Aim of this thesis is to determine the value of the company as Czech Airlines to 1.1.2009. At the beginning of the work is described the company's history, another section deals with the strategic analysis. The third chapter contains the work of financial analysis and it aim is to assess the financial health of the firm. A fourth unit is prediction of generators and preparing the financial plan. In the last chapter I looked at his own valuation of the company using the DCF method APV. The resulting value, I set the interval range. As an additional method was used market comparison. The value of the firm is appointed like interval.

The main aim of the thesis is to determinate the market value of the company Mlekarna Hlinsko, s.r.o. on the date 1.1. 2009. without any changes in the contemporary concept of the company. The valuation of the company is based on its yield potential. There are used two yield methods of an appraisement: discounted cash flow (DCF) and capitalized net yields (CNY). The essential parts of this valuation of the company are financial a strategic analysis, analysis of the value generators and financial plan.

The goal of the thesis is to determine the value of the company RENOGUM a.s on the date 31.12.2009. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the valuation procedure and methods. Practical part contains the introduction of the company, strategic and financial analysis and financial plan. The company is evaluated by using two methods - the method of the book value and the discounted cash flow method in the version of FCFE.

The goal of my master thesis is to discover the value of the company FEZKO THIERRY a.s. The master thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is just theoretic - methodological. In the second part, which is practical, I introduce the basic data and information about the company. Then I focus on strategic and financial analyses, where we can find the main data for the financial plan. In the final part I pay the attention to the resulting valuation of the company.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the company Metrostav a.s. to the date 1.1.2009. Final market value represents the potential market price for which the owners could sell this company to the date of evaluation. The diploma thesis starts with brief introduction of the company. Afterwards strategic analysis follows which is focused on analysis of profit potential and its result is the prediction of sales in the near future. In financial analysis are examined the financial conditions of the company on the basis of absolute, ratio and global indicators. Financial plan is based on the prediction of sales, which was estimated within strategic analysis. The company is evaluated using two-phase discounted cash flow method in the version of FCFF. The diploma thesis is ended by risk analysis of assessment value of company by using software program Crystal Ball.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the value of the company with yield methods on the date 31. 12. 2009. The theoretical part is focused on methodology for evaluation with emphasis on key moments of evaluation. The practical part begins with introducing analysed company. This part is followed by analysis of macro-environment, micro-environment and financial analysis. On the basis of knowledge from analyses and knowledge of company is compiled financial plan, which is a base for evaluation company with yield methods, concretely with FCFF (Free Cash Flow to the Firm) and EVA (Economic Value Added). Diploma thesis is concluded with value statement and efficiency of this information to management, which is contracting authority of evaluation.

The aim of this graduation theses is to create a business plan for a real estate agency, which will be focused on brokerage services by selling and buying the properties abroad. The new real estate agency will be active in six countries, where was noticed the highest demand for buying the real estates by Czech and foreign clients.

The main goal of the thesis is to create a practical guide, with help of which the company XYZ would be able to annually prepare a planned the profit and loss statement, balance and cash flow overview. Furthermore, its goal is to predict the financial situation and efficiency of the company for the year 2010. The thesis also discusses the possibilities of suitable motivation and reward system for chief executives. The findings from this thesis should be utilizable not only for the management of the company XYZ, but also for other businesses. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. Practical part uses the information included in the theoretical part for application to the concrete company.

The study presents a business plan for a firm which offers fishing services. The study consist of a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical section the small and medium enterprises are specified, especially the family business and there are characteristics of the form, structure and terms of the business plan. The practical section focuses on elaboration of the business plan for the particular firm. It includes description of all activities, market analysis, financial plan, SWOT analysis, break-even point analysis and potential risks. As a result the study provides an examination of a feasibility of the business plan.
