Stanovení erodovatelné frakce půdy různými metodami

Čechal, Vladimír January 2018 (has links)
Wind erosion is one of the mail reasons of soil degradation. The amount of wind erodible fraction (EF) is the key parameter regarding wind erosion susceptibility of the soils. As the EF of the soil is considered percentage of aggregates < 0, 84 mm in diameter. Dry sieving with use of rotator or flat sieves is the standard method for EF estimation The main aim of this study is comparison of standardized flat sieving method against the use of equations for predicting EF. The first of these equations, EF = 29,09 + (0,31.sand) + (0,17.silt) + (0,33.sand/clay) - (2,59.ogranic matter) – (0,95.CaCO3), was proposed by D. W. Fryrear in 1994. But it has not been tested outside of USA, Spain and Argentina, so far. Another equations used here, EF = 9,98 + 6,91.(sand/clay) + (14,1/organic matter) a EF = 4,77 + 7,43 (sand/clay) + (27,6/ organic matter), were proposed by M. V. López in 2007 during his research of EF. The results show that the values obtained by calculating these equations do not match the EF obtained by means of a flat sieving. With the use of the statistical program Unistat the new equations have been proposed, EF = 84,94 - (0,03.sand) - (1,36.clay) + (1,90.Corg) + (43,14.CaCO3), EF = 84,77 - (0,02.sand) - (1,34.clay) + (0,95.humus) + (42,71.CaCO3) and EF = 21,25 + (0,52.silt) + (7,63.sand/clay) + (0,41.humus) – (7,44.CaCO3), for the determination of EF in the surveyed soil samples.

Frakcionace bílkovin konopné (Cannabis sativa L.) mouky podle rozpustnosti / Fractionation of proteins from hemp (\kur{Cannabis sativa} L.) meal according to their solubility

HOFÍREK, Pavel January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with fractionation of protein from hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) meal according to their solubility of the hemp varieties - Fedora 17 and Uso 31. The content of nitrogenous substances and protein content in the hemp meal of these studied varieties ranged from 23,6 % (Uso 31) to 31,5 % (Fedora 17) and from 100,1 mg.g-1 (Uso 31) to 130,7 mg.g-1 respectively. The fractionation of hemp protein (Fedora 17, Uso 31) confirmed that the main hemp protein fraction is an albumin fraction, with its relative abundance - 20,5 % of protein. As a next step, the spectra of hemp proteins were determined. The use SDS-PAGE analysis revealed albumin proteins in area of 7,4 53,6 kDa. In the globulin fraction was revealed by SDS-PAGE basic subunits of the major protein edestin in the area 19-21 kDa and acidic subunits in the area 34 kDa.

Charakteristika frakcí dusíkatých látek ve výživě přežvýkavců / Characteristics of crude protein fractions in ruminant nutrition

KOUKOLOVÁ, Marie January 2012 (has links)
Physiology of nutrition and feeding of farm animals is an essential factor influencing production efficiency and its quality. For these factors is important to provide optimal supply of nutrients by suitable feeds. Felicitous feed ration raise the economic realization of genetic potential of animals. Therefore we have to know the nutritional requirements of animals, including microorganisms, whose function in the diet of cattle is irreplaceable. The aim of this study was to determine the nutritional value of forage and lupine feeds (n = 8) by laboratory methods. Samples were analyzed for individual feed nutrients (crude protein (CP), fat, crude fiber, ash, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), acid detergent lignin (ADL)), gross energy and nitrogen fractions, and the results were statistically processed. Determination of individual nitrogen fractions was according to methods of Licitra et al. (1996). For this purpose were used following laboratory methods: (1) determination of non-protein nitrogen (NPN) (2), determination of soluble nitrogen and protein, (3) determination of nitrogen insoluble in acid detergent (ADIP), (4) determination of nitrogen insoluble in neutral detergent (NDIP). From these were obtained the results of NPN, IP (insoluble protein), SOLP (soluble protein), ADIP (nitrogen insoluble in acid detergent) and NDIP (insoluble nitrogen in neutral detergent). Averaged values (g.kg-1 of dry matter) of were 144.3 for NPN, 97.5 for IP, 78.7 for SOLP, 30.4 for ADIP and 80.3 for NDIP. Nitrogen fractions, i.e. fraction A (nonprotein nitrogen), fraction B1 (rapidly degraded protein), fraction B2 (intermediately degraded protein), fraction B3 (slowly degraded protein) and fraction C (bound protein) were calculated by equations of Ghoorchi and Arbabi (2010). The range of values was from 2.5 to 51.2 % of CP for fraction A, from 13.4 to 20.7 % of CP for fraction B1, from 0 to 19.9 % of CP for fraction B2, from 5.5 to 51.9 % of CP for fraction B3 and from 10.1 to 32.4 % of CP for fraction C.

Author: Bc. Michaela Tejnecká Title: The effect of regularly applied Nordic walking on selected cardiorespiratory parameters in adults after heart valve surgery. Aim: The aim of this work was to analyze the effect of six months of Nordic walking intervention on selected casrdiorespiratory parameters in adults after heart valve surgery. Methods: The study included ten individuals (mean age 62 years) who were at least five years apart after heart valve surgery. Blood pressure (BP) was measured using a pulsed wrist tonometer, blood oxygen saturation (BOS) and heart rate (HR) were measured using a pulse oximeter, and the ejection fraction of the heart (EF) was evaluated echocardiographically. Nordic walking training units took plaxe once a week for 6 months. During this intervention, the level of training gradually increased both in distance and elevation of the terrain. Results: In all probands there was an average reduction in systolic blood pressure during exercise by an average of 10,3 mmHg and a reductionin heart rate during exercise by an average of 24 beats per minute. The resting ejection fraction increased by an average of 5,5% after six month intervention. These changes were statistically significant (p<0,01). The results of the work point to the benefits of Nordic walking for cardiac...

Biomass estimation of European beech stands

Veselský, Marek January 2017 (has links)
Forest ecosystems plays an important role in the global carbon cycle of carbon sinks of terrestrial ecosystem. Carbon sequestered or stored in forest trees is mostly referred to as the biomass of tree, site or forest. This diploma thesis deals with biomass estimation of European beech stands at the Holíkov (the Drahanská vrchovina Highlands) and Štítná nad Vláří (the Bílé Karpaty Mts.) study sites in the Czech Republic. Study was conducted in the period of 2010 to 2015. 65 allometric equations were tested for the purpose of determining the most suitable candidate for the estimation of aboveground and belowground biomass of stands and of all the major tree compartments. It is obvious from the results that the allometric equations performed very differently from each other. It was also found, based on the obtained results, that the most suitable allometric equations for the study sites are by Vejpustková et al. 2013 and Wutzler et al. 2008.
