Návrh revitalizačních opatření v mikroregionech Hlinecko a Skutečsko

Havlová, Monika January 2018 (has links)
Presented diploma thesis intends to focus on issues related to revitalization of post-mining areas in Hlinsko and Skuteč microregions. In selected areas within the frame of these regions, the recultivation and revitalization formerly done was evaluated. In order to obtain exact dataset the coefficient of ecological stability by Míchal and SWOT analysis was used. Results of the research show natural processes of succession for restoration of small post-mining quarries as highly efficient. Methods of revitalization practices for active quarries were proposed as well. The whole process has improved ecological stability of the abovementioned areas. Educational trail through Horky in the area A has shown that post-mining areas can serve not only as biological hotspots, but also as interesting sites for geotourism. These results constitute additional arguments for applying natural restoration as revitalization process for newly opened quarries. Even though small-scale mining is still an intervention, it has positive effects on the area, such as organisms, which were pushed out by negative human activities.

Vliv přírodní kosmetiky na změnu mechanických vlastností kůže / The effect of natural cosmetics on change the mechanical properties of the skin

Palátová, Jana January 2016 (has links)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove Department of biophysics and physical chemistry Candidate: Bc. Jana Palátová Supervisor: Mgr. Monika Kuchařová, Ph.D. Title of thesis: The effect of natural cosmetics on chase the mechanical properties of the skin This thesis in theoretical part deals with the structure of skin, its biochemistry and functions. Discusses the changes that the skin undergoes during development and aging. It describes the mechanical properties of the skin and the discipline that deals with these characteristics. The practical part deals with the measurement of mechanical parameters of human skin after application of a natural cream. The trial involved a total of ten women were about the same age. Measurements were performed on a dynamic elastomers being developed at the Department of Biophysics and Physical Chemistry of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Charles University in Hradec Kralove. The investigated parameters were Hooke and Newton factor. Hooke's coefficient indicates the elasticity of the skin, Newton coefficient of its viscosity. The results show that the test cream affected as skin elasticity, and its viscosity. In 90 % of the test persons there was a significant increase in the values of the Hooke and Newton coefficient and the resulting effect...

Daň z nemovitostí v ČR / Real estate tax in the Czech Republic

Pribulová, Lucie January 2011 (has links)
The diploma thesis describes application of the individual coefficients of the real estate tax and it is focused on possible changes, which accompany introduction of the local coefficient. It examines the assumption, if the communities decrease the value of correction coefficient or if they limit the application of the coefficient with value 1,5 along with the implementation of the local coefficient, in order to partly reduce the strong effect of the local coefficient and to cut down the real estate tax. The sample of 22 villages shows that this hypothesis does not work in practice. Municipalities which have set up the local coefficient usually have not done other changes. This thesis also researches how the communities set the particular coefficients and evaluates, if these changes lead to advantages for residents. The indicator predicating that the municipalities behave like this can be the high rate of using coefficient with value 1,5, which is asserted the most often and it is used in one fifth of Czech communities. Next proof of strategic acting of these municipalities is the findings that 20 from 22 surveyed villages have set the coefficients in the way, that non-residents pay higher tax than residents. On the other hand the decision on application of coefficients is in the full competence of communities and it depends only on municipal council which position they maintain.

Regresní modely a jejich využitelnost při ohodnocování akcií v ČR a ve vybraných zemích / Regression Models and their Usability for the Stock Valuation in the Czech Republic and selected countries

Pieran, Ondřej January 2007 (has links)
