Využití konduktometru LTC pro charakterizaci proudění vody ve vrtech: Umělý vrt a terénní měření / Use of conductivity meter LTC to characterize the flow of groundwater in well: Use of artificial well and field monitoring

Rodovská, Žaneta January 2016 (has links)
My Master thesis is focused on a tracer dilution technique in the well using automatic conductivity logging probes LTC Levelogger (Solinst co. Canada). The main aim of my thesis was to test the application conductivity meters LTC to track the movement of fluids in wells. Different set up were used moving probes with unmodified sensor slit, moving probes with modified sensor slit, probes measuring at fixed points, combined moving and fixed points probes and results were compared. 15 wells in quaternary and 11 wells in Bohemian Cretaceous Basin were measured, some of them repeatedly. The comparison of results indicate that the highest apparent flow velocity have probes with unmodified sensor slit. On the other hand fixed point probes indicate flow velocity, which is 40 - 50% lower at the same wells. The combination of the stable positioned probe LTC and the moving probe LTC has about 40% higher flow velocity than the rate of steady probe LTC placed in the well. The results also indicate that extremely slow velocity values (below approximately 0.02 m/day) can be measured only with LTC probes at fixed points. Modified probe slit was tested in the laboratory in plexi-glass tube using fluorescein and NaCl tracers. Unfortunately the modified geometry of measuring slit does not show distinctively better...

Měření vodivosti kapalin / Measurement of conductivity of liquids

Mašláň, Stanislav January 2011 (has links)
The first part of thesis is theoretical and it is the introduction into conductometry. It defines the essential terms of this field as well as contact and contactless methods of measurement of fluid conductivity and also the influential parasitic phenomena and possibilities of their elimination. The second part is dealing with design of the contactless transformer conductivity probe. The characteristics of designed probe are verified in the practical part of the thesis. The final part of the thesis is dealing with measurement according to the defined points in the assignment. The characteristics of several contact probes are verified and also the characteristic of the contactless transformer probe, which was implemented according to the design from the second part. Outcomes of these measurements establish the suitable power supply frequencies and currents for all these probes.

Screeningová analýza toxických kovů v říčních sedimentech Moravského krasu

Němcová, Martina January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis dedicates the presence of toxic metals in the river sediments of the Moravian Karst. Thesis assesses potential sources of toxic metals and deals with the issues of legislative measures relating to the presence of toxic metals in sediments. In the practical part diploma thesis determines the amount of toxic metals in 20 selected localities together with other geochemical parameters. pH, redox potential and conductivity were monitored in water. The amount of total organic carbon (TOC) and amount of toxic metals is determined in the river sediment. The concentration of toxic metals in sediments was determined by non-destructive X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF method) on the device Niton XL3t GOLDD +. Finally, the measured results of toxic metals are evaluated and compared with valid legislative regulations.

Provozní diagnostika bioplynových stanic

Dokulilová, Tereza January 2015 (has links)

Dlouhodobý vliv nízko-hořlavých elektrolytů na záporné elektrody / Long-term influence of low-flammable electrolytes on negative electrodes

Valoušek, Michal January 2020 (has links)
The thesis deals with the influence of low-flammable electrolytes on negative electrodes. The thesis describes materials used in lithium-ion batteries and functions of individual components. There is also a description of conductometry and electron microscopy, which is used in the practical part, ie during measurement. All findings are summarized at the end of the thesis.

Modelování hydraulické účinnosti vícekomorových septiků / Hydraulic efficiency of multi-chamber septic tanks based on mathematical modelling

Hradilová, Iva January 2015 (has links)
The submitted diploma thesis is focused on finding optimal inside arrangement of multi-chamber septic tank using the conductive method. The diploma thesis brings detailed description and measuring results, including the testing of several different arrangements of the standard circular three chamber septic tank in the project TAČR with the working title "Anasep" and newly developed four-chamber septic tank with several innovative features. The results are then categorized according to own terminology for ease application in the practice. The described method may be a suitable alternative for other technically and economically less available methods. The method shows very clearly whether the inner space of the septic tank sufficient use its volume to the velocity field distribution which has a direct impact on the rate of sedimentation of suspended solids and therefore affect the life of the downstream filtration equipment. Measured data processing and graphical outputs were processed in the programme Minitab. Graphical display of all variants of septic tanks was carried out using SketchUp. Visualization of a septic tank in 2D and 3D space plane was solved in COMSOL Multiphysic with the application of CFD module. The conclusion is based on achievements discussed the applicability of the described method and it presented hydraulically efficient multi-chamber septic tank, which is currently copyrighted solution, developed by a team of solvers in the project ANASEP.
