The goal of the thesis is to examine and assess actual portfolio of products on the market for server visualization and to compare performance of individual products with performance of the physical machine. The research and the assessment of the actual portfolio will be carried out with the focus on current trends in the area of server virtualization, reasons for realization, and important aspects for their successful implementation. The comparison will be carried out in areas of supported platforms, hardware emulation spectra, hardware limitations, licensing and prices. Further it will be performed comparison in the form of benchmark performance in areas of CPU, RAM, hard-drive throughput, and network throughput of most commonly used products for server virtualization.

The thesis describes questions of exchange differences in accordance with czech generally accepted accounting principles and in accordance with the International financial reporting standards. The thesis explains exchange rates used on the Czech Republic and czech accounting principles. The second part of this thesis is focused on International financial reporting standards. It makes clear what the functional currency is. It describes translation from the local currency to the functional currency and the translation from the functional currency to the presentation currency. It relates consolidated financial statement in the view of exchange differences.

The subject of this diploma work is to analyze proposals of fiscal consolidations in the Czech Republic and their following implementation in the years of 2002 to 2012. This work is trying to answer a question whether these proposals of the fiscal consolidaions were elaborated in agreement with research conclusions in the given field and whether they were successful in the sense of reduction of a deficit of the public budgets and public debt. In the first part of this work recent empirical studies with the following recomendations in the terms of realization of a fiscal consolidation are presented. Subsequently, a theoretical background in the form of keynesian and, so called, non-keynesian (expansionary fiscal consolidation hypothesis) effects of consolidation on economy is discussed. In the second part of this work an analysis of the proposals and implementation of the fiscal consolidations in the Czech Republic are presented with an attention to the evolution of the public budgets deficits and the public debt dynamic. The work uses, so called, narrative approach which is based on a study of open public documents from the archives of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, Parliament of the Czech Republic and the Czech National Bank. In the conclusions of this analysis it is stated that not a single implemented fiscal consolidation was successful in the terms of a reduction of the public budgets deficits and the public debt.

Práce se zaměřila na hodnocení fiskální politiky v Evropské unii. V prvé části jsme shrnuli vývoj fiskální politiky a názory ekonomický směrů na ni. Druhá část se věnuje vybraným problémem fiskální politiky. Je řešena otázka optimálního fiskálního pravidla. Ve třetí části práce je zachycen vývoj v eurozóně. Poslední část se zabývá alternativami pro omezení fiskální politiky v eurozóně.

This diploma thesis is focused on measures, which have been adopted in Iceland due to the crisis. The first part of the thesis follows up causes and a course of the Icelandic banking crisis in order to understand the situation which the Icelandic authorities had to respond. Subsequently there are outlined measures which are adopted and in the last part these measures are evaluated. Emphasis is placed on analysing the measures of capital controls, banking sector restructuring and fiscal consolidation. All measures have achieved their objectives and have had significant impact on current recovery. Therefore at the end of the thesis is discussed the possibility of these measures applicability in other countries.

This masters thesis deals with the determinations of financial synergic effects existence of Czech consolidating companies in the field of production and distribution of electrical and thermal energy. This will be assessed by using the selected financial indicators. The occurrence of a synergistic effect will be assessed by analyzing data from annual reports from the perspective of the parent company and the consolidation group.

The thesis focuses on the time analysis of the subsoil which is reinforced with stone columns and without them. The subsoil is made of saturated clays. Main purpose is to introduce the improvement into the numerical models. For the purpose of the diploma thesis the software Plaxis has been chosen, which is normally used for geotechnical tasks. The influence of the stone columns have been introduce to the model using the drain elemnets, spare charakteristics and local elements.

The purpose of master's thesis is preparing the proposal for optimization of servers using virtualization and consolidation. The master's thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is engaged theoretical ground of computer network, second part analyses the current state of IT infrastructure within the specific business. The last part contains the proposal to modernization and optimization of existing server solution including summary of expected costs for realization od proposal.

Polish Party System 1989-2016: A Case of Polarization Abstract The dissertation thesis analyses the Polish party system focusing particularly on the issues of polarization and anti-communism. The analysis is partially carried out in comparative perspective, especially in exploring anti-communism. Throughout the post-transition period, Poland has been displaying high levels of polarization, without any substantial link to the fragmentation of the party system. Seeking the sources of the polarizing tensions, the thesis has identified the construction of language of politics, as well as historicising and identity- based understanding of political divisions in Poland. The thesis specially focuses on the issue of anti-communism, as a key factor in creating and launching various polarizing impulses. The periodization of the Polish party system developments, as well as its categorization as a case of Satori's polarized pluralism is also proposed in the text. Meluzín, D. The impact of new accounting adjustments in the consolidated finan-cial statements in Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. Diploma thesis is focused on consolidated financial statements. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the legal regulation of the consolidated financial sta-tements and the concepts related to the topic with a focus on the full consolidation method. Further, the definition of consolidation in international legislation is described. The practical part is targeted on the analyzing of individual financial statements based on which consolidated financial statements are prepared using the full consolidation method. Furthermore, the financial analysis to identify the impact of consolidation on selected indicators is used. In the last part of thesis, the results of the work are evaluated and recommendations for improving the repor-ted financial results within the financial analysis are proposed.
