Objective: The aim of the thesis was based on an analysis of the historical development of human society to determine changes in human nutrition strategy and its consequences in contemporary post-industrial society. The intention of the study was to highlight the potential risks of these changes on human health. Methods of work: As a source of information I used studied literature and created a poll. The research group survey was composed of respective respondents, of which was the assumption that they have the experience, knowledge of the so-called. Paleolithic diet. The results are presented in tables and graphs using the functions in Excel. Results of work: Final results are interpreted on the basis of studied literature and information gathered through the survey respondents were sent out to me. Analysis of the historical context of cause and effect in the development of nutritional strategies of human society, will allow predicting dietary habits and health risks for humans in the 21st century.

Individual types of viability tests based on colorimetric changes of the solution are desribed in the theoretical part. Furthermore, HSP proteins are characterized, which are not connected only by heat shock, but also during other cell stresses such as exposure to UV, cold, extreme pH or heavy metals. They are important for the cell, because they help to reformulate proteins that have been damaged by cellular stress and also bind to new unpacked proteins and ensure their correct folding. Proteins that are affected by molecular chaperones are collectively called client proteins. Some HSPs also contribute to membrane transport or degradation. These proteins are co-operative with the cochaperones, which are important for heat shock proteins because they help them to pack protein, in particular by catalyzing the hydrolysis of ATP to ADP. Herein is also described cisplatin and its derivatives, including mechanism of action and adverse effects. This work was focused on detection cytotoxicity of cisplatin and its derivatives. Cells were exposed to stress condition induced by cytostatics and huge changes in heat shock proteins and cochaperon levels were observed. There was also observed colocalization of heat shock proteins and their client protein p53 by confocal microscopy in these stressing conditions.

The aim of this work was to evaluate the development of staff in manufacturing concern and to evaluate a motivation to their efficiency by forms of financial remuneration for work during the years of 2002 {--} 2007. Examination was realized in a small product´s concern with high value added to product. There were on the average of 290 workers along tracked period on the premises. The theoretical part deals with relevancy of company staff involvement and monitors points that effects staff behaviour and decision making. The practical part includes analyses of remuneration system in concern "A", parts of a gross wage during the years of 2002 {--} 2007 and includes the analyse of management interview. They were gained these main findings: - the rate of a fixed part and a motive part of the gross wage relate 60 % : 40 %; - the motive part of the gross wage supports the remuneration in accordance to output. - questions of absence and growth of quality and quantity of production are solved by the method "sugar and whip".

Tato práce pojenává o nezaměstnanosti a jejích ekonomických a psychických důsledcích. Popisuje rizikové supiny na trhu práce a věnuju se jedné z nich: ženám po mateřské dovolené. Pomocí provedeného výzkumu se snaží najít možnosti snížení nezaměstnanosti žen s malými dětmi. Součástí práce je doporučení k řešení nezaměstnanosti jak maminkám na mateřské dovolené, tak potencionálním zaměstnavatelům a také státním orgánům.

This Master's thesis aims to introduce attention-improving games in primary schooling and record its effect on pupils. The theoretical part considers the definition of attention of primary school pupils. The empirical part analyzes the results of group exercises in early primary school age. It covers 24 pupils over 4 months. They are split into two groups to better monitor the performances in detail. The observations were done by the class teacher and her assistant. The research was conducted in a primary school in Prague 5 district. The data collection process involved observations and teacher's research notes. The measurements were conducted at the beginning and at the end of the observation period to statistically determine the effect of training. The thesis explores the means for a teacher to improve pupils' attention with a structured training and exercises. The results suggest that attention of pupils can be improved with specific training methods.

This thesis focuses on the historical figure of Leopoldina of Austria, daughter of the Austrian Emperor Francis I. Married in 1817 with the Portuguese Prince Pedro, the future emperor of Brazil. Chapter one. Introduces the reader in the context of the Portugal of the beginning of the nineteenth century including the departure of the royal court to Brazil and events occured during the period 1808 - 1822 in Brazil that led to the declaration of independence. Chapter two. Devoted to the Archduchess Leopoldina and her biography, with an important remark to the links established between Central Europe and Brazil, thanks to the marriage of Leopoldina and Pedro. Chapter three. Refers to Leopoldina's contribution to the independence of Brazil, which is neglected by some historians. The chapter describes the two main currents developed by historians: That one that attributes the independence achievement mainly to Pedro I, neglecting the influence of the Empress Consort on the process, revised through a selection of handbooks of Brazilian history; and the one, supported in the writings of Karl H. Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou postavení orgánů statutárního města Mladá Boleslav. Zejména je kladen důraz na zastupitelstvo města a jeho výbory, radu města a její komise, primátora a magistrát. Cílem je zaměřit se na jejich postavení, strukturu, pravomoc a působnost. Dále se snaží zachytit změny u jednotlivých orgánů, ke kterým došlo jak z hlediska demografických tak sociálních charakteristik. Konkrétně jsou porovnávány dvě po sobě jdoucí volební období 1998-2002 a 2002-2006.

The theme of the thesis is "the use of management accounting for the needs of the management." Its aim is to define the use of information obtained from the management accounting for the needs of the management of the company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the various types of accounting subsystems and components in greater detail individual deals with management accounting. Furthermore, the work dedicated to the financial analysis as a tool for getting information on the financial situation of the selected building enterprise and in the last part of the thesis are listed for each part of the managerial accounting, by which the company could better control the management of the undertaking.

The work deals with the remuneration of employees in KOVO Koukola Ltd. The main aim of this thesis is to define the theoretical concept of pay for workers and confronting him with a reasonably functioning system in a particular company.
