FEM model ultrazvukového senzoru hladiny oleje / Numerical model of ultrasonic oil level sensor

Chutný, Pavel January 2017 (has links)
This master’s thesis verifies physical principle of ultrasound in fluids by numerical model. At first, ultrasound study is ment. In second theoretic part, diferent kind of motor oils are described. Next, equations for numerical simulation are presented. In practical part, numerical model of level sensor is examined in well-knowed fluids (water, air). Results of laboratory measurement on topic of ultrasound velocity in oil dependent on temperature are aplicated on numerical model of sensor and optimalized.

Posouzení časových změn přesnosti vykazovaného průtoku a proteklého objemu u měřicích systémů využívajících vzdouvací objekty / Assessment of time variations in the accuracy of reported discharge and passed volume in measuring systems using flume

Šamánek, Radek January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with monitoring of metrological characteristics of ultrasonic sensors located at the FAST and in-situ and the evaluation of the time development in the values of the discharge and the outflow volumes reported by the ultrasonic sensors.

Monitoring stokové sítě ve městě Brně / Monitoring of the sewerage system in the city of Brno

Dvorský, Petr January 2019 (has links)
This thesis deals with the monitoring of the sewerage system in the city of Brno. In the research part, there is made an overview of the most used measuring equipment for the monitoring of the sewerage system – level meters, flowmeters, automatic samplers. The practical part is devoted to the monitoring of the sewerage system in Brno for partial evaluation of the benefits of the project „Reconstruction and completion of sewerage in Brno“, realized in 2012 – 2014. Measuring campaign has taken place from June to October 2017. In the course of the work, the instalation of measuring equipment and the collection of measured data was done. After finishing measuring campaign, the data were evaluated from different aspects – the number of overflows, the quantity of overflowing water, the dilution ratio and the quantity of discharged pollution. Then, the hydraulic and construction technical assement of the pipelines of sewer network and overflow chambers and assements of the quantity of the rainwater were made. The results of the evaluation were compared with the results of the previous monitoring campaingns and with the data obtained before the project has been realized. Based on this, the benefit of the project was determined.

Senzory pro decentralizovaný systém čištění odpadních vod / Sensors for decentralized system of water purification

Plotěný, Miroslav January 2009 (has links)
Main task of the Master Thesis is to study and propose appropriate sensors that can monitor standard operations of small waste treatment plant. This small plants may replace one big central waste water treatment plant, minimizing interference with the human factor and thus reducing the cost of its operation. Master Thesis deals with the sensors for level measurement, air flow, identifying the operator and others. The most important parameter is the quality of drainage water, which can be derived from the amount of ammoniacal nitrogen. This work discusses the possibility of continuous measurements of ammoniacal nitrogen in water and try to select the optimum solution. At the end of the work is carried out experimental measurements are selected ammonia probe to verify the practical features.
