The thesis Handling In Adults Physiotherapy summarizes the knowledge of respiratory handling in application on adult patients. Part of the thesis also covers the relationship between body position and respiratory motor control. Experimental part consists of a clinical study with 10 COPD patients. The patients were treated in 3 positions by respiratory handling therapy. The result demonstrates a significant change in blood saturation after the therapy in position on a side. The thesis focuses on one of the possible methods of the opioid addiction treatment, on the substitution therapy. It also describes specific form of substitution therapy in Ústí nad Labem, part of the particular low-threshold facility for drug users. The paper also briefly discusses opioid addiction and the options of its substitutional therapy in Ústí nad Labem (e.g. methadone therapy, buprenorfine therapy). The aim of this thesis is to evaluate life quality of substitutional therapy's clients in the low-threshold facility in Ústí nad Labem and compare those results with life quality of clients who are using buprenorfine obtained on the black market. Another goal is to use these findings to improve and expand services for this target group. The theoretical part briefly describes the opioid addiction and possible methods of its treatment, mainly substitutional therapy. The research evaluates the life quality of clients who are using buprenorfine and identifies problematic parts of their lives. In endoprosthesis surgery there are typically a high percentage of implant defects, these can lead to failure of the whole prosthesis. One type of total hip replacement function loss is acetabular cup loosening from the pelvic bone. This disertation examines manufacture perturbations as one of the possible reasons for this kind of failure. Both dimension and geometry manufacturing perturbations of ceramic head and polyethylen cup were analyzed. We find that perturbations in the variables analysed here affect considered values of contact pressure and frictional moment. Furthermore, contact pressure and frictional moment are quantities affecting replacement success and durability. From obtained results it can be recommended to fit head and cup with a clearance of between 0 mm and 0.05 mm. It can not be recommend using interference type of fit because of strong deterioration of the contact conditions. Roundness perturbation of ceramic head should not exceed 0.025 mm.

This Master's Thesis deals with the introduction of the new type of contact lenses ACUVUE to the Czech market. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first is focused on theoretical analysis of the standard procedure for introducing of new products to the market which is possible to find in professional publications. The practical part analyses the introduction procedure of new ACUVUE contact lenses in Vision Care Division of Johnson & Johnson company. Final part of this thesis includes evaluation of the Vision Care marketing strategy and recommendations which can improve the introducing procedure for the future. The required outcome of this work is the evaluation of the analysis and set a few recommendation for improvement of the introduction process for the future.

The aim of this thesis is to find out using a method based on the size of the contact angle as changes over time surface free energy density polyethylene. Measured samples of discharges were adjusted by varying plasma and increased its surface tension. The theoretical part deals with the surface tension, contact angle and the Young's equation, which describes the relationship between wetting angle and energy at the interface states of matter. This work also mentions the ways in which the measurement is made. In the practical part of the thesis there is described not only the process of measuring, but also the own experiments and their results.

INTRODUCTION: Despite the unique status of methamphetamine on the Czech drug scene, where the number of problem MA users accounts for 3/4 of all problematic drug users, there is a minimal amount of literature in the literature on how to work with this target group in the addictological care system. OBJECTIVE: The practical part was to monitor the work and access to methamphetamine users in the selected k-centers. Attention was paid to presenting KC clients, perception of key motives in each phases of drug use trajectories, the process of working with clients from first contact to eventual mediation of treatment and description of the specifics of access to MA users. METHOD: The chosen sample was selected on the basis of deliberate targeted selection through the institution. The data were collected by semi-structured interview, which was fixed with audio recording and subsequently transcribed. The patterns capture method as used to analyze the data. This thesis deals with the study of sudden step changes observed in model testing of standard bearing steel 100Cr6. Methodology of experiments with step change of load is proposed and applied in measurements. Three complete series of experiments were conducted, and rating life was determined for each loading trend. Based on the experiments carried out, it was found that the selected steel is able to withstand the sudden step of load changes, despite the fact that it is not material of choise for this type of load. Part of this work was to verify functionality of the innovated test stations AXMAT with modern diagnostics and a new control system, and also of the hydraulic variant of AXMAT, which allows to remotely derive dynamic loading of the test sample.

The diploma thesis deals with the research of CIS sensors, their parameters and market research. It contains a comparison between sensors and line cameras, which are used for similar purposes, therefore in this case for scanning the packaging material. The diploma thesis contains the described construction of the device, including the assembly of components and the design of boards. The work describes in detail the image processing from the CIS sensor and various image preprocessing. There is also described method of defect detection, including their distribution and individual approach to each type of defect. The thesis contains a description of the GUI, including its functions and connection to the application dealing with image processing.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to provide an overview of the prevalence of allergenic and potentially allergenic metals in eye shadows. The diploma thesis gives an overview of the legislation on cosmetics and description of the types of allergenic reactions caused by allergenic and potential allergenic metals in eye shadows. Listed below are the preparation methods of the samples for analysis and the list of the methods by which can the selected metals be analyzed. The experimental part of the diploma thesis deals with an analysis of selected allergenic and potentially allergenic metals in eye shadows. In the experimental part of diploma thesis method of sample preparation for analysis of eye shadows and a method of analysis of sample of eye shadows by ICP-MS have been optimized. Monitored analytes were selected metals. Altogether 6 samples of eye shadows from different manufacturers were chosen. Measured results have been statistically processed, confronted with the applicable legislation and assessed in terms of possible allergic reactions.
