Využití odkorňovací hlavice harvestoru v podmínkách kůrovcové kalamityMergl, Václav January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to describe the use of debarking head of one grip harvester in the salvage logging. For this purpose, a time study was chosen in which debarking heads with usual tools were compared with debarking heads with debarking sets on five research plots with two machines. The manufacturing process was divided into several operations, which were evaluated separately. Specifically, it was divided into operations: searching, felling, fall of the tree, manipulation, delimbing, and ascertainment. In the next step the quality of debarking was observed, depending on the moisture and on the diameter of logs. Debarking heads were measured during the growing season. It was discovered that the debarking head with debarking set needed twice as much time to process the whole tree as a head with usual tools. Delimbing contributes more than half to this difference. Furthermore, it was discovered that debarking quality does not dependent on the log's moisture at the time of harvest but on the hydraulic pressure of knives and feed rollers. Considering dimensions, the central parts of logs were debarked the best. Following these evaluations, recommendations were made for the practice of using machinery with debarking heads and improving debarking quality.

Zkušební zařízení mechanické odolnosti termostatických hlavic / Thermostatic valve testing deviceRybařík, Ladislav January 2009 (has links)
The focus of this Master’s thesis is on designing a device for testing the mechanical endurance of thermostatic valves according to the EN215 standard. The endurance tests under the influence of torque and bending moment are the main probléme it deasl with. The thesis contains engineering design of the testing device and it also includes mechanical drawings, design of sensors and measuring algorithm. The design of a water circuit used for water conditioning for the trstiny device is also included.

Návrh inovace montážní linky termostatických hlavic ve firmě Honeywell / Assembly line innovation project for thermostatic heads at HoneywellFical, Karel January 2012 (has links)
The object of this work is to propose innovative solutions on the assembly line in company Honeywell. Optimization of this line will be achieved by changing the concept of calibration. The current stabilization in air-conditioned chamber will be replaced by operational calibration incorporated in the assembly line, which will depend on ambient temperature. This work will be mainly contained a description of the current status, the proposed changes and economic evaluation.

Vývoj a regulace ventilačních turbín / Development and control of ventilating turbinesOndra, Martin January 2015 (has links)
This master´s thesis will discuss the mechanical regulation of suction of ventilation turbines. There were designed and described three methods of mechanical regulation in this work. It is a regulation by half-valve, quarter-valve and so-called whirling turbine. Then the calculation of the auxiliary fan was included. The resulting mechanical regulation of this work permit, with high winds, restricting the flow of exhaust air without using electricity. Thanks to this there are saving overall cost of running ventilation turbines and reducing heat loss of industrial and commercial buildings.

Třídimensionální anatomie proximálního humeru a úponů rotátorové manžety : klinicko-anatomická studie pro optimalizaci implantace aloplastiky ramena / Three-Dimensional Anatomy of the Proximal Humerus and Rotator cuff attachment : Study of Clinical Anatomy for Optimization of Shoulder Arthroplasty ImplantationHromádka, Rastislav January 2011 (has links)
The thesis describes the anatomical study, which has been taken place at Orthopedic Clinic of the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Motol University Hospital and at Institute of Anatomy 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague from 2002 till 2009. The study was focused on the area of the upper part of the humerus in order to measure spatial relationships among anatomical structures, especially attachments of rotator cuff muscles to optimize implantation arthroplasty of shoulder joint. Clinico-anatomical study, which results were published in 2010, was also based at measuring angular relations of structures proximal humerus. The proximal humerus was marked by 29 points on the cortical bone, which defined the position of the medial margin of the greater tubercle, the lateral margin of the lesser tubercle, bicipital groove, the crest of greater tubercle and to define position of the proximal humeral metaphyseal axis and anatomical neck. Measurements were carried out in the transversal planes and the measurement method was developed on the reconstruction and the spatial definition of basic axes (axis of humeral head and axis of proximal humeral shaft) with the optimized number of reference points of anatomical neck and cortical bone of proximal humeral shaft. Angles between the axis of the head...

Studium účinků pasivních silových složek řezání na obráběný povrch / An experimental study of the impact of passive forces of cutting on a machined surfaceSlaný, Martin January 2013 (has links)
This dissertation thesis focuses on the evaluation of modern machine tools, especially tools for finishing operations, with which the effect of the passive force components on the machining process is evaluated. The thesis will examine the analysis of creating chips and circumstances that accompany this process and substantially involve the formation of a new surface. The analysis of the process of the recording of the power load of the MT3 tool takes place in the experimental part of the thesis. MT3 is a reaming head intended for finishing holes at high cutting speeds (100-200 m.min-1) with removal of small cross section AD (0.024 mm2) chips. Particular attention is paid to the newly created profile from the surface after machining and evaluation of changes in geometry and loading of the cutting edge, which is significantly reflected in the establishment and the development of passive forces.

Napjatostní analýza keramické hlavice totální kyčelní endoprotézy zatížené šikmo / Stress analysis of the total hip joint endoprosthesis head under oblique loadingJanovský, Martin January 2008 (has links)
This diploma thesis is concerned with the stress analysis of the total hip joint endoprosthesis ceramic head under oblique loading. Load was obtain from experimental in vivo measurement on three patients, whereas two of them was the same weight. As input variables were use contact forces, especially knee bend and standing on one leg. Furthermore they will be considered shape deflections from ideal cone, especially circle deviation, cone deviation and cone plus circle deviation together.

Spolehlivostní analýza keramické hlavice totální kyčelní endoprotézy / Reliability analysis of the hip joint endoprosthesis ceramic headMálek, Michal January 2010 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with probability of fracture ceramic head of total hip endoprosthesis during tests by the standard ISO 7206-5. In the first part is made stress analysis with method of finite elements in program ANSYS. Six types of ceramic head with different geometry was analysed for ideal geometry of head and shaft, and also for shape imperfections from nominal conical shaft and head. The final values of principal stress from stress analysis were entry values for the second part – probability of fracture analysis. Weibull weakest-link theory was applied, namely 3-Parameter and 2-Parameter Weibull distribution.
