Cíl diplomové práce spočíval v nástinu podmínek a prostředí pro implementaci systémů managementu jakosti ve veřejné správě ČR. Při objasňování tohoto cíle bylo využito východisek z dostupných literárních pramenů, praktických zkušeností s implementací Úřadu městské části Prahy 7 a také vlastního výzkumu. Systémy managementu kvality tvoří ucelené přístupy k rozvoji organizace formou obecných doporučení, jak skutečného růstu kvality poskytovaných statků či služeb dosáhnout. Aplikaci standardizovaných metod je třeba přizpůsobit individuální organizaci vzhledem k předmětu její činnosti a vytýčeným cílům. Veškeré přístupy jsou vždy pouze nástrojem a pomůckou, jenž při správném využití dokáží napomoci ke zkvalitnění a zefektivnění řízení. V současné době je implementace přístupů ke kvalitnímu řízení veřejné správy v ČR dobrovolná a každá veřejná instituce/úřad si jej může zvolit, dle vlastního uvážení. Při dostatečné publicitě a prezentaci, by v budoucnu mohly systémy managementu kvality v očích veřejnosti působit jako určitá záruka poskytovaných statků a služeb.

The master´s thesis focuses on the design of measures in quality management system for Honeywell, spol. s.r.o. Master´r thesis includes a differential analysis of the ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2008 and the new standard ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2015 for the Aerospace Division. There are also analyzed audit reports for 2015, in order to identify problem areas. Based on the analyzes are designed suggestions for improvement.

This diploma thesis deals with problematic of enterprise process management. Several process management approaches are described in the first, theoretical part of the thesis, with focus on Lean Six Sigma concept as a main theory, which is used in analytical and suggestional part of this thesis. The analytical part consists of process mapping and analyzation with purpose of finding weak spots of this process. This part is followed by suggestional part, where are collected improvement suggestions. These suggestions are then evaluated and the best ones are analzyed to find potential ammount of savings.

Spelt (Triticum spelt L.) is commonly processed to wholegrain flour, especially in organic quality. Even this type of flour does not usually contain husks which are removed before milling. This thesis aims to evaluate a possibility of utilizing whole grains including husks in the bakery industry and its effect on the quality from the nutritional as well as technological point of view. Quality control analyses were conducted in 17 samples. These included whole meal flour of common wheat, whole meal flour of spelt without husks, white flour of spelt with husks, white flour of common wheat and white flour of spelt. Remaining samples were made of soft four and coarse meal mixed in various proportions. The alpha and omega for the quality of bread and other bakery products is the quality of ingredients, especially the flour. Therefore, it was necessary to determine quality values and conduct corresponding analyses (Zeleny sedimentation test, falling number, wet gluten content, protein content, etc.). All samples were also subject to measuring rheological characteristics of dough using Mixolab II. In whole grain meals, in which there is the highest risk of mycotoxin contamination, incidence of such contamination was surveyed using the ROSA Mycotoxin Strips method. In the end, the bakery test was conducted with selected 11 samples after which the volume of the baked products was evaluated. This was followed by sensory evaluation by respondents following a presented questionnaire. The bakery experiment showed that it is possible to use spelt grains with husks, but this was reflected in the sensory test by the respondents. They preferred products which are more common and they did not positively evaluate the new taste and texture.

Number of important conclusions result from the questionnaire reserch. Employees of the Pelhřimov plant are very well informed about applied quality assurance systems.

The theme of this work is to present quality standards in a chosen company, which is producing and selling non-alcoholic drinks. The following practical part has two tasks to solve. First, to prepare documentation of HACCP plan for implementation a new product, second to try to remove defect in comparison with BRC standard. Defects are : 1. missing specification forms for private labels 2. missing measuring form of customers satisfaction

This thesis contains an analysis of the QMS in municipal government, specifically in the municipal office of the city of Třebíč. It involves a defining a customer in municipal government and state administration, performing gap analysis of the city of Třebíč and recommending steps for implementation of QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.

The diploma thesis focuses on the quality management system in selected company and presents the differences between current standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2008 and new standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2015. This diploma thesis analyzes current state of selected company with respect to the current requirements and focuses on new mandatory requirements that are essentially during the implementation process of the new quality system in relation to the new standard.

Thesis deals with measuring of chosen indicators of water quality in Vír reservoir (temperature, pH, colour, turbidity, fluorescence of fykocyanin, concentration of chlorofyl-a, pheopigments, microcystin-LR, orthophosphates, nitrates, etc.). Samples were taken from the sampling profiles 10, 30 a 50 metres from absolute level and in the season from May to October was direct in reservoir measured a vertical profile by a multifunction sonde YSI 6600.

In conformity with the ISO standards, a quality manual is elaborated for accredited laboratories working in the sphere of the Czech Ministry of Health. This manual also contains standard operational procedures (SOP) for particular methods used in these laboratories.
