Plus précisément, notre attention sera portée sur la réforme Couillard de 2003 avec la création des Centres de santé et des services sociaux ainsi que sur les professionnels de l’organisation communautaire. / This memory is intended as a descriptive and exploratory research on the phenomenon of mergers of health facilities and its impacts on the structuring and development of professional practices. Specifically, our focus will be on the Couillard 2003 reform with the creation of health centers and social services as well as the professional community organization.
