Modul řízení krokového motoru pro poziční systém přes Ethernet / Control module of stepper motor for positional system with Ethernet

Raszka, Dan January 2018 (has links)
This paper describes the design of Stepper motor controller module controlled over Ethernet for positioning system. Part of this work describes analysis of the assignment, design of modular circuit, choosing right components and prototype design of communication and power module. In another part each module is described with emphasis to modularity. It deals with description of manufactured prototypes and their tested paramethers.

Návrh motorizovaného optického systému pro zaostření laserového svazku / Design of motorized optical system used for focusing of a laser beam

Zobač, Evžen January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the structural and optomechanical design of automatization of focusing laser beam for a remote laser spectroscopy device. The chosen solution uses an active rangefinder and a rotary unit to control the change of the focus plane of the device's optic system. The dependence of the focus plane’s change on the shift of lens in the focus plane was practically measured. For proper control of the rotary unit, this dependency is needed. Structural parts were made based on the created drawing documentation. The structural parts were mounted in the existing assembly of the device together with the purchased components. The proposed solution enables a change of the optical system, for example, in order to obtain a more appropriate range of focal planes.

Elektronika a řízení CNC frézky / Electronics and CNC milling machine control

Tmej, Tomáš January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis focuses on the electronics design of a hobby CNC milling machine. There are analysed and described the individual electronic parts and components related to this problematic. Three electronics suggestions are made, these suggestions are compared. Then, one of these variants is selected and implemented. Next, is created a relevant PLC program to control the CNC milling machine with visualization for easy control.

Řízení krokového motoru mikrokontrolérem / Microcontroller control of step motor

Bělíček, David January 2009 (has links)
Subject of this thesis is introduction to questions of stepping motors control. The thesis characterizes basic principles some types of stepping motor, their features and control methods. These knowledges are consequently used for proposition of controlling circuit for driving stepping motor using microcontroller.

Návrh a řízení CNC stroje / CNC - design and contrlol

Matoušek, Vojtěch January 2011 (has links)
My task was to build a smaller structure triaxial CNC milling. I designed electronics for motion control. The main part is the implementation of the control unit, which will provide control of the machine. The work includes the complete design, PCB design and program description for the uP ARM. The unit can work independently as well as hardware interpolator connected to the PC.

Pohon peristaltického čerpadla pro lékařské účely / Drive of peristaltic pump for medicine

Smrž, Ondřej January 2012 (has links)
This work is focused on the design of the peristaltic pump drive for medical purposes. Its initial goal is closer introduction of peristaltic pumps and stepper motors. Then the design of BLDC motor will be made and the use of this motor will be compared with stepper motor. Design of the BLDC motor will be made using RMxprt. Last but not least simulations of both types of motors for the peristaltic pump will be created in Simplorer. Finally, the program LabVIEW will be introduced and a program for controlling a stepper motor will be created.

Automatizace procesu 3D zobrazování / Automatization of 3D stacking process

Kamenec, Jan January 2012 (has links)
The task of my thesis was to automate the process of 3D stacking. The work includes design of complex control board, that will serve as a control unit and provide a comprehensive function of mechanical displacement in combination with digital image acquisition. In addition, the electronics for controlling a stepper motor, PCB and the design. The result of this is a facility that provides automatic acquisition of images with different depth of field.

Skenovací fotoeleasticimetrie / Scanning photoelasticimetry

Šikula, Radek January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with the polarization of the light and its use in the field of photoelasticity measurement. The theoretical part is divided into two sections. First the light is described as electromagnetic waves in the theoretical section. Further the polarization types are described and the principle of the photoelasticity is explained. Electronic is described in the second section of the theoretical part. In the frame of the experimental part electronic design is presented together with the program for the scanning device controller. The functionality of the device is tested in the last section.
