Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského plánu pro založení soukromé kliniky řečové terapie v Brně, jako společnosti s ručením omezeným. Návrh je reakci na existenci tržní mezery v poskytování komplexích a kvalitních služeb v oblasti řečové terapie, psychoterapie a fyzioterapie. V následující práci jsou vyhodnoceny potřebné předpoklady úspěchu podnikání, zahrnující také finanční plán, včetně návrhu kroků pro samotmou realizaci firmy.

The topic of this Master‘s thesis is an elaboration of project documentation of construction part for a project of new building private clinic in Slavkov u Brna. Object is composed of three floors. In the first floor there are chemist and X-ray. In the second and third floor there are doctor's surgery. Construction system is transverse wall. The ceilings are made of prestressed panels. The roof of object is single-layer flat roof.

The thesis solves the processing of a project documentation of a veterinary clinic in Nachod. The project and attachments are processed in accordance with current laws, regulations and standards. The Veterinary Clinic is located on parcels č.122 / 3 and 122/4, which are parts of the cadastral municipality Nachod. Near the land under the adjoining local roads, there are utilities routed. In the building of veterinary clinic, there will be 2 surgeries, 2 operating rooms, laboratory, pharmacy, grocery breeders and editorial office. Veterinary Clinic is a two-storey building with a rectangular ground plan with dimensions of approximately 40 x 19 meters. The building has 3 main entrances. Admission to the clinic and store are situated on the northwestern side. Entry into the pharmacy and the editorial office, which is located on the 2nd floor, are on the southeast side. The supporting wall system is made of aerated concrete, ceiling is made of reinforced concrete. On the building's flat roof with reinforced concrete supporting structure.

The subject of this thesis is to develop design documentation for the newly built multifunkcional building. The building is located in Slavkov u Brna. It is located on flat terrain. Building is partial basement with four floors. The new building is divided into a cafe, a dental clinic and 12 apartments. Masonry is made up of Porotherm system, ceiling structures are made of filigree plates. The building is covered saddle roof created by wood trusses. The project was developed in AutoCAD.

In this thesis, we address the petition of new infectious clinic at the documentation for construction. Location the building is designed in the northern outskirts of Šumperk. The building is an irregular shape with 3 storeys with 1 basement. Developed building area is 1180,08 m2. The building is a movement divided into three parts, and to: object A- communication area for meals, object B- children's department, object C- building department for adults. The supporting structure is made of masonry materials. Ventilated facade to the building is from the outside, lined with stone lining- slate / wood lining- Siberian larch. Draft internal layout reflects the requirements of standards for hospital then submitted demands to avoid danger to persons health due to the occurrence of infectious diseases. The thesis also includes two special projects: Design of reinforced concrete slabs petition air conditioning. Projects are handled over selected parts of the Clinic of Infectious Diseases.

A master thesis „Clinic of holistic medicine“ is processed as a project documentation. The building is projected for the plat no.170/1 in Kladruby u Vlašimy (Benešov district). Is a three-storyed wooden building from large-format wooden panels. Ceilings are ribbed constructions from spruce wood. Stairspaces are made of reinforced concrete. The house is roofed with a saddle roof made by woodentrusses. Stairspaces and machine room of air conditioning are roofed with a one-sheat flat roof. The project is planned as an extension of the Rehabilitation institute complex in Kladruby.

Diploma thesis Veterinary Clinic is compiled in the form of project documentation. The building is situated in the city of Pardubice. The building will be made from POROTHERM blocks with ventilated facade with the mineral heat insulation. The ceilings will be made of reinforced concrete. One part of the building has lean-to roof and second part has flat roof with vegetation on the top of it. The project emphasizes layout, static, fire safety, acoustic, energy savings and user safety solutions. The building has two floors, of which the second one is receding. On the first floor there are two consulting rooms with shared waiting room, operating room, x-ray, laboratory, post-op care and technical background. On the second floor there are facilities for employees, such as dressing room, daytime room, kitchen and office. This diploma thesis deals with veterinary clinics in Prostejov. The building is secluded on almost flat land. The building has a simple rectangular shape, replicating the street, with a receding second floor. The building is brick, two-storey, basement, covered with a flat roof and green roof terrace. On the first floor are situated surgeries, surgeries, operating rooms, facilities for employees and utility room. On the second floor there is a pet shop, counseling, treatment plant dog, sanitary facilities for public office and facilities for temporary accommodation of employees, where it is possible to get to the green roof terrace. The building is insulated, partially with white plaster and partly with wooden facade panels. The building is in part intended for the general public designed wheelchair.

The thesis focuses on the use of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) methods and principles at the Psychiatric Clinic of the First Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and the General University Hospital in Prague. There is a theoretical introduction to EBM - its origin and development, EBM information resources as well as general basic principles of this approach to work with clinical evidence. Part of this work introduces the history and current activities of the Psychiatric Clinic and the related Psychiatric Association of the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně. The practical part of the thesis describes the preparation of research and its results. Based on semi-structured interviews with physicians of the Psychiatric Clinic, the results of this research represents their current attitude towards EBM and use of EBM methods in their daily work. The aim of the thesis is also a proposal to raise awareness of EBM information sources in the form of information materials and educational seminars.

The aim of the master´s project is to provide designs for building permission for a nearly zero-energy veterinary clinic. It is a detached building with two aboveground floors. There are three clinics, one operating rooms, laboratory and staff facilities in the building. First part presents the design of building structure, The superstructure is based on strip foundations made of reinforced concrete in combination with pre-cast permanent formwork made of concrete blocks. The structural system is designed as a masonry system from clay masonry with columns from reinforced concrete. The external walls are load-bearing and covered with thermal insulation and ventilated facade. The floor and roof bearing structure is made of prefabricated concrete slabs. The building is covered with a warm flat green roof. Second part includes the design of building services as lighting, heating, heat recovery ventilation unit. These processes are together shown in a global scheme. Third part is focused on Life cycle assessment of three different flat roof assemblies to compare how they affect the environment. It uses a functional unit 1m2 of a flat roof to define parameters and show how big impact they have on the environment. The project was elaborated using Revit, AutoCad, Deksoft, Building design, GaBi a Lumion software.
