Využití vybraných pedochemických charakteristik při studiu krajiny zaniklých vsí a plužin na území ŠLP Masarykův les Křtiny

Olišarová, Lucie January 2017 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the defunct villages in Drahany Highlands from the High Middle Ages. There is a list which includes individual villages and then it devotes a three selected villages (namely: ZO Budkovany, ZO Tipeček and ZO Harbech), which are further investigated in this thesis. These locations has been currently changing to forest land, permanent grassland, wetlands, farmland. As a result of farming and continuous flow of the time trace of these villages are disappearing and it is becoming more and more difficult to map them. There are presented also the results of surface surveys and pedochemical analyses. Further the thesis is focused to analyses by geoinformation system and hydrological mapping, which helps to indicate the location of the villages while using of humidity characteristics or measuring of slope grade. It also evolves the formation of the current state of the cultural landscape as a result of anthropogenic influences. The conclusion deals with changing in using of land as the territory of the defunct settlements and influence of historical settlement to the current state of the territory.

Řecké osady v Hispánii / The Greek Colonies in Hispania

Gočová, Veronika January 2013 (has links)
The Greek colonization of the West Mediterranean and specifically Iberian Peninsula is within the scope of Greek colonization rather kind of peripheral subject. However, it is the principal subject of our work. The Greeks not by a long sight were the only merchants, settlers, visitors and discoverers of the West world at that times. They were taken over by the Phoenicians and is evident, that they were the protagonists of the Iberian Peninsula at that times. Based on the modern scientists the Phoenicians should not be seen as the only ones and charge to the account of the Greeks just the merchants's role. The new epigraphic aknowledgements and archeological research in "Contestania" are in witness of the essential presence of the Greeks in this area. The reflection of the historical sources is completed by the archeological remains. We would like to join all the new aknowledgements based on comparison of various sources that are at our disposal. Keywords Iberian Peninsula - colonization - Greeks - Contestania

Rychlost kolonizace nově vybudovaných rybníků makrozoobentosem

Petrovajová, Veronika January 2014 (has links)
Presented diploma thesis deals with the topic of colonisation of newly build fishponds by macrozoobenthos organisms. Most of the authors devote to colonisation of running or periodic waters but colonisation of standing waters is more likely neglected topic. Observed locality is placed in the Northern Moravia. Three fishponds in the newly created pond system were sampled from spring till autumn during the first year after building. Qualitative samples of aquatic biota were taken by hand-net. Macrozoobenthos of fishponds was evaluated from the taxonomic structure and abundance point of view. Due to the high proportional representation of Chironomids and a lack of autecological demands of particular taxa, distribution of organism into particular functional groups was not realized. The influence of fish stock as well as short time period from the pond creation were assessed as the main factors of low taxonomic composition and low abundance of macrozoobenthos. Simultaneously, the physicochemical parameters (temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH and conductivity) of water of fish ponds were monitored. Those were assessed as suitable for stated fishponds types and should not eliminate neither the rearing of fish nor the presence of aquatic invertebrates.

Ekonomické důsledky odsunu sudetských Němců z Uničova / Economic consequences of German exodus from Unicov

Horáček, Michal January 2008 (has links)
This thesis' main goal is to analyze the impact of forced exodus of German people from Uničov and its surroundings. The author does not want do describe the problem of Benes' Decrees, but the example of Moravian small town should illustrate theirs results. It briefly shows history of Czech and German colonization from medieval ages to the foundation of Czechoslovakia, then, as the basis for comparison, describes the economy, local politic trends and ethnic interaction between the World Wars and during German occupation. The main chapter focuses on Unicov in 5 years after World War II, the political situation, questions of the exodus and re-colonization of the region by Czech people from nearby, more distant areas of Czechoslovakia and even from 1 region of the USSR. It describes changes in agriculture, industry and entrepreneurship. All these sectors were somehow touched by the political change after year 1948. The study is based on older works of local historians, author's own research in archives, documents found in legacy and memories of the living elders.

Role Západu v (ne)rozvoji Konga-Kinshasa / The role of the West in the non-development of Congo

Šikulová, Eva January 2013 (has links)
This paper describes the development of Congo since its beginnings until today and focuses on the influence of the Western world on the country. Congo was founded by the Belgian king Leopold II and became his personal colony. Leopold's regime was orientated on the expoitation of Congo's natural resources, above all rubber and ivory. The inhuman treatment of Africans caused international criticism and Leopold was forced to hand over the colony to Belgium. Under belgian rule the economic development of Congo started, even though congolese people were still considered second category citiziens. After gaining independence the country was caught in total chaos until the revolution by general Mobutu. After taking over the government, he ruled Congo for 32 years, supported by the West, and the country was systematically ruined. In 1997, during the first Congo war, Mobutu was overthrown by Laurent Kabila. One year later another war started and though it officialy ended in 2003, a regional conflict in Kivu is still going on. The motivation of armed groups is the mineral wealth of the region. Western companies are indirectly financing the conflict through importing conflict minerals.

PhDr. Zdeněk Beneš, CSc. Abstract: The dissertation thesis intends to affect changes within the studies of medieval settlement in context with Czech historiography. It focuses on the relationship between the character of historiographical discourse and applied methods of research. The subject of relational analysis is both linguistic branches of Bohemian historiography. Changes in the specific field discourse are observed against the background of changes in Bohemian historical culture. Thus, the ways of multiplication of historical knowledge and the connection to the socio-political, cultural and institutional context of the observed issues are also monitored. The work mainly takes into account the territory of the wider historical Cheb region, which is used as a model example of changes in historical questioning depending on changes in historical awareness and social context of the time. Mykorhizní preparáty a jejich možné využití při množení okrasných dřevin

Hasalíková, Markéta January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the influence of mycorrhizal preparations in the reproduction of ornamental trees and their recommendations for the production in growing nurseries. Two species of shrubs were chosen for the experimental part, Deutzia gracilis 'Nikko' and Weigela florida 'Piccolo'. The shrubs were propagated by herbal cuttings. The experiment took place in 2018 on the site of the Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice. After laboratory evaluation, the root colonization by arbuscular fungi has been demonstrated. The degree of colonization has not reached high levels, but we have seen their gradual increase. From the results it is noticeable that the preparations used did not influence the development of adventitious roots and the vitality of cuttings so it is not possible to label it as effective and recommending for the production in growing nurseries. It should be noted that the duration of this experiment was only one year.
