Interaction of drugs used in gynecology and urology and their management Author: Kupka Vojtěch Tutor: PharmDr. Martin Doseděl Ph.D., Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Introduction: Drug interactions represent a serious health problem and they cause adverse drug effects and toxicity of drugs. Objectives: The goal of the thesis was to create an overview of possible drug interactions with drugs used in gynecological and urological practice. Methodology: From a theroretical introduction was selected registred drugs to 1 st January 2015 by State Institute for Drug Controle. Information about drug interactions were collected and collated from databases Vademecum Infopharm and Micromedex. From database Micromedex, the drug interactions were selected with quality of documentation "excellent" or "good". Pubmed database (www.pubmed.gov) with entering key words "basic drug", "drug interaction" and "interactive drug" was applied to create a current information. To complement the information was also gathered from magazines Practical Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacy. My diploma work is about philosophy of CRM which is connecting tools for good quality customer care, insists on propriety and process efficiency, quality of staff and usage of IT technologies for recording all important facts which can have impact on relationship. Because of this is implementation of CRM suitable for health care as well. In my work deal with rules of process funciton CRM to activity of private gynecologist clinic. My aim is improve relation between company and consumer.

Backrounds: Usage of addictive substances is a factor which affects the reproductive health of the female users, it affects their risky sexual behavior and fetus healthy development during pregnancy of drug using mothers. Pregnancy also represents a moment in their lifes which affects certain bio-psycho-social aspects forming the beginning of usage of substance abuse. Objectives: The aim of the research was to map a degree and paterns among problem female drug users and changes throughout pregnancy, map the risks of their sexual behavior and quality of their reproductive health, try to find out the availability of gynacology care for female drug users, the amount of care available before, through and after pregnancy. It also includes specific needs and factors affecting reproductive health. Methods and research group: A questionnaire survey of 25 problem female users based on consultations with them, all of them giving birth at least once, was carried out. 1 ABSTRACT The issue of births outside a medical facility is currently a controversial topic between specialists as well as in the public sector. While the specialists concur in refusing home births, the society is divided. There are voices that refuse home births but there are also plenty of people who support the right of mothers to give birth outside of a medical facility. Very sensitive topic is the legal and ethical aspects of the protection of unborn children and the issue of a safely conducted delivery. In the last decades, the life value of an unborn child has been seen as an ethical problem. The right to life is one of the fundamental human rights, which is enshrined in the constitutional system of the Czech Republic and also in the international human rights conventions. Because there are different opinions regarding this issue, it is necessary to establish a view that is widely accepted so that legal standards can be approved provided that the opinions of minorities are being respected.
