Metod: Uppsatsens använder sig av en metaetnografisk metod som studerar totalt 17 st originalstudier och syntetiserar dessa till ett resultat. Detta syntetiserade resultat har sedan analyserats mot ett teoretiskt ramverk. Slutsatser: Uppsatsen finner att den interna kommunikationen och således transaktionskostnaden kommunikation inom en organisation påverkar effektiviteten på en operativ nivå i det dagliga arbetet på ett flertal sätt. These are then synthesized to a result. The synthesized result are then analysed against and theoretical framework. Results: This study find that the internal communication and thus the transaction cost communication within an organisation is effecting the organisation on an operational level in the daily work in several ways. The study also presents three important actions for an organisation to implement in order to reduce the information asymmetries and communication discrepancies within the organisation.
