Ziel der vorliegenden Masterarbeit war es, einen BIM-basierten Kommunikationsworkflow mittels BCF für das Protokollwesen und für die Koordination zu gestalten. Es sollte somit herausgefunden werden, wie sich die BCF erfolgreich in den Kommunikationsworkflow eines BIM-Projektes integrieren lässt und welche Auswirkungen diese Integration für die allgemeinen Kommunikationsprozesse, für die Protokollierung von Aufgaben oder Problemen sowie für die koordinativen Angelegenheiten in der gesamten Bauphase hat. Building on the logic of issue selling, my dissertation explores the micro-processes of shareholder social activism through which shareholders interact with targeted firms and also addresses which micro-processes could affect the effectiveness and the success of shareholder social activism. To do this, my dissertation develops a theory with respect to the approaches of linguistically framing the contents of and of presenting shareholder social activism. Based on a qualitative (descriptive) analysis on 1,612 shareholder social proposals, my dissertation identifies six packaging strategies that are used by the proponents to linguistically frame the contents of their proposals and two selling strategies used by the proponents to present their proposals. Subsequently, a quantitative analysis demonstrates that the effectiveness of shareholder social proposals would be largely determined by the joint effects of opportunity framing, threat framing, coalition building, and repeated submitting and that other packaging strategies would have little unique contribution to the effectiveness and the success of shareholder social activism. I argue that my dissertation would make contributions to the understanding of shareholder social activism and also offer some theoretical considerations for future studies on issue selling, although my dissertation might not directly contribute to the body of work of issue selling. / Ph. This thesis is focused on design methodology of administration and management of issues, using issue-tracking system. The objective is to create such methodology and deploy it to specific organization. During methodology creation, there were used best practices, acquired from source thesis and authors experiences. In theoretical part of thesis are described approaches, witch is this thesis based on. Then thesis describes what issue-tracking system is and lists mostly used issue-tracking systems. In practical part, the methodology itself is created. At first, target group is described. Then, types of issuse and roles used in issue-tracking system are described. Then is described, how to create lifecycle of issue and how to handle with its attributes. Last part is focused on data reporting from issue-tracking system. Last chapter of practical part describes how to implement methodology to issue-tracking system JIRA.

v anglickém jazyce This diploma work deals with problems of offenderś personality from the criminological point of view.The first chapter explains primary terms which are necessary for understanding of given matter,here after I introduce the state of crime -rate in the Czech Republic during the period of 2006-2009 and constitution of offenders from the age and sex point of view. In the fifth chapter I introduce one of many offender typologies. After that I concentrated on the criminality of youth,its specification,state and structure.The eighth chapter deals with prevention, its meaning and kinds of preventive measures.

The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the life imprisonment and answer basic questions related to issue of this criminal sanction. It is necessary to study the life imprisonment from the perspective of the criminal law, but in the light of psychological and social aspects that are connected with the long-term imprisonment. The thesis is composed of six main chapters, which are divided into different subchapters. Each of these chapters is dedicated to several aspects of life imprisonment and this work is trying to give a global view of the life imprisonment. The Introduction is followed by Chapter One which defines the term and purpose of the punishment. This Chapter presents the history of the evolution of the punishment. This work describes development of the concept of the punishment from retribution and frighten to the modern comprehension that respects human rights and liberties. The work is pointing out the example of the remarkable Italian scientist Cesare Beccaria, who came with the modern comprehension of the punishment in the era of the Enlightenment. However, the modern view prevailed not earlier than in the 19th century. The Chapter One also explains the system of the punishment. The Chapter Two examines the death penalty. The thesis is mapping current situation on the market in warrants as nonstandardised option contracts. Particular attention is paid to the special issues of warrants modified into the form of so called "access products". The function of such financial instrument is to open extraordinary investment opportunity to certain kind of investors, who otherwise are not allowed to make direct investment into the underlying asset itself. Access products can be considered as particular financial innovation, which spread out on Central European capital markets. The most familiar form of access products are low strike price covered call warrants, the characteristics of which are being analyzed and compared to standard options and warrants. The author also focuses on the process of issuing warrant securities on Czech capital market according to Czech law and problems linked to it, which the issuer encounters. The thesis proves on the example of Fondul Proprietatea Warrants, which were in 2010 successfully placed to third market of Vienna Stock Exchange by Czech entity, that such warrant issue is possible despite of material complications stemming from the absence of clear definition of warrants in Czech law.
