Thesis focuses on the personal management of a transport company Šindelář Spedition s.r.o. Especially the remuneration and motivation of a concrete group of workers {--} drivers of road trains is examined. The main aim of the work is a proposal of certain advancements in managing processes leading to decreasing of staff turnover and to securing the company competitivness. The first part is treating the problem of high staff turnover and describes personal activities in the company. The second part consist of the survey whose output is designed to change the system of remuneration and employee motivation. The final part contains SWOT analysis which is used for a future strategy concept and the recommendation for a whole company functioning.

This Master´s Thesis is focused on two areas of human resource management which are motivation and stabilization of employees and the link between them. The aim of my Master´s Thesis is to analyze the structure and quality of management of employee motivation and stabilization in a particular company through my own questionnaire survey and internal company data collection. The questionnaire survey is mainly focused on identifying motivation profiles of the company's employees and factors that have a positive impact on their job satisfaction. Thanks to analysis, the relevant conclusions and suggestions are made to strengthen or stabilize the company's strengths and reduce their weaknesses in area of motivation and stabilization management. The outputs of my Master´s Thesis can be used by the company management in order to improve the quality of human resources management and stabilize company's employees.

Faktory ovlivňující vztah pracovníka k organizaci / Factors influencing relationship of an employee to an organization

Attachment of an employee to an organization is explored through concept of an organizational commitment. One of the results of an organizational commitment is a turnover, which is in a light of the current situation on the labor market up-to-date topic. Goal of the theoretical part of this thesis is an overview of approaches to organizational commitment and summary of factors, that have been according to many studies considered to be antecedents of organizational commitment. Following these findings, empirical part of this thesis sets the goal to summarize the results of qualitative and quantitative research which objective was to conduct a survey about extent and type of commitment to the organization and related factors. As research methods were chosen semi-structured interviews, TCM Employee commitment survey and survey examining related factors. Based on correlation analysis positive and negative factors related to organizational commitment were identified. Results also suggests that commitment does not correlate with any of demographic variables except of sex. From variables connected to work of employee for organization only length of employment did significantly correlate with affective commitment. The aims of my diploma thesis were to find out if the employees think about the leave of the company, what are the factors that cause their un-satisfaction, what could make their satisfaction better, what factors positively affect their motivation and in the end to propose possible steps that could make the present situation in the company better.

The subject of submitted diploma thesis is a comparative analysis of the two selected accommodation facilities with a focus on fluctuating workforce. The first part focuses on theoretical foundations. It defines the basic terms from the field of services in tourism, human resources and managing and its subsequent application in the context of motivation, satisfaction and staff turnover. In the second part are the two chosen hotel facilities introduced and on the basis of the survey potential fluctuation at each facility is analyzed as well as probable causes are determined. In conclusion there is a comparison of results in both facilities and recommendations that may lead to a reduction of turnover.

Uplatnění lean techniky pro zlepšení procesu vyhledávání a přijímání zaměstnanců na úrovni modrých límečků / Applying lean techniques to improve the process of search and recruitment at blue collar workers

The aim of the thesis is improvement of the recruitment process for the position of welder in a particular company so that the plan to hire 45 new welders would be filled until the end of 2015. As part of the process another opportunity to improve was found and defined. This secondary issue is high fluctuation of welders. Secondary targets of the thesis include mapping, measuring and analysis of the current state of new workers recruitment and also positive motivation of current welders, which create the basis for proposed changes that were later implemented. In the last step the impacts of these changes are controlled and summed up. The whole process follows the DMAIC method steps. During the real project solution tools like Lean management, SIPOC, Flowchart and Ishikawa diagram, first pass yield, A3 report and Benchmarking were used. Above mentioned methodological tools are all described in the practical part of the thesis. In conclusion, it was found out that suggested and implemented amendments improved the recruitment process by 12 percentage points. Fluctuation, the second drawback, is however not possible to measure yet as the impact of the changes will be expected to show within 1 year. Although there was a significant improvement of the whole processes, the plan was not met up to the last day in October 2015. Out of the 45 planned positions, 37 welders in total were casted.

The diploma thesis is concentrated on connections between adaptation and staff tur-nover in particular organization. Especially it is about the finding whether the increased given notices in organization are based on adaptation or it is caused by other reasons. In the analysed company the qustionnaire was spred among the current workers with the intent to find out, whether the staff turnover of technical workers is influenced in the first place by bad adaptation or not. The survey results confirmed that there exist other reasons above all. The adaptation can be perceived as a suitable instrument for fluctuation decrease but under condition the adaptation is prepared properly.

The thesis focused on the characteristics fields of personnel service namely recruitment, selection and retention of employees. The main goal of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate the state of recruiting, selecting and retaining in a domestic trade company in the context of internal and external influence and subsequently, to formulate conclusions and recommendations for reducing employee turnover in the trade company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on current theoretical knowledge regarding employee recruitment, selection, retention and turnover. The practical part analyses the state of HR activities in the studied trade company, with an emphasis on two different groups of employees, according to the type of their occupation. Following the analysis, we evaluate the assessed facts while maintaining a differentiated approach to different work positions. Finally we recommend which changes and activities should be implemented to improve unsatisfactory personnel processes and to eliminate the undesirable progress of employee turnover in the trade company.

The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and own proposal. The theoretical part is devoted to explaining the concepts of motivation, fluctuation, employee satisfaction and remuneration. Analytical part focuses first on the description of the selected company and its current incentive and compensation system. There is also an interpreted research on selected issues. The final part presents proposals for improving the current situation based on the results of research among current and former employees.

Next, I will look at the differences between the expectations that employees had before entering and the reality they encountered in the work. On the basis of the findings, I will propose possible changes to improve the process and reduce the fluctuation in the company.
