My diploma thesis deals with crisis management, which is a distinctive field of predictive project management, and of its specific application in the field of education. The aim of the thesis is to define internal threats, specify and analyse risks arising from them, and to describe solution processes with the help of process charts with a model risk nut for teachers from the HSE point of view. The thesis also includes complex overview of legislation which can help to eliminate crisis situations arising from internal threats. In the research part the thesis deals with the occurrence and frequency mapping of possible internal threats and assesses the readiness of school managements to prevent and solve crisis situations. It also deals with the students' sense of security depending on the design of preventive programmes of the schools. KEYWORDS: Threat, crisis, management, education

The thesis deals with risk management in a minibrewery. Its aim is to create recommendations that can be used to eliminate risks or prevent them. The work is divided into two parts; the first one is a theoretical part and is mostly a search retrieval. The second part includes writer's original work. Here, through the analysis of the external and internal environment, threats that affect the company are being identified. Also carying assets that may be affected by risks are specified as well as the risks are identified. Using the risk probability and impact matrix, recommendations for risk management are formulated, too.

Title: The threat of terrorism with focus on soft targets Objectives: The main aim of this work is to describe the security issues of terrorism in the Czech Republic with a focus on soft targets. Another aim is to verify whether, according to valid legislation and documents relating to the fight against terrorism in the Czech Republic, the IRS components are prepared to actively face a terrorist attack on their basis and procedure. Methods: The chosen method is the literary search of Czech and foreign literature, legislation on the fight against terrorism at the level of the Czech Republic and the European Union, and internet sources. Determination of the activities of the IRS components during a terrorist attack, protection of soft targets and explanation of the term terrorism, its forms, methods and what types are most commonly used. In particular, it focuses on the legislative framework which, in the event of a terrorist attack, will be instrumental for IRS components and other components subject to this legislation. Results: It has been found that both terrorism and the fight against it are constantly evolving. Risk analysis shows us what can happen, why it can happen, how it can happen, where it can happen and whom it will be affected. Risk analysis should bring an answer to the question of what action the city is subjected to threats, how much the city vulnerable to these threats, how can it be a high probability that the threat exploits a certain vulnerability and what impact it would have on the city could have. The general aim of the thesis was analysis of risk municipalities with extended powers Tyn nad Vltavou. The theoretical part was generally described legislation that is closely concerned with the issue of crisis management is very complex and is treated long line of laws, government regulations, as well as implementing regulations. Also, the basic concepts related to the issue of crisis management. Furthermore, in this thesis in theoretical part explains what they are threats and risks. The threat and risk becoming key concepts of security terminology. These concepts are closely linked and work together, so sometimes are confused or incorrectly used. On the basis of an analysis of the security environment in which the Czech Republic is, to identify specific threats to its security - security threats. It is listed here as well as the types of crisis situations, which are the basis for contingency planning. The methodical approach of risk analysis and the effectiveness of risk analysis is provided in relation to the selection methods of analysis and for what purpose can be selected. Another point is the emergency planning. Emergency planning is a preventive instrument whose sole aim is to identify existing risks and to raise awareness of possible risks in a given area, minimizing the harmful effects of emergencies on the lives and health of people, livestock, environmental, cultural and property, lay down measures to prevent or limiting the effects of the incident and the possible way of removing consequences. Mention is also emergency plan, structure and use of the municipality with extended powers. Another part is the crisis management of the municipality with extended powers. Area of crisis management from the perspective of the potential of state administration at the level of municipalities with extended powers is marked by the high complexity of dealing with the likely threat, because there are intertwined with all legal norms, regulations, decrees, instructions and guidelines. An important component of the theoretical part happens to the organizational rules of the municipal office of a municipality with extended powers in relation to the characteristics of the municipality with extended competence in crisis management and in a normal state. In terms of location analyzed town Tyn nad Vltavou was necessary mention of nuclear safety, radioactivity and princ iple of operation of the nuclear power plant. The practical part focuses on the gathering of available internal and general information and documentation concerning the town Tyn nad Vltavou and its surroundings and analysis of regulations, documents and methodologies related to the town Tyn nad Vltavou and its surroundings. The practical part presents characteristics of the administrative district of municipalities with extended powers Tyn nad Vltavou, the sociodemographic conditions, agricultural land resources, protection of the landscape and monuments, hygiene, environment, transport infrastructure, housing and recreation. It also states the threats and risks of the city and its surroundings, the composition of the Crisis Staff, Security Council and flood the city authorities. There is a risk analysis method KARS and given a semi-structured interview with a representative of the crisis management of the city. Processing and evaluation of acquired and now these results was performed in MS Word, MS Excel.

The thesis deals with project management with a closer focus on risk management in the selected company. First it was necessary to establish cooperation with the company. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. First I describe the approaches of existing methodologies using common professional literature in the theoretical part. Then in the practical part I start with characterizing the company. I study current state of project management that I determine on the basis of internal corporate methodology, my own observation, and interviews with the Head of Strategic Projects Unit. I also study the status of project risk management that I determine on the basis of my own observation, structured collection of information, and follow-up interviews with employees. After that I design Project Risk Maturity model in the company. At the end of my work I evaluate existing information and propose improvements: risk management methodology for the company.

This Master's Thesis aims to review current wine grape production in the Czech Republic. External and competitive environment analyses and other methods from financial analysis are used here. A theoretical part of the thesis contains definition of strategy and strategic management. Beside that there are defined base tools used for macro-environment and micro-environment analyses. A practical part of the thesis is focused on PEST analysis, a delimitation of current wine grape production and competitive market. The practical part also covers main obstructions in entering to the wine industry. Last two parts of the thesis assess situation of wine grape production in the Czech Republic. SWOT analysis for the future evolution of this industry are included.

Master's thesis deals with risk management of enterprise which business in branch of providing software and software / hardware support. The goal of my work is to create recommendations how to control risks on the base of internal and external environment analysis and risk's analysis. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains general definition of risk and its categorization. The practical part contains environment analysis and risk's analysis. Identification of carrying assets and threats, which endanger assets, are part of risk's analysis. On the base of risks identification are created recommendations for risk management.

The thesis introduces a new field of social sciences, the exopolitics, and poses a question, whether extra-terrestial intelligence constitutes a threat to security. The problem is discussed through analysis of primary data, which are in particular these: official documents, studies, letters, memoranda, witnesses' testimonies, official statements and other reliable evidence. Theoreticaly I refer to the existing exopolitical literature, mainly of M. Salla, and two selected papers. The aim is to show that the exopolitical study is actual, legitimate and well-founded and deserves more attention and credit. The thesis wishes to give an inspiring appeal to promote further study of the field through academia and other educational institutions.
