The thesis is focused on the technological project of an indoor tennis hall construction in Uherský Brod. It is completely embracing the construction of the hall in terms of a carcass with its roofing. It reveals a technical report that describes the construction with reference to the used construction materials, positioning in the site and looking into its impact of the building on the environment. The following aim of the thesis is also a design of a machinery needed to implement the object. It also shows an assessment of machines and mechanization transport routes in terms of road traffic, a time and financial plan of construction, a draft and design of the equipment construction site, an analysis of economic costs of the construction, a material resources plan for the construction, a technological regulation of a flat roof and a quality test scheme along the construction.

This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological project of block of flats residence Meandr in Brno - Komín. On the given topic are processed and all necessary supporting documents that enhances the clarity and orientation in matters large building for the preparation of the construction process. Given the scale, complexity and location of the building is structurally location technology project addresses the only earthworks and construction site of the main building object SO-01 only. Furthermore, nine small objects that are closely tied this main object within the premises of a residential building. Between integral part of this work include the project site facilities including a time of economic evaluation studies of major technological stages realization, design of main machinery and mechanisms itemized budgets volume of important buildings and budgets by THU volume, less important objects, further technological specification for the implementation of monolithic concrete construction as this topic linked inspection and test plan, risk and crisis measures. The aim of this diploma thesis is determine feasibility and profitability of property development project at particular lands in Brno. Solution of problem includes both, the legislative part that determines possibility lands focused on change of territorial plan and the financial part that estimates costs and revenues in project balance and potencial profits for investor, if project will be realized. Main result of this diploma thesis is to answer the question, if property development project should be realized at particular lands in question and estimate future value of lands and project. The aim of this master's thesis is the construction-technological project of the entire building focusing on major construction building - Multifunctional house, which is based on large-diameter piles. The main part of thesis are budget of object and time schedules of construction. Part of the thesis is organization of construction and design of the site eguipment, technological regulation of selected work, quality control and solving transport relations including oversize cargo. It also deals with the design of mechanical assemblies, health and safety, safety of environment and design of instructions for use of building.

The main contens of the thesis is solving a construction-technological project substructure and the upper shell construction of a polyfunctional building in Pardubice. Excavation and foundation work are done in section A and B1 and B2. Drilled piles are foundation of a polyfunctional building. Drilled piles are support of reinforced concrete grillage, which are from strips foundation and foundation pads. Cast-in-place concrete frame is a form of load-bearing structure, which contens plate ceilings, pillars and walls. Peripheral masonry is from hellow clay blocks, which are between cast-in-place concrete frame. Diploma thesis includes technical report, plan of building side, schedule and the budget of the building, technological instructions, radon prevent, control and testing plan, safety, balance resources, selected constructional details, machinery composition, bill of quantities.
