The theme of this thesis is an implementation of ISO 9001 methodology in small IT companies and its influence on an activity of the company. This work serves as an informative material for those small IT companies which are considering or have already decided to implement the quality management system. The main aim is to design and recommend a procedure in implementation of the quality management system, concerning the small IT companies. Next, we wanted to find out what benefits arise from the implementation of ISO 9001 methodology, what the advantages are, the disadvantages, costs of implementation, frequent problems and other similar characteristics. Information was found out by means of a questionnaire survey and interviews in chosen companies. Such information may be relevant for future decisions in similar companies.

The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of identification and measurement of quality costs in Adient Czech Republic k. s. company. The theoretical knowledge needed to understand the problematics are defined in the theoretical part. These theoretical findings are applied into environment of a chosen company and evaluated in the practical part. The recommendations which will reduce costs in the area of product quality and contribute to greater efficiency of company quality management are suggested in the conclusion of the thesis.

This diploma thesis analyses present state of quality management in small business and include proposal for quality improvement, which lead to effective cooperation, enterprise culture, understanding consumers requests and cost reduction.

In my graduation these I have been dealing with introducing of a new system of quality in the firm. My these has been divided into two parts. In the first instance I have described academic conception and tools of quality management. In the second part I have been dealing with analyzing the present state in the firm and remedy proposals for improve present situation. At the end of second part I have brought forward economic evaluation.

The thesis analyses a quality management process in a manufacturing company and offers suggestions and recommendations for improvement. This thesis should assist in more effective quality management process and help company to get a competitive advantage with using TQM method.

This diploma thesis deals with quality brand issue focused on the used cars market -- "Pečeť jakosti". During the creation has been done analysis of this brand in order to take a closer look on it and on the range of it's effectiveness on the czech market. For this purpose has been used questionnaires on the customers'side and on the car sellers'side either. From this results has been afterwards concluded recommendations in order to raise awareness of "Pečeť jakosti". Also, for comparison, has been shortly dealt with used cars certification on a different than czech market.
