the general financial situation of the specific company and proposals to its improvement.
