Aplikace CAPM na akciových trzích USA, Evropy a Japonska

Sychra, Petr January 2014 (has links)
Sychra, P. Apllication of the CAPM on the US, European and Japanese stock market. Diploma thesis. Brno, 2014 The thesis is focused on the Capital Asset Pricing model (CAPM) and it's explicatory ability in diferent stock market. Ability to determine stock returns is tested on the historical dates of 10 selected companies in each market. Testing is performed on the wide range of investments horizons, and these horizons are following 1, 5, 10 and 15 years. Testing showed that model is not capable to explain stock returns only on the basic of systematic risk, expressed by beta coefficient.

Populační analýza plemen přežvýkavců zahrnutých do genetických zdrojů v České republice / Populatio analysis sheep breeds included in the gene resources in the Czech republic

Benešová, Jaroslava January 2016 (has links)
Genetic variability reflects the degree of diversity of the population breeds of livestock and seed objectives can greatly decrease. As a result of the reduction of the genetic variability of the population experiencing adverse effects or to the complete extinction of the breed. Adverse effects are manifested primarily on the fitness of animals and their commercial properties. When sufficient population size and when are these influences mating panmictic minimum, however, in populations where there is a reduction in the number of individuals, these effects are essential. In connection with inbreedingem is acting negatively influences called inbred depression. The degree of inbreeding in populations is necessary to monitor and on the basis of creating mating plans, so that was the greatest genetic gain achieved in the conservation of genetic variability, which will have a negative effect on fitness and utility properties. Population analysis was prepared based on data from the herd-books in 1985 up to 2013. The data contained the pedigree of the Bohemian Forest sheep, which is placed between the genetic resources in the Czech Republic. Using the program SAS 5.8 (Statistical Analysis Software) the value of the coefficient of inbreeding have been established for each individual and the average value of the entire population. The other trend was the evaluation of the parameters of the vyhodnocenými coefficient of inbreeding in the reference period and the effective population size, and the generational interval for the four paths of transmission of genes and two transmission paths of genes. The trend of development of the coefficient of inbreeding (Fx) was evaluated as a kolísavě rising with an average of around 0.6%. The average generation interval (L) for the four paths of gene transfer was calculated for two years and 3.83 journey 3.55 years gene transfer. The value of the generation interval, the shorter the period considered, resulting in the intensification of genetic gain. The effective population size (Ne) was estimated in two ways. The total effective population size (Ne) taking into account the kinship was estimated to number of 85 individuals and effective population size involving only males and females was estimated at 3070 individuals. On the basis of the analysis of the coefficient of inbreeding, the generation interval and effective size of the population it is possible to sort the sheep from the Šumava with the low degree of coefficient of inbreeding and the average generation interval. On the basis of the value of effective population size 85 individuals may be experiencing the sheep breed known as endangered.

Stanovení převodních koeficientů dříví uloženého v hráních pro dřevinu SM pomocí analýzy obrazu

Polonček, Ondřej January 2014 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the determination of conversion factors of stacked timber which originates from Norway spruce. Different assortments were produced and processed by the "Petra s.r.o." joint-stock company. Determined factors are compared to the one which are used in contracts of "LČR s.p." ("The forests of the Czech Republic, JSC"). The determination of the coefficients was done using digital photographs of individual timber stocks with the help of the "picture analysis method" in the Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended computer program. The results of this thesis are as follows: determination of the reason for various conversion factors used with various selections, the influence of the edge of timber stock and proposal for changes in storing and measuring of stacked timber.

Vyhodnocení vlivu příbuzenské plemenitby na životaschopnost a dlouhověkost koní Převalského

Nogová, Barbara January 2015 (has links)
The literary overview in the first chapter focuses on the occurrence and discovery of the Przewalski horse. It also deals with their own characteristic. Information about the lifespan of Przewalski horses and individual breeding lines are specified too. Attention was also engaged to the topic of inbreeding and inbreeding depression. The last chapter of a literary overview discusses the current state of the breed. The aim of these theses was to process the data from the general studbook of the Przewalski horses and to evaluate the effect of inbreeding on the length of life of these horses. Data required to statistical evaluation was obtained from the International studbook of Przewalski horse from 2008 and from publicly available internet version of these book. The database contained informations about a sex, date of birth, date of death, lifespan, and the value of the coefficient of inbreeding. Thus obtained data were processed using the program Microsoft Excel 2010 and statistically evaluated in the programs of the UNISTAT 6.5 and SAS 9.1.4. Used to be a basic statistics functions, the Tukey-B test, generalized linear model and Pearson's correlation. Assessing the results of the statistics was detected highly significant effect of sex, year of birth, and the values of the coefficient of inbreeding on the lifespan of Przewalski horses. However, for foals of Przewalski horses, that lived more than two years, has been demonstrated only effect of sex on the lifespan.

Populačně genetický rozbor plemene starokladrubský kůň / Population genetic analysis of Old Kladruber horse

Vostrá Vydrová, Hana January 2016 (has links)
The Old Kladruber horse, along with the Lipizzaner horse, Andalusian horse and Lusitano horse, is of the original Italo-Spanish type. The Old Kladruber horse is kept in two colour varieties (grey and black). Because the population is closed, there is a concern about the loss of genetic variation. The genetic diversity and population structure were analysed in the Old Kladruber horse breed based on the pedigree information of animals that were registered in the Studbook to identify factors that may have affected the genetic variability of the breed. Pedigree records collected from 1729 to 2013 contained information on 7971 animals that were used in the analyses. The pedigree depth was up to 33 generations, with an average of 15.1 complete generations. The effective number of founders and ancestors contributing to the current genetic pool was 92.69 and 17.16, respectively. The average values of the inbreeding coefficient were as follows: 13% (with a maximum value of 29%) for the reference population (individuals that can currently take part in reproduction, n=612), 11% for the grey variety (with a maximum value of 25%) and 15% for the black variety (with a maximum value of 29%). The proportion of inbred animals was high (99%). The average rate of inbreeding in the reference population was 1%: 0.8% for the grey variety and 1.1% for the black variety, and the respective estimates of the effective population sizes were 52 for the reference population, 62 for the grey variety and 45 for the black variety. The estimated percentage of genetic diversity lost due to non-random mating within subpopulations and the reference population was 1.0, 1.0 and 1.2%, respectively. The total loss of genetic diversity in the reference population, in the grey variety and in the black variety was 11%, 13% and 17%, respectively.
