In this Master´s thesis is showed the principles, methods and process with document, which is necessary for managing of testing in Testing laboratory. Benefit of this thesis is design the new system of 5S, expanding the testing portfolio and finally, description of the new system for capacity planning. This system should predicted the future problems due to insufficient capacity and this will be done automatically.

The thesis focuses on the contemporary CSDP missions of the European Union from the point of view of critical literatures on imperialism, state-building and capacity-building. State-building and capacity-building gradually became dominant approaches towards weak and failing states which are associated with the exercise of power and influence in the critical literature, e.g. in David Chandler on whose argument this thesis draws on. The thesis develops Chandler's argument by means of analysis of intervention practices in the selected cases.

The diploma thesis is focused on the research of new ways of distribution of capacities of lodging facilities. The theoretical part introduces the reader with to the travel and tourism market and defines the importance of online and mobile market. The analytical part first descibes a selected lodging facility Y and reaserches three particular new ways of distribution and companies that use them. The results of this research, the research of the companies that use the new ways of distribution and their sales volumes at the lodging facility Y all conclude to the fact that the sales potential of new ways of distribution is considerable and that using new ways of distribution of capacities is important to maximaze the revenue of lodging facilities.

International development aid is one of the main elements of international relations and politics. It has taken place since the 1950's through great international organisations and institutions. Nevertheless, the international approach towards development has been considerably criticized. Critics have pointed out the generality of methods of development and the "one size fits all" paradigm. These programmes did not reflect and adapt enough to the conditions of specific areas, and preferred centralised approaches. At the same time a range of regional and local development initiatives has emerged. Despite the great success of local forms of aid, the international aid is still widely in demand and not decreasing. The aim of this thesis is to demonstrate the advantages of international presence in developing education programmes, with the following research question: What benefits do international organisations or institutions bring to national education programmes? Based on participatory observation of education systems in the Philippines and Myanmar, the thesis assesses the main advantages of international development programmes and the benefits for their participants. Diploma thesis "European collaborative defense projects and the military capacity of the EU" is dealing with the realization of cooperative projects and with their influence on the development of military capacities of the European Union member states. The author examines the economic and military advantages of international defense collaboration. The optimal way of collaboration leads to lower development and production costs, higher quality of the product and better competitiveness on the market. The author uses selected European programs to test how the results are achieved in reality. Further author identifies the goals of the European Defense and Security Policy as they were set up by the European Union. Mainly the so called Petersberg Tasks. The author examines which military capabilities the European Union needs to build in order to realize the full scope of the Petersberg Tasks and whether the realized collaborative projects enhance the capabilities of the Union for these tasks.

This master's thesis focuses on the manufacturing system of the company ADOZ, ltd. It describes some systems of production management that leaders of the company want to implement, the company itself, the condition of the default manufacturing system, its deficiencies and motives of the company that led leaders to decide to move to a new space. One section of the thesis describes the space of the new building into which the company wants to move its manufacturing system. The thesis also deals with the calculation of capacity, the quantity of staff, and the size of the areas of the new manufacturing system that should be placed into the new building. The workplaces of the manufacturing system have been divided into various type groups. The relationships between these groups have been analysed, whereupon accurate plans of the placement of workplaces of the new manufacturing system in the manufacturing space of the new building have been created. On the basis of two different attitudes towards calculation of capacity, two different proposals have been created, and a plan of workplace placement has been made individually for each proposal. Both proposals have been compared from a financial viewpoint.
