Kategorizace trestných činů v českém trestním zákoníku / The categorization of criminal offenses in the Czech criminal Code

Jahodová, Štěpánka January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the categorization of criminal offenses in the Czech Criminal Code, it is a fundamental issue related to criminal liability. The recodification of the Criminal Code in 2009 brought with it several changes, one of the most discussed areas was the new categorization of crimes, which moved from a monopartite to a bipartite of crimes (misdemeanour and crime). However, the "new" categorization of criminal offenses was not the only change brought about by the Czech Criminal Code. Among others is the issue of the concept of crime, respectively. its change from material-formal to formal conception. However, in today's Criminal Code, thanks to the principle of subsidiarity of criminal repression, we do not have a formal concept in its pure form, but rather a materialized formal concept. In Czech criminal law, we have two correctives - the principle of subsidiarity of criminal repression, as a substantive corrective and the principle of opportunity, as a corrective of procedural law. The need for two correctives is debatable and opinions differ widely. For this reason, I described them in my thesis and I allowed myself to present my opinion on this issue. In order to describe the topic of the diploma thesis as comprehensively and in mutual context, I divided the work into three...

Jazykové ztvárnění národnostních stereotypů v českých médiích / Linguistic Representation of National Stereotypes in Czech Media

Vlasáková, Zuzana January 2011 (has links)
Résumé This diploma thesis under the title Linguistic Representation of National Stereotypes in Czech Media deals with which stereotypes about three chosen nationalities - Romani, Vietnamese and Russians - are present in the selected sample selected from Czech media and how they are linguistically represented. The paper is based on the presumption that despite the principle of political correctness present in most of the journalese code of ethics, it is not possible to avoid some manifestations of shared fixed images of nationalities (called stereotypes) in media. Next, we argue that the media image of the world is based on the Linguistic Image of the World. The theoretical basis of the cognitive linguistics, especially the Prototype/Stereotype Theory and categorization as the way of understanding and assorting the world, were the main methodological sources. There is a chapter on each analysed national group that depicts the means of its categorisation and lists the particular categories that ensued from the analysis as well as the stereotypes that were discovered in the surveyed sample. Key words: Romani, Vietnamese, Russians, stereotypes, categorization, cognitive linguistics, media

Klíčové znaky a prototypy ve vizuálním rozpoznávání predátorů - laboratorní experimenty se sýkorou koňadrou (\kur{Parus major}) / Key features and prototypes in visual predator recognition - laboratory experiments with Great Tit (\kur{Parus major})

TUMOVÁ, Petra January 2011 (has links)
Categorization of predators is fundamental for birds? life. However, the mechanism is not well explained yet. Two basic theories of categorization were tested in the laboratory conditions, where we have the possibility to focus on the behavior of each individuum. In the experiments we focused on the relevance of the key features and colour patterns. The responses of the Great Tit to variously modified dummies of Sparrowhawk were observed. The results confirm that the bird does not recognize the predator only on the basis of the key features and the colour patterns have a essential influence on the categorization. Categorization of the predator is a complex process and it cannot be explained only on the basis of one psychological theory. A combination of the key features and a prototype of a particular category learned throughout its life is probably used.

Návrh geometrie kontejneru pro skladování ropných produktů / Design of tank container for storage of petroleum products

Bezděk, Lukáš January 2011 (has links)
This diploma thesis presents design of oil storage container type ISO 1CC. The container is designed according to ISO standards. The standards prescribe or limit some of the container dimensions, other dimensions are derived from specific purpose of the container. The container can be considered either as a transport container (empty) or as a stationary tank (full). Therefore, the load conditions are given by ISO for transport containers in the first case and by ČSN EN for the latter. The goal is to design and evaluate various container designs by FEM (finite-element method) analysis.

Nástroj pro automatické kategorizování webových stránek / Automated Web Page Categorization Tool

Lat, Radek January 2014 (has links)
Tato diplomová práce popisuje návrh a implementaci nástroje pro automatickou kategorizaci webových stránek. Cílem nástroje je aby byl schopen se z ukázkových webových stránek naučit, jak každá kategorie vypadá. Poté by měl nástroj zvládnout přiřadit naučené kategorie k dříve nespatřeným webovým stránkám. Nástroj by měl podporovat více kategorií a jazyků. Pro vývoj nástroje byly použity pokročilé techniky strojového učení, detekce jazyků a dolování dat. Nástroj je založen na open source knihovnách a je napsán v jazyce Python 3.3.
