Bývalá obecní draha: Refugia biodiverzity v měnící se krajině střední Evropy. / Former common pastures: Biodiversity refugia in the changing landscape of Central Europe.

Vosmíková, Alžběta January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis evaluates the current status of former common pastures of a study area in southwestern Bohemia. The thesis aims to demonstrate the high biological value of former common pastures and determine predictors of their preservation. For this purpose, a vector layer of former common pastures containing 668 segments was created. This layer was compared with other map layers (aerial images, consolidated layer of ecosystems, Natura 2000 mapping, species database) and various field observations. A database describing a current status of former common pastures was created and 49 preserved pastures were selected, according to predetermined criteria. Comparison of data from the common pastures and the sorrounding landscape confirmed higher biological value of the pastures. They have significantly higher habitat diversity, described by frequency and composition of Natura 2000 habitats. Several ecological and descriptive parameters were tested to find predictors of pastures preservation. The results showed that signifiant predictors of the pastures preservation are ecological parameters (i.e. number of Natura 2000 habitats, number of protected species recorded in database) and also descriptive factors (i.e. size of the pastures, shape, distance from municipality). Key words: common pastures,...

Proměny české kulturní krajiny - případová studie mikroregionu Novobystřicko

Vainarová, Petra January 2018 (has links)
The Master´s thesis deals with transformation of the cultural landscape in the microregion Novobystřicko specifically in cadastral areas Blato u Hůrek, Mnich a Nový Vojířov. The theoretical part referring to the cultural landscape of the Czech Republic is described to details in the form of a literature research. Follows characteristic of the microregion as a unit and then the selection of studied locations based on the coefficient of ecological stability. Every single location is explored based on the physical-geographic, ecological, demographic and cultural aspects. Then the locations were compar each other. There was describe transformation of the landscape of studied areas is within the last 172 years in the practical part. The development of the landscape structure was compared by using maps backgroud. Semi-interviews and SWOT analysis were used for a new land use draft. The results have showed the transformation of the cultural landscape to be evident, especially an decrease of fertile soils and an increase of forest areas in cadastral Mnich and Nový Vojířov. All defined hypotheses were confirmed.

Studie proveditelnosti krajinářských úprav v lokalitě Porubky v k.ú. Zubří

Chytka, Petr January 2018 (has links)
The subject of this diploma thesis is the feasibility study of the landscape management in the Porubky area in the cadastral territory Zubří. The diploma thesis consists of the actual diploma thesis, which deals with the biotechnological measures optimalization on the lands of one land owner and the project documentation. Three localities were chosen in total, in which the designs of the two variants of the biotechnological measures were made, these were made with regard to their ecologically-stabilizating and anti-erosion functions. Out of these variants, one was always chosen as optimal based on the determined current natural conditions and the area limits. One locality was chosen in advance by the land owner as an example, for which the project documentation with the requisites according to the modified attachment No. 4 of the decree No. 503/2006 was made.

Rekreačně turistické využívání centrálních částí KRNAP a CHKO Beskydy / Recreational and tourist exploitation of the central areas of the Giant Mts NP and Beskids PLA

Svobodová, Božena January 2011 (has links)
My thesis deals with evaluation of visits in central parts of Giant Mountains National Park in the summer month through three years of periodic monitoring and unique evaluation survey of visitors of natural protected area of Beskydy. It compares results of this protected areas each other and with other chosen national parks in North America, Australia and Europe. It has been recorded the quantitative load of selected localities in Giant Mountain National Park (Luční bouda, Labská bouda and U čtyř pánů) and natural protected area Beskydy (Pustevny). It were conducted guided interview with visitors at this locations. With this method used was obteined high ratio response (about 92 %). It was recorded a total of 44 281 visitors. The most frequented location was Luční bouda and U čtyř pánů in Giant Mountain National Park. But on the top of the Pustevny, the amount of walkers was twice times bigger. Statistically, it was subsequently found some answers to the dependence of demografic characteristic of population of respondents. From this conclusions were drawn both valid conclusions especially for the population of visitors, compared to other protected areas were also expressed about the conclusions of the participants travel mountain protected areas at all. These conclusions of the thesis will be...

Koncepční nástroje územního plánování a jejich specifika ve zvláště chráněných územích Šumavy / Conceptual tools of spatial planning and its specifics in specially protected areas in Šumava

Komárek, Matěj January 2020 (has links)
Conceptual tools of spatial planning and its specifics in specially protected areas in Šumava The thesis concerns with the relation between nature and landscape protection and spatial planning in Šumava. In Šumava we find Czech biggest national park and the whole area is protected with some other territorial protection tools of landscape and nature. Simultaneously we find in Šumava a large number of villages some of them located in the most strictly protected areas. In 2017 an amendment to the act no. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, was approved. The thesis was created at the turn of 2019 and 2020 when some territorial protection tools, such as quiet zones in national park, national park management plans and national parks zoning systems were redefined based on the 2017 amendment. This amendment has changed significantly the protection tools of landscape and nature and strengthen its role in the national parks. The mayors of municipalities were outright against the amendment and argued that as a result of this amendment the development of the villages would be limited. The thesis concerns with specifics of conceptual tools of spatial planning in Šumava, i. e. how the villages are limited in its territorial development by the existence of specially protected areas, also...

