The diploma thesis focuses on enterprise performance assessment. Based on financial analysis methods the company's financial health is evaluated. Results are compared with three competing companies. Comprehensive company performance also contains strategic analysis, credit management analysis and analysis of stakeholders' satisfaction. Recommendations and suggestions to sustain company performance are defined at the end of this thesis.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to prepare financial analyses of three selected construction companies. Results of these analyses will be compared using methods of intercompany comparison. First part of the diploma thesis deals with basics of financial analysis and intercompany comparison, i.e. why, whom and how are both financial analysis and intercompany comparison done and which methods are used. These methods are implemented in the second half of the work. Evaluation of the results are in conclusion.

The aim of thesis is to analyze the financial situation of the joint stock company SOLODOOR. with usage selected methods financial analysis in the years 2008 -- 2012 from the perspective of ana external analyst. In the teoretical part are sumarized knowledge of the elementary methods of financial analysis, economic value added (EVA) and comparisons between selected competitors. On the basis of selected methods of financial analysis was conducted an analysis the individuali aspects of company. In the practical part is devoded to calculated economic value addend (EVA) a performance indikators not only for SOLODOOR j.s. as well as a major competitors by the metodology of Ministry of Industry and Trade. In conclusion the practical part is provided comparisons between selected competitor.

The aim of the work is to value system of processing and use of intercompany regulations focused on accounting. To draft recommendation for a revision or drafting of new intercompany regulations that emerged from the comparison with current legislation and recommendations in the literature. The work analyzes the importance of intercompany regulations for the management of the company. In the theoretical part of the work are the internal guidelines generally characterized. There is also described the legislative context on which it is based. In the practical part are recommendations for changes in the guidelines or there are developed new internal directions of the company.

The main objective of this work is to perform inter-company comparison of five banking institutions using the single - and multi-criterial criterial methods in the period before and after the Global financial krizi.Na main objective ties secondary objective, which is concerned with the financial stability of the financial sector in the Czech Republic on the basis the results of stress tests performed by the Czech national Bank.

The aim of this work is to define basic theoretical findings of financial analysis and practically apply these to the concrete case of the concrete company. In the first chapter I am going to describe final accounts in general -- legislative requirements, what it is consisted of, what duties result from it. In the second chapter I am going to define financial analysis procedure. I am going to talk about liquidity analysis, profitability analysis, financial stability analysis, indebtedness analysis and activity analysis. In terms of the total assessment of financial health I am going to apply bankrupt and value models. I am also going to look at intercompany comparison, particularly in two ways -- within the scope of a given branch and in comparison to two competing companies. In the third, final, part I am going to apply all the theoretical knowledge to the concrete company and do the final assessment and résumé.

The aim of this paper is to analyze pharmaceutical companies using the method of comparison. In the theoretical section I describe all methods of comparison, in the practical section methods are applied to individual companies. The result will be the sequence according to their business success.

The paper is focused on comparison of individual methods enabling evaluation of health care facilities and selection of the most suitable method with respect to the evaluation objective. The aim of the evaluation is to compare health care facilities by the indicators that can affect patient satisfaction. A financially sound hospital has enough resources to invest in new medical technology and equipment, it can afford to adequately pay quality health care staff and thereby influence treatment success and patient satisfaction. The partial objective is to select appropriate financial indicators for evaluation, as well as a method for comparing and ranking hospitals. The most suitable method of evaluation was the point method with the determination of weights and the definition of the required range of indicators. I proceed according to this method also in the current evaluation, with the alteration of indicators.

The purpose of this thesis is to find real picture of the company's economy from the view of the external observer and eventually to make suggestion for eliminating founded deficiencies. For this purposes the detailed financial analysis with the focus on ratio indexes and EVA indicator will be performed. The great emphasis will be devoted to the intercompany comparison.

The implementation of financial analysis in Západočeské konzumní družstvo Sušice by using financial analysis methods and the implementation of intercompany comparison in the chosen cooperatives. The summary of theoretical knowledge from the area of financial analysis, which are primary focused on the cooperative's needs and on the intercompany comparison. The theoretical knowledge are after that applied on Západočeské konzumní družstvo Sušice. Based on the final values of chosen financial analysis indexes is made the appreciation of cooperative's financial situation. The last part of work is the intercompany comparison in the chosen cooperatives by using the given indexes.
