Sídliště kultury s vypíchanou keramikou v Jaroměři ve světle osídlení východních Čech v mladším neolitu / The Stroked pottery site Jaroměř in the light of the settlement of eastern Bohemia in the younger neolithic

Burgert, Pavel January 2012 (has links)
The present work describes the results of processing the excavations obtained during the research of habitation at a Stroke-ornamented ware culture in Jaroměř (Náchod county). The inner chronology of the habitation was studied using spatial relation analysis and the study of the ceramic collection. Through the study of the stone tools, the habitation was set within the wider distribution relationships of the region and it was also possible to observe the manufacturing activity in the researched location. With the help of the ceramic remains, three residential phases were identified which correspond with the shift between the older and the younger degree of culture. This chronology also corresponds with the changing building tradition of the houses of the habitation. The existence of an independent manufacturing region was not proved. The present study looks at the form of the pottery at an important time when the Lengyel influence started to permeate from Moravia to Bohemia. Talapka, Filip Unknown Date (has links)
The aim of this master's degree thesis is a design the route of the high-speed railway line between Hradec Králové - state border CZ/PL. The section starts near the town of Jaroměř and ends at the state border of CZ / PL, near the village of Petříkovice. The proposal is developed in two basic variants, variant nr. 1 only for passenger traffic and variant nr. 2 for mixed traffic of passenger and freight transport. Part of both variants is the design of the exit to the conventional network near the town of Trutnov, enabling its connection to the high speed railway in the direction of Hradec Králové - Trutnov. Part of the work is also the calculation of investment costs for the implementation of individual variants.

Návrh vírové turbiny / Swirl turbine design

Šperka, Oldřich January 2008 (has links)
The purpose of this diploma work is to predict the action of the swirl turbine in a siphonal configuration using the potential energy provided by the river Úpa near the city Jaroměř. The hydraulic predictions of the turbine impellor were based on calculation made using the CFD program Fluent. The measurement of the draft tube and the strength calculations of the turbine blade and spindle are based upon the theories, experiments and finally on the knowledge gained from the test models constructed. The results of this project can be used when considering the viability of a small hydraulic power plant.

Středověké rukopisné knihovny řeholních kanovníků sv. Augustina v Čechách / Medieval Manuscript Libraries of the Regular Canons of St. Augustin in Bohemia

Ebersonová, Adéla January 2020 (has links)
This dissertation examines the medieval libraries of the order of Regular Canons of St. Augustine in Bohemia. The research is concentrated on manuscripts that were written before the end of the 15th century, together with handwritten parts bound together with old prints and fragments removed from manuscripts. The aim of the study is to fill gaps in existing research and provide a systematic overview of the libraries of canonries in Bohemia, namely Roudnice, Jaroměř, Karlov in Prague, Sadská, Rokycany, Třeboň, and Borovany. The research of these libraries is based mainly on preserved manuscripts. Their affiliation to the libraries can be identified with certainty thanks to ownership remarks, in some cases also by typical shelf marks or notes about the content of manuscripts, possibly by other circumstances connected with the history of the books. In addition, there are contemporary sources of the history of some libraries (library catalogues, inventories, records of gifts and testaments, notes about payments for manuscripts, records of the purchase of the books, or reports of the sale of manuscripts in exile). There is one chapter dedicated to each canonry, including a bibliographic overview, a brief summary of the history of the canonry and a detailed survey of the history of its library. The core...

Historie textilní továrny "Bedřich Reich" v České Skalici / History of "Bedřich Reich" textile factory in Česká Skalice

Kušiaková, Kateřina January 2017 (has links)
This thesis describes a history of Bedřich Reich's mechanical weaving - which was established on the turn of 19th and 20th century in Česká Skalice, a textile region in East Bohemia, by his father Karel Reich. From the historical sources of East Bohemia's archive are in the work mentioned technical proposals related to the factory construction, financial statistics and documents relating to the production of textile. In a separate section is presented the story of a Jewish family of Bedřich Reich, describing an idyllic life between two wars, however, at the time of the protectorate tragically touched by factory aryanization and transport to Terezín and Auschwitz. The main period occurs after the war, when the daughter of Bedřich Reich, Eva, returned as the only one home to Česká Skalice. In years 1945-1989, the factory became part of the national corporation Lina Jaroměř and later Mileta Hořice. The final part covers the beginning of the 90s, when the factory was returned in restitution to the descendants of Mrs. Reichová - Zelená.
