Pedagogické aspekty trenérské činnosti / Pedagogical aspects of coaching activities

The goal of this diploma thesis is to describe and analyze the pedagogical aspects of coaching in the context of the current offer of study programs for coaches, their professional background and their self-reflection due to their educational mission. To achieve these objectives it is necessary to define sport as such, its types and offers of sports activities for individuals. It is also necessary to define the role of the coach and systematically describe important attributes of the trainer. The analytical part of the paper will focus on the coaches self-reflection due to their educational mission. In this context, the questionnaire will analyze trainers view on their possible educational, or teaching activities. Other important issues that will be analyzed include: coaches view on their activities and the circumstances that affect their educational influence, etc. The final part will be devoted to evaluation of the current state of examined problems.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the coaching process in a manufacturing company and on the basis of these information to compare the period before the implementation of coaching and after that. Positive impacts will be observed, particularly in terms of efficiency of the production process, as well as wastage rate and finally will be evaluated levels of employee's satisfaction. For this purpose will be used evaluating interviews with employees, who participated in coaching, together with internal company materials. Benefit of this thesis is primarily evaluation the impact of the coaching process in the manufacturing company and based on the findings to propose recommendations for future development in the area of human resources. General conclusions of this thesis and subsequent recommendations could be useful for other manufacturing companies, which would like to develop employees through coaching.

The diploma thesis deals with the relationship and connections between career guidance and the personal well-being of adults. The aim of the work is to analyse the impact of career guidance on the personal well-being of adults. The theoretical basis of the work is devoted to the current form of career guidance in an andragogical context, the work of a career counsellor and various concepts of personal well-being are introduced. Subsequently, the relationship between career guidance and personal well-being is identified and specific mechanisms of the impact of career guidance on the personal well-being of an adult are described. Part of the diploma thesis is also a quantitative research, which aims to evaluate how clients of career guidance perceive its impact on specific dimensions of personal well-being. It was found that career guidance has the greatest impact on the dimension called self-acceptance and the dimension called meaning of life and has the least impact on the dimension called positive relationships. The results of the research also point to the importance of a form of career guidance in relation to the impact on personal well-being. The coaching is currently and dynamically developing access and newly emerging qualifications, and it is especially in the field of management and professional leadership of staff in the field of management. It is usable as the method of the support of proffesional growth and develop of staff in the various type of the contexts. The coaching is widely used in today's time, no only in personal life, but in proffesional life too. The coaching style is very often aplicated to the nursing practise in abroad, however in czech nursing it's completely new problem. In theoretic part of my thesis it's aimed for the basic characteristic of the coaching and its priciples. I pursue the problematic of the coaching and its possibilities of application, especially in field of conversional process at the graduates at the department of the intensive care. For chosen qualitative research it was selected the method of collecting data with no standard polostructured interview. The tested part has in total 6 persons. The aimed researched group were nurses, leaders, work at various departmens of the intensive care. They are active in adaptation process. Masters thesis based on extensive research on different forms of supervision organizations in seven organizations providing social services to prevent, try to define this type of supervision and generalize some of his characters. Data on supervision in the organization was obtained by questionnaire survey and interviews with managers of the organization. As part of the research was further investigated by questionnaire survey of participating organizations, culture and searched for possible relationship between the implementation the supervision organization and levels of organizational culture.
