The diploma thesis „Analysis of the property market – Břeclav, Brno, Blansko, Hodonín” examines and describes current situation on the market. The target of my diploma thesis is to evaluate the data in the district of Břeclav, Brno, Blansko and Hodonín that affect supply and demand in the property market. There are especially indicators describing the natural conditions, job market, purchasing power of the population, the environment, transport infrastructure, etc. The next aim of my thesis is subsequently evaluated these indicators considering for selected types of real estate market and comparing the data above mentioned districts. This thesis is dealing with data resources, including data collection, classification, segmentation and its following evaluation. Necessary information regarding the selected factors were obtained from the Czech Statistical Office.

Statická analýza mostní konstrukce: Černý most v Hodoníně / Static analysis of bridge construction: Černý most in Hodonín

The diploma thesis deals with static analysis of the Black bridge in Hodonín city. The creation of the numerical model in ANSYS sw. is described according to the existing project documentation, followed by the application of loading and boundary conditions (including the solution of foundation soil placed on the piles). The selection of the loading is used according ČSN EN standards for analysis and verification of the main construction parts. This work also includes verification of the piles deformations calculated both in ANSYS sw. and by the direct stiffness method (MS Excel is used) and their comparison is done. Amongst other attachments, the verification of the load carrying capacity of the structure (respecting the current traffic limitation allowing only one vehicle to be on the bridge structure) is also provided.

Sochař Franta Úprka a jeho sepulkrální tvorba / Sculptor Franta Úprka and his sepulchral works

This dissertation deals with sepulchral artworks of Franta Úprka (1868-1929), the Czech sculptor. At first his life is described. Franta Úprka was born in Kněždub, south-eastern Moravia. Beginning of his artistic activity belonged to the end of 19th century, when he worked as an assistant of two famous Czech sculptors - A. P. Wagner and Bohuslav Schnirch. His own career took place in the first two decades of the 20th century. Name Úprka is best known for Joža Uprka, Moravian painter and Franta's elder brother. Although Franta Úprka lived and worked in Prague from 1890th, the midpoint of his artistic interests and main theme of his sculptures was depicting people, traditions and subjects from his home country, Moravian Slovakia. Moravian Slovakia was specific part of Moravian countryside full of long lasting and still surviving folklore, folk traditions, peculiar vivacious characters and intact nature. As Auguste Rodin said during his visit of Moravian Slovakia in 1902 it was kind a Greek Helada overflowing with bright colours, sunshine and cheerful relaxed atmosphere. On the other side, common people lived there their uneasy rural lives with all ordinary worries and pleasures. Both sights of the issue were solved by Úprka's artworks. Sportovní centrum Hodonín / Sports centre Hodonín

The content of this thesis is elaboration of technical documentation for realization of a sports centre. The building is situated in Hodonín in flattened terrain. It is a building with two floors, non-cellar, flat vegetation roof and sloping roof of the wooden glued laminated trusses. The building is based on plain concrete strip foundations and concrete foundations footing. Both peripheral and internal walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm. In open spaces, reinforced concrete columns are designed. The ceiling structure is designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The peripheral walls are insulated with the ETICS external thermal insulation system in the western part of the building. On the rest of the building there is a ventilated facade with a cladding made of wood and Cetris tiles. The building is functionally divided into two parts with a common entrance. On the north and south side there are sports grounds. The rest consists of a restaurant, a kitchen with facilities, a hygienic background for employees and visitors. The whole building is barrier-free.
