The aim of a diploma thesis is design of a kidgarden in Humpolec in Highlands Region. The building is designed as a detached building with two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The building has four separate units of kidgarden. External walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks. Basement masonry is made of the permanent concrete formwork. The roof of the building is designed as flat. Project documentation was prepared according to valid legal and technical regulation.

This diploma thesis solver the newly apartment building in Kuřim. It is a building with tree floors and basemet. The claccing of Porotherm 300mm and is insulated by contact insulation. The roofs are flat. The windows are plastic. In the basement asre garages, cellars, technical room and bicycle room. The other floors are flats.

The building is composed of parts for sport, where the fitness, spinning, aerobics and boxing hall mirror, and the third floor is a cafe. The building is for public visitors to sports and relaxation purposes. The proposed building is located on a plane is no basement and three floors. The building is covered with flat roofs.

This diploma thesis describes the design of an office building with underground parking banks and two apartments. The building is located in Novy Jicin. The building has three floors and one underground floor. The basement serves as a parking and storage areas. The first and second floor serves the administration of the bank. The third above ground floor includes two  flats. Roofed by mono-pitched roof, flat roof terraces and green flat roof. The thesis is a specialization of concrete and ventilation.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the design documentation of an apartment building.The building is situated in the town of Hustopeče, on the Generála Peřiny street. There are three floors and one underground floor in the house. The upper floors serve as residental units and the underground floor accommodates cellars and garages. The building is roofed by a warm flat roof.

The subjekt of my thesis is a project of a new apartment house. The building with 16 residential units and a garage for four cars has three aboveground floors and a flat roof. The walls will be made from clay blocks HELUZ. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of Příbram. Further emphasis is on layout, architectural, fire and thermal aspects of the individual structures. The thesis "Apartment House" has been prepared in the form of project documentation containing all terms required by regulations.

Dissertation is project of four-floor free-time center with basement, situated in Havířov-Město. Building is used for art lessons, drama class, ceramic class and natural science class. In basement are situated four parking places, utility room, mechanical room, boiler room, furniture storage room, workshop with sanitary facilities for maintenance man and bicycle room. In ground floor is situated administrative facility of building- headmaster’s office, headmaster’s assistant’s office, guidance counsellor’s office, conference room and kitchen. Then there are sanitary facilities for employees and visitors, reception and waiting room for children and parents. In first floor are classrooms for art and ceramic lessons with storage room, sanitary facilities and office for teachers. Second floor consists of halls for drama classes with storage rooms, office for teachers, dressing rooms and sanitary facilities. In third floor are classrooms for natural science lessons, storage rooms, office for teachers and terrace. Floors are connected through two stairways, one with three stair flights and elevator, second with two stair flights. Building has flat roof. Project was completed using ArchiCAD software. The emphasis was put on correct disposition and architectural resolution and safe using of building.

Diploma thesis is the project of a six-storey multifunctional building in Brno. The building is designed for commercial and housing. In the basement is a garage for residents with a technical room, first floor are commercial spaces such as cafes, bike shop, newspaper shop, bakery, then there is the entrance to do the apartments which are located in the remaining upper floors. Each residential floor has 6 apartments, 4 three-room and 2 four-room apartments. There is a total of 24 apartments. Housing has green flat roof, above the underground is operational flat roof with a parking area. This project is developed with a computer software AutoCAD, 3D models are developed with ArchiCAD and renders are developed with rendering software Lumion. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout and architectural design, static requirements and safety construction usage.

THIS DIPLOMA THESIS DESCRIBES THE DESIGN OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING WITH GARAGES FOR A COMPANY ENGAGED IN THE PRODUCTION OF CONCRETE PRODUCTS. THE BUILDING IS SITUATED IN THE TOWN OF PLANA NAD LUZNICI, NEAR THE TOWN TABOR. THE OBJECT DOES NOT HAVE UNDERGROUND FLOORS AND HAS TWO FLOORS. THE BUILDING AND GARAGE ARE COVERED BY A FLAT GREEN ROOF WITH EXTENSIVE VEGETATION.
