Individualizace ve výchově a vzdělávání dětí v mateřské škole / Individualization in education of children in kindergartens

Benešová, Ludmila January 2013 (has links)
Education and training affect the way children's behavior, we shape children's attitudes and values. One of the ways which we can develop the personality of a child in kindergarten is to use the principle of individuation. The theoretical part is, besides development of individualization in the upbringing and education of children of preschool age, given the current requirements for the individualization of children in kindergartens. It discusses the development and acceptance of the basic needs of children of preschool age, specifies the conditions, the position of teacher for individualizing education of children in kindergarten. The practical part verifies the possibility of individualization in age heterogeneous and homogeneous model. Assesses differences and experience in these models in the approaches of preschool teachers including the effect of a specific environment specific kindergarten.

Rozšiřující vlastnosti struktur / Extension property of structures

Hartman, David January 2014 (has links)
This work analyses properties of relational structures that imply a high degree of symmetry. A structure is called homogeneous if every mapping from any finite substructure can be extended to a mapping over the whole structure. The various types of these mappings determine corresponding types of homogeneity. A prominent position belongs to ultrahomogeneity, for which every local isomorphism can be extended to an automorphism. In contrast to graphs, the classification of ultrahomogeneous relational struc- tures is still an open problem. The task of this work is to characterize "the distance" to homogeneity using two approaches. Firstly, the classification of homogeneous structures is studied when the "complexity" of a structure is increased by introducing more relations. This leads to various classifications of homomorphism-homogeneous L-colored graphs for different L, where L- colored graphs are graphs having sets of colors from a partially ordered set L assigned to vertices and edges. Moreover a hierarchy of classes of ho- mogeneous structures defined via types of homogeneity is studied from the viewpoint of classes coincidence. The second approach analyses for fixed classes of structures the least way to extend their language so as to achieve homogeneity. We obtain results about relational complexity for finite...

Modely obnovy skupinově homogenních prvků / Group-homogeneous elements renewal models

Havlasová, Zuzana January 2008 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to explain the branch of renewal models and clear up their application in examples. The first part of the thesis is concerned with the characteristics of renewal models provided that the elements are homogeneous. The reliability theory is also described because it's closely associated with renewal models. The second part of the thesis explains the problematic of group-homogeneous elements renewal models, their assumptions and solution. The final part of the diploma thesis point out practical application of individual models in objective examples.

Vliv genderově homogenního prostředí na pracovní vztahy / The influence of gender-homogeneous environment for labor relations

Adornová, Veronika January 2011 (has links)
The subject of my thesis is to analyze the impact of gender-homogeneous teams, both female and male, on the formation of labor relations and working environment in general. In the theoretical section, I focus on three main themes: Men and women in society, Influence of gender on the organization and Gender and the labor market. The research is based on the results of my two surveys, one was conducted in predominantly female work team and the second in a predominantly male work team. In my thesis, I discovered that the reality versus theory differ in some areas, especially in a positive sense. Slowly disappears trend when women returning from maternity leave have been disadvantaged by this fact. My thesis also refuted the assumption that men are more preferred as a superiors, than women. Women in managerial positions are able stand up and play as good as men. My thesis also did not confirmed that women are in fulfilling of work assignments less independent. Employees representing the minority in homogeneous work team in terms of gender, are not exposed to negative influences, as described in the theoretical part of my thesis.

STUDIUM ZMĚN VLASTNOSTÍ BIOLOGICKÝCH MATERIÁLŮ V ELEKTROMAGNETICKÝCH POLÍCH / STUDY OF CHANGES OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS IN ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS

Vlachová Hutová, Eliška January 2021 (has links)
Presented dissertation discusses the influence of electromagnetic fields on the weight of the particles, which are considered in this work as substances with the hub. Theoretical knowledge was practically tested on plant organisms (early somatic embryos, fungal pathogens), theoretically the influence of electromagnetic field on cell structure was modeled. It was subsequently confirmed by a practical experiment assumption about the influence of electromagnetic fields on the weight of the particles. These experiments were preceded by a theoretical study of the problem and the formulation of a solution using Maxwell's equations, from which other descriptive equations and formulas were derived. The results of the experiments were presented at several professional conferences and published in professional journals and proceedings.

Automatizované sledování pohybujících se objektů pomocí robotického manipulátoru / Automated object tracking using robotic manipulator

Zelený, Miroslav January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the tracking of objects using a robotic manipulator Epson C3 and a color camera. The work describes the basic qualities of the device to be used. The OpenCV library and its wrapper EmguCV are used as software tools for computer vision. It discusses the basic issues and principles of tracking objects in the image and introduces some methods of tracking. These methods have been tested and therefore their strengths and weaknesses, which appeared during testing, are listed here. Furthermore, there is a procedure for calculating the new coordinates of the camera and the manipulator effector using homogeneous transformations. The work contains the results of testing the algorithms and their evaluation. The output of the work is a test application for the Epson C3 robot.

Stanovení zbytkové napjatosti metodou vrtání otvoru s využitím MKP / Assesment of residual stress with drilling hole method using FEM

Civín, Adam January 2008 (has links)
Residual state of stress in structural materials affect positively or negatively behaviour of component parts. The goal of this scope is not to deal with possible process of creating residual stresses neither about elimination of residual stress, but is focused how to determine magnitude of residual stress by hole-drilling method. We need to know magnitude and direction (angular orientation) of principal stresses to determine how residual state of stress affects behaviour of specimen. The most widely used modern technique for measuring residual stresses is hole-drilling strain-gage method. Hole-drilling method is in scope of this paper and is restricted only for measuring uniform residual stresses of steel specimens with finite dimensions. Structural, linear, elastic and isotropic material model is used with material properties =0,3 and E=2,1[10]^5 MPa. For correct application of this method we need to determine calibration coefficients “a“ and “b“ first. These coefficients are used to determine magnitude and direction of residual stresses in specific depth and diameter of drilled hole for materials with finite dimensions. Geometry and shape of model is simply represented by block with planar faces. Note that numerical determination of calibration coefficients is useful only for one type of strain gauge rosette RY 61 S. Main goals of this thesis are motivation and request to clearly report effectiveness, accuracy and applicability of calibration coefficients in relation to thickness of specimen, dimensions of drilled hole, condition of “through” or “blind” hole and number of drilled increments. High quality and accuracy of created numerical model is necessary too. Numerical simulation of residual stresses by MKP needs to be done to obtain requested results. All results are presented by 3D, 2D graphs and tables and compared with analytical results or results from other authors. Although is this publication focused on numerical modeling using FEM, hole-drilling method has many significant restrictions. The most substantial of them is influence of eccentricity of drilled hole, creation of stress concentration near drilled area and subsequent plastification, influence of geometrical inaccuracy of hole, etc. All these aspects have significant influence of determining calibration coefficients and can not be included into numerical simulation. These problems are closely discussed in background research. All obtained results should be helpful for practical use of calculated calibration coefficients to determine uniform residual stresses of specimens with various thickness and drilled hole. All these results are also applicable only for one type of strain gauge rosette, which is RY 61 S.
