Porém, em todos estes faz-se necessário a introdução de requisitos próprios de cada modelo, a serem adotados por aqueles que desejam utilizá-los. Como alternativa, apresenta-se a tecnologia de Web Services, caracterizada pelo baixo acoplamento entre as partes e fundamentada em XML, HTTP e outros padrões já estabelecidos na Internet. Para aderir a esta tecnologia, a plataforma de desenvolvimento Java apresenta o software Java WSDP(Java Web Services Development Package) que possibilita o fornecimento e o consumo de Web Services a partir de programação Java. Nas redes metropolitanas do poder executivo brasileiro, ocorre situação semelhante a heterogeneidade de linguagens e plataformas, como encontramos na Internet. Neste contexto, este trabalho propõe a implementação de Web Service em Java para a divulgação do orçamento público, como solução para integrar órgãos participantes das redes metropolitanas e disponibilizar tais informações para acesso público. Apresentamos estudo de caso relativo ao contexto anteriormente citado e implementamos protótipo para fornecimento de Web Services, bem como aplicação web para consumo e divulgação das informações obtidas

Cílem této diplomové práce je popis problematiky vývoje internetových aplikací na platformě Java. Dalším cílem je vytvořit aplikaci podle požadavků zákazníka. V úvodu práce se zabývám problematikou aplikačních frameworků, zaměřuji se na Spring Framework. V další kapitole rozebírám vhodné technologie pro vytváření vzhledu internetových stránek a možnosti jejich využití se Springem. Dále se věnuji problematice ukládání dat s důrazem na využití ORM a Hibernate. Popisuji také možnost využití aspektově orientovaného programování a jeho podporu ve Springu. V závěru práce obsahuje praktickou ukázku využití teoretických znalostí při vývoji internetové aplikace. Je popsán postup vývoje aplikace s využitím vývojového prostředí Eclipse a metodiky extrémního programování.

This thesis presents Hardware Join Java as a language for specification of parallel reconfigurable computing applications. Hardware Join Java is an extension of the Join Java language with added support for hardware specification. It attempts to increase the level of abstraction offered as compared to other hardware description languages (HDLs); by allowing algorithms in hardware to be expressed in the same way as in software. By incorporating the Join extension to Java, it also unifies the specification of concurrency between hardware and software.

<p>Syftet med detta arbete är att skapa ett webbaserat bokningssystem åt Gefle Gourmetservice, en expanderande cateringfirma i Gävle. De krav som finns på systemet har, successivt under arbetets gång, tagits fram tillsammans med ägarna till Gefle Gourmetservice. Ungefär varannan vecka har en avstämning tillsammans med dessa ägare genomförts. På dessa avstämningar har funktionerna, allteftersom de har implementerats, demonstrerats. Bokningssystem har skapats med hjälp av Java Enterprise Edition, d.v.s. med hjälp av Servlets, Java Server Pages samt Java Beans. Systemet är uppdelat i två delsystem. Det första delsystemet är ett administrativt system, där personalen på Gefle Gourmetservice exempelvis kan lägga till och ta bort produkter, granska beställningar samt meddela hur mycket de arbetat. Det andra delsystemet är det som kunderna möts av när de ska göra en beställning. En MySQL-databas är kopplad till systemet och det är driftsatt på ett webbhotell. Det lever gott och väl upp till alla de krav som har tagits fram, varför kunden är mycket nöjd med resultatet. </p>

Due to the expense and logistics involved with operating real remotely operated vehicles (ROV), training and practice is often difficult to obtain. Therefore, many researches were conducted to increase ROV pilots' experiences through virtual reality. However, most of the training systems that are in use today can only be controlled by a single operator. When two or more ROVs work in a same area, it needs proper concordance among pilots in order to avoid accidents such as collision or cable entanglement. Therefore, this study aims at the development of a ROV operating interface featuring simulated training, remote monitoring, and multiple-user connections. For fulfilling the requirements of remote monitoring, simulated training and multiple-user connections, this study employs JAVA and GL4Java in developing the ROV operating interface. This way we benefit from the 3D description capabilities of GL4Java while JAVA is utilized for the processing and manipulation of web interactions. The developed system architecture includes a server and a client. The client can connect to server by using the web browser through the internet or a LAN with TCP/IP. The server contains required data of sea floor topography and ROV dynamics related parameters. As well, the server is responsible for communicating with the clients. On the client site, it is responsible for sending commands, receiving sensor data and keeping the local information up to date. In remote monitoring, the server periodically integrates and records ROV positioning data and then transmits them to the client. The client receives the updates of ROV status information and displays them on the graphical interface. In simulated training, the equations of motion of ROV are computed on the client-side and only simulated positioning data is reported to the server. In addition, the system allows users to modify underwater visibility, intensity of ambient light and terrain texture for simulating diverse operation conditions.
