The diploma thesis is based on design of a multifunctional building in Lazany. The object is situated in a build-up area. There is the patisserie and the grocery on the first floor. There is six flats on the second and the third floor. The building has three floors without a cellar. There is a parking for customers and tenantry of building. The object is based on the footings of plaint concrete and it is used the building system POROTHERM. The ceilings are made of ceiling panels SPIROLL and the roof is flat.

The master's thesis deals with the project documentation of the kindergarten in Třinec Lyžice. The structure is designed as a detached building with two floors. The ground plan is in the shape of the letter „T”. The kindergarten has two compartments, each of them is intended for 20 children, There is also multifunctional room, two rooms for leisure time activities, a kitchen and technical facilities in the building. The vertical support structures are designed from sand-lime bricks with wooden particeboards on fragment of facade. A part of the building is topped by a flat roof, and the ohter part with a pitched tieded roof

The aim of the project is student housing in Brno, which is in the administrative area of Pole.The building has four floors above ground and it is mounted on slightly sloping land. The main entrance is a follow-up to the entrance hall, where is the reception with twostaircases, which are on north side. There is the technical part of the building on the first side, lodging for 2 personswith reduced mobility, studyroom , game room and grillbar. The remaining three floors are designed as a cellular system of accommodation for university students. Every unit of them is designed for four students. The every unit of them has a hall, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Total capacity is 98 students. The bearing system of the building is monolithic concrete skeleton with filler external walls, which are made of aerated concrete blocks. The building is coveredby flat single roof. The cladding is designed as a contact insulation system ETICS.

The project deals with new building of guesthouse and restaurant in Křídla. This work aims to develop design documents for building construction. Guesthouse is for 41 guests. The part of the guesthouse is restaurant. The building has 2 above-ground floors and basement. The building is based on brick system Porotherm. The guesthouse and restaurant has a flat roof. The building is situated on slightly sloping terrain.

The thesis deals with the preparation of plans for a new Center of Culture and Education complex located in the town of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The complex being designed is composed of two interconnected parts. Library, educational center, café and technical facilities are located in the main part of the building. The main part has three floors and a partial basement. The structure consists of reinforced concrete frame with ceilings formed by point-supported slab. The building is covered with warm flat roof. The second part of the building is a one-floor multipurpose hall with facilities. Load-bearing structure of the roof consists of glue laminated girders supported by columns. The facade is partly designed as a ventilated cladding with cement-bonded particle board, partly as a contact thermal insulation system.

In the basement is technical facilities of the building and the technical rooms for pool water regulation. Building is divided for two parts. In the first one is swimming pool, dressing rooms, three shops, snack bar and office part of swimming pool. In the second part of building is climbing center, bar and freestyle center or the extreme sports. The object has rectangular plan , the skeleton of the building is made of timber constructions and roofed is by the flat roof.

The thesis solves the processing of a project documentation of a veterinary clinic in Nachod. The project and attachments are processed in accordance with current laws, regulations and standards. The Veterinary Clinic is located on parcels č.122 / 3 and 122/4, which are parts of the cadastral municipality Nachod. Near the land under the adjoining local roads, there are utilities routed. In the building of veterinary clinic, there will be 2 surgeries, 2 operating rooms, laboratory, pharmacy, grocery breeders and editorial office. Veterinary Clinic is a two-storey building with a rectangular ground plan with dimensions of approximately 40 x 19 meters. The building has 3 main entrances. Admission to the clinic and store are situated on the northwestern side. Entry into the pharmacy and the editorial office, which is located on the 2nd floor, are on the southeast side.