Konvergencia zemí strednej a východnej Európy

Jesenská, Denisa January 2019 (has links)
The thesis deals with the term convergence in connection with the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. In the 1990s, the transition process of centrally planned economies into market economies occurred in the countries in question. The countries had been isolated for almost half a century from a market-oriented economic system. The aim of the thesis is therefore to assess to what extent there is convergence between the more advanced states of Western Europe and the post-Soviet countries. Fulfillment of the objective of the thesis will be realized by analyzing the development of economic and non-economic indicators in the countries under review and assessing their convergence rate. Another aim of the thesis is to identify the main causes of different convergence rates between countries.

Význam remízků a jejich ekologických vlastností pro ptáky v intenzivně obhospodařované zemědělské krajině / The importance of woodlots and their ecological characteristics for birds in an intensively managed agricultural landscape

Rajmonová, Lenka January 2019 (has links)
Various types of woody vegetation are a key biodiversity refugee in intensively managed agricultural landscapes. However, the role of woodlots, representing an important type of such a vegetation, remains overlooked so far. Whereas the previous studies focused on the effect of their area, shape and isolation, consequences of variation in their habitat quality for biodiversity were not assessed up to now. This thesis is thus one of the first studies focusing on woodlots as a specific habitat for birds in agricultural landscape. My goals were: (I) to find out what is the bird community composition of woodlots in a Czech landscape, (II) to find out, what are the key habitat predictors of bird species richness and abundance in woodlots, (III) to describe differences in habitat preferences among various guilds and (IV) to formulate recommendations for conservational practice. I surveyed birds in 82 woodlots in an intensively managed landscape in Central Bohemia, Czechia, and measured variables describing woodlots' habitat quality together with woodlots' area, shape, isolation and types of surrounding land-use. I recorded numerous forest and non-forest bird species (57 in total), including some endangered farmland birds. The habitat variables showing significant relationships to bird community...

Nástroje ochrany životního prostředí v českém právu / Environmental protection instruments in Czech law

Timková, Lucia January 2013 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the instruments of environmental protection which are used in the Czech legal system. Thanks to these instruments, the state and other institutions try to assign the most effective environmental protection possible. We can divide these instruments into two main categories, direct and indirect. The direct instruments are divided into conceptual, administrative - law, vindicatory and voluntary. The indirect are represented by the economic instruments, which can be divided into instruments of positive and negative stimulation. The thesis also contains specification of the particular basic principles of the environmental protection and the concretization of the institutions responsible for the protection. Each chapter also contains a demonstration of how each particular group of instruments can be practically applied in the nature and landscape protection.

Právní režim volnočasových aktivit ve volné přírodě / Legal regime of free-time activities in wild nature

Táborská, Hana January 2015 (has links)
The diploma thesis "Legal regime of free-time activities in wild nature" deals with the legal regulation of individual behavior in the wild nature with respect to the protection of nature. It is based on legislation in force in the territory of the Czech Republic, mainly on the laws and implementing regulations relating to environmental protection. The diploma reflects the creation of new forms of recreation or entertainment in nature, which results in a higher burden on the environment; therefore there is a need for consistent application of legal rules. A fundamental aspect of this thesis is a summary of legal regulations of the execution of leisure activities in the wild nature followed by the review of the legislation including other possible future solutions.

Liniové prvky v zemědělské krajině pohraničí Plzeňského kraje / Linear features of agricultural landscape of the Pilsen region border area

Černík, Lukáš January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on the development of linear features in agricultural area of the Pilsen region border area. Transformation in the landscape microstructure are researched by an evaluation of the linear features changes. The states in the middle of the 20th century and in the present are compared by the indicator 'density of the linear features in the agricultural landscape'. According to the assumption, the number of the linear features has noticeably declined. The biggest declined number refers to the linear features of communications. The number of the dry vegetation and wet watercourses linear features has slightly increased. Concerning length, the biggest decrease refers to the number of the narrowest and narrow linear features, while the number of wide linear features have increased. The decline of the linear features is more noticeable in areas struck by the expulsion of Czech Germans than in areas where Czech inhabitants have lived. The assumption, that demographical changes had influenced changes in the microstructure of the border areas, was proved. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
