The diploma thesis deals with measurement of former Peklo inn in Tišnov and creates a documentation of its building. Measurement is connected to the binding reference system – the S-JTSK coordinate sytem and Baltic Vertical Datum Bpv. The thesis countains a description of the place of interest and history of the building, preparatory work, choice of instruments and tools. In the next part measurement, processed of recorded data, requirements of creating documentation of the ground plan and vertical section, testing results of the work, are described. The thesis countains ground plan of the cellar, ground plan of the second floor and the vertical section of the building in scale of 1:50. Outcomes of thesis will serve as documentation of the current conditions of the building.

The aim of the diploma work is a design of the Municipal House in the municipality of Habrovany u Vyškova. The building is designed in a gentle slope, the ground plan is irregular, the height of the object is different in the individual parts. The model of the building is a linear wall system.The building consists of three work sets which are the municipal authority, a fire station, and a cultural social hall. The municipal authority is a two-floor structure, the other rooms are one-floor ones. The fire station has a garage for two vehicles.

This thesis deals with evaluation of the impact of town and country planning on the administrative land price and the market land price in cadastral area Medlánky in the corporate town of Brno. By a case study it is simulated that the selected plot is an agricultural land, a land designated for building-up according to ground plan and finally a building land. The land prices are determined by the applicable valuation rules and by market price at each step. The influence of land networking on the final land price is solved as a part of this thesis. Based on the obtained results it is evaluated, how the various stages of planning affect the price of land and what is the difference due.

The review of the existing literature sources leveraged understanding of the architectural movements used before 1420: the Gothic and Romanesque styles. These styles posses certain significant characteristics that can be used to map their development, as well as comparison of those two. The objects can be split into categories based on those characteristics. This paper looks at those categories and studies the development within.

The case study presents the evaluation of selected land in cadastral area Podolí u Brna, town Podolí in different conditions of town and country planning. The administrative price and market price are obtained from evaluation in three different steps of country planning. The obtained results are interpreted and changes in prices are outlined with an effect of town and country planning changes.

The subject of this master´s thesis is a recalculation of the existing structure, design, static analysis and economic comparison of two variants of this bearing structure of the administrative building Jihomoravská plynárenská located in Brno. Ground plan dimensions and height of both these variants are based on existing disposition of the building. The diameter of the circular floor plan is 16,088 m and height of the structure is 29,46 m. With this new proposal of solution A and B, lower weight of structure in comparison to the existing state has been reached. Both variants have a bearing column in the middle of floor plan and new solution of ceiling structure. The most advantageous from the economic and assembly point of view is variant B. Design of this variant was processed in detail.
