The diploma thesis focuses on the description of the current state of Czech education. First of all, it represents the objectives and concepts of elementary education in the Czech Republic and brings closer to the requirements of the Framework Education Programmes. It describes closer the importance of key competencies and objectives of the educational field Citizenship Education. In the next part the diploma thesis introduces a program Philosophy for Children, whose principles correspond to a great extent with the objectives of elementary education, and therefore it seems to be a suitable tool for educating and education pupils. The empirical part will then offer a specific model of teaching built on the basis of Philosophy for Children and will assess its suitability for achieving the objectives of the educational field Citizenship Education.

This thesis deals with analysis of the Framework Educational Program for Elementary Education (FEP EE) and finding means to meet the objectives of FEP EE in art education which leads to a concept of seventh grade curriculum. Thesis also reflects the author's personal approach to the formulation of the contents of the curriculum. The theoretical part focuses on examining the FEP EE and finding means to meet objectives in the form of curriculum concept for the seventh grade. The findings of the theoretical part is complemented by comparison of curricular documents for art subjects of Czech Republic and Great Britain. The empirical part describes the procedures for defining the curriculum concept. It includes transmission analysis of the FEP EE objectives to the content of the curriculum, which is based primarily on teaching practice. Analysis is followed by personal perception of the FEP EE requirements in the form of teaching aimed at the creating process and by description of the analyzing process of author`s teaching in connection with the FEP EE concept exploration at selected elementary schools. Vyučovací metody ve výchově ke zdraví / Teaching methods of health educationNová, Libuše January 2021 (has links)
Aim of this diploma thesis is to provide the reader an insight into the subject of health education. Theoretical part of this thesis defines curriculum and subject didactics. Knowledge of these two documents has impact on the efficient preparation of teaching process. Practical part of this thesis defines five lessons teaching with the use of traditional and activation methods. Teaching part is focused on providing first aid. The realization itself took place on Primary school Korenskeho in Prague 5 in June 2021. Teacher's feedback is submitted for each realized educational method and proposal of possible improvements was suggested. Feedback from pupils was carried out by questionnaires. Pupils rated individual educational methods in terms of efficiency, difficulty and attractivity by five degree scale. Thirty seven pupils from two sixth grades participated in the survey. Collected data from survey were presented in graphs. Results show that pupils prefer learning with activation elements. The most pupular activities among the pupils were training in bandaging and contest Jeopardy. Analysis showed there is a dependency between effectivity and attractivity of the used methods. Output of this thesis is suggestion of preparations of individual lessons and their verification in practice.
