Marketingová strategie klubu historických vozidel / Marketing strategy of veteran vehicle´s club

Main goals of the thesis are running strategy situation analysis for the club of veteran vehicles, giving analysis of its marketing mix and setting new tools for its future promotion. Recommendations for the marketing procedures are backed up by renewed web space, which contains redaction system and is linked into optimized advertising campaign, too. Research methods were chosen according to considered financial possibilities of the club. They consist of structured interviews with people familiar with the matter, as well as club data analysis and overall statistic data analysis. Expert tools for web designers and consultants were used while creating the web advertising campaign. Conclusions of the thesis lighten the similarities between marketing mix of nonprofit organization and small entrepreneurship. Next, the fresh new site with internet promotion is boosting the money earning activities. At the same time, it speeds up communication both inside and outside of the club, all together strengthening its member's loyalty to the club.

This Project includes the background of the football club Lučina. The object is situated in the community center of Lučina. The house has three floors. There is a utility room, storage room, laundry facilities and rehabilitation facilities for football players (gym, sauna, jacuzzi, massage) in the basement. In the 1st floor is a locker room with showers for the players and the public buffet. In a separate part is a toilet and garage. In the 2nd floor is an apartment with terrace and facilities for the officers of club. The house is made from brick technology of ceramic blocks. The building is covered with shed roof and vegetation.

There are an accommodation for staff, an accommodation for guests, a meeting place for club´s members, a stable for horses, an outdoor riding school and an indoor riding school in the area. For purpose of the thesis the building SO01 – Club Facilities was processed in detailed design documentation. The buildings SO02 – Stable and SO03 – Indoor Riding School were processed in architectural study documentation.

The subject of the thesis to this is newly built sports facilities tennis club in Brno Pole. The building has a basement and three floors. The main entrance to make the building is from the west side of the level 1.NP. At the bottom of the building is the location of facilities for athletes. On the top floor located facilities for staff and snackbar. Vertical and horizontal structures are mostly made from ceramic system components Heluz. The staircases are monolithic reinforced concrete. Part of the new buildings are complete aluminum construction, plumbing, others, carpentry, locksmith's products. The project was evaluated by computer program AutoCAD.

Priority školního klubu / Priorities of school club

In my dissertation I focused on the priorities of Bernard Bolzano o.p.s. school club in Tábor. In the theoretic part of my dissertation I mention leisure time in connection with children, historical development of leisure time pedagogy, functions, forms and activities of interest education, relationships and communication, definition of a school club and its advantages, school club participants, framework education programme and key competencies. In the practical part of the dissertation I made a research on priorities of a school club. On this basis I created various hypotheses. The veracity or inveracity of the hypotheses should have been verified by a questionnaire formed by research questions. Special additional questions of a structured dialogue with parents and educators of the school club served to specify the research. The evaluation of questionnaires and dialogues has brought the verification of the hypotheses.
