This diploma thesis deals with the problem of community social work in a small town and the planning of new social services to be convinient for the real needs of the community. The thesis also deals with possible difficulties which the municipality can encounter to as applicant for a grant from the Integrated Regional Operational Program (call no. 74 Development of polyfunctional community centers infrastructure). It also focuses on the topic of sustainability of the project. The aim of this diploma thesis is to theoretically define the community centers and community social work and to describe the possibilities of drawing funds from the EU fund and the process of preparing the application and its difficulties.

The main aim of this thesis is Evaluation of compost phytotoxicity produced in composting plant of Svitavy. Biodegradable waste as a whole is also mentioned. This work is divided into several parts. Theoretical part aims to describe basic terms regarding biodegradable waste, legislation and statistical data. Moreover you can find way of handling biodegradable waste there but main focus is on the process of composting. Practical part describes composting plant facility in the city of Svitavy and all of the laboratory procedures used to evaluate compost phytotoxicity of studied samples. Three main methods of evaluating compost phytotoxicity were used phytotoxicity test using set Phytotoxkit, flower pot test and test phytotoxicity by Plíva. All of those methods utilized seeds of the Sinapis alba L and Cannabis sativa L. Last part of this thesis contains test results and their evaluation.

The subject of the diploma thesis is based on the specific intention of the town of Žďár nad Sázavou for the reconstruction of the original nursery school at Okružní street to the community center. The diploma thesis follows the analytical part of the previous semester, which examined the possibilities, risks and potential of the city. The main starting point is the work with the existing building - reconstruction and extension of the original kindergarten building. Compared to the conventional new "green meadow" construction, this assignment emphasizes the use of existing values, the concentration and strengthening of the existing city as opposed to the contemporary colonization of the free landscape. The design of a building modification of an existing building must also be based on the perception of the continuity of the development, in particular the constructional nature of the building, so that the newly designed "layer" of development does not become a denial of the previous layers.

The topic of this diploma thesis is in accordance with the intent of the city of Žďár nad Sázavou to renovate an existing building of a kindergarten on Okružní street, and turn it into a community center. The focus of this thesis follows up the preceding term, the analytical part of which delved into possibilities, risks and the capacity of the city. In addition, the aim of this thesis conforms to the specialization of Res Publica module in social buildings of the city. The key prerequisite of the assignment is to work with the existing building, namely the kindergarten, hence the renovation and the extention. Unlike conventional and new development on a greenfield site, this project makes a point of utilizing existing values, making the city denser along with strengthening it, thus resulting in bringing about the difference compared to contemporary colonization of an open countryside. The design of the construction changes of the existing building must take development continuity perception into consideration, first and foremost the load-bearing system of the building, lest the newly-designed development layer belie the previous ones.

Reconstruction and completion of the community center in Ždár nad Sázavou. The aim of the project is to create a multifunctional community center with operational and administrative facilities. On the basis of a specific intention of the contracting authority, the following building program for individual community center operations was set up.

Research is based on semi-structured interviews within field examine, which introduces a view to Organisation Český západ, public participation in the implementation of community projects, what projects are highly relevant, to the skills acquired and in what situations seek the services of this organization in 2015. Their utterances are analyzed and interpreted in relation to individual objectives of this work. On the basis of this examine it was found that for informants was important to by employed. This diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of further education in the agencies of domiciliary care. This is a very current topic. Like any other profession, the nursing profession requires a particular education. The development of the new methods in the medical treatment and home care demands more thorough and specialised education of the nurses employed by the domiciliary-care agencies. The aim of the thesis was to find out the present situation of the nurses´ education in the domiciliary-care agencies, the professional specialisation of nurses, the possibilities of education, the nurses´ need of further education and the employers´ willingness to enable the nurses of the agencies to take part in the further education in their field. It can be said that the aims of the research have been fulfilled.

In my thesis I deal with the integration of health and social services. I introduced the issue of two/double departmental service management and their financing, there. In addition, I described the various actors involved in the integration of services, mentioned strategic documents and legislation related to the provision of health and social care. In the case study, I mapped the health and social services provided in Louny, through street-level bureaucrats I gained information about the interconnection of services in Louny and about the factors that affect the implementation of integration of services in the town. For successful implementation of integration, it is necessary to specify the users of integrated health and social services, to create a home base for them, to provide a flexible range of services and at the same time to support the informally caring families. The lack of demand for integrated services is linked to other factors such as ignorance of citizens and low participation in caring for close relatives. Street.level bureaucrats in health and social services do not know the integration of services, they do not encounter it in practice, this factor has an impact on the motivation of street-level bureaucrats to make changes in the provision of care. 2 Abstract The mail aim of this thesis is to set the concept of community education in the broader perspective of historical sociology and to do a case study to find out in which ways the selected Czech primary community school fulfils the principles of community education in practice. Firstly, the work focuses on the general presenta- tion of basic concepts, which are associated with community education (terms of education and community). This is followed by a description and analysis of the principles of community education and by an overview of its historical roots, first abroad and then in the Czech Republic. Attention is also paid to organizations which try to implement community education in the Czech Republic with emphasis on the role and cooperation of primary schools and civil society organizations. After this theoretically oriented part follows the empirical part, which is introduced by the design of the case study. Then the description of the community primary school is provided and results of the research are introduced.
