The topic of the thesis is costs in truck transport. There is analyzed theme Progress of costs in time, using indexes. The theoretical part is focused on the methodology for calculating the cost index published by the Czech Association of Road Carriers Česmad Bohemia and compared with several foreign indexes. The practical part has two objectives. The first focuses on the design of a new methodology that will be more accurate and reflect the true situation. The second objective of this methodology is to design basic informatics support, for both users, indexes users and persons, who are responsible for publishing these statistics. The summary points to the possibilities of alteration of the current designed index methodology and the potential for cooperation of Česmad Bohemia and Czech Statistical Office.

The thesis deals with OpenCV library and its implementation into scripting language Lua. The first part of the thesis concentrates on description of the course Computer vision MPOV and description of mathematical basics needed for further understandings. The second part describes OpenCV library and its potential usage in the MPOV. Next chapter examines the programming scripting language Lua. The description of the implementation of binding the OpenCV library to Lua language along with its overall functionality is included in the practical part of the thesis. The use of LuaCV is more comfortable thanks to Open Source projects for cross-platform compilation and distribution. Part of the thesis is also generator of Latex documentation for LuaCV binding. The last chapter deals with testing LuaCV in course MPOV and analysis of criticism from students.

The subject of this dissertation is to do a fundamental analysis based on chosen shares on the czech capital market. The chosen corporations are Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. and ČEZ, a.s. In this dissertation I have set the share value, the prediction of the progression of dividends and the amount of ratio index. Further I have made a recommendation for future investors and the timing of their commerce.

Abstract In our dissertation we address the needs rooting in the ongoing process of systematic efforts to improve the Czech educational system. Mainly, we focus on the question of how to implement the cross-curricular topic Multicultural Education into English language classes at lower and upper secondary schools. As Multicultural Education, along with the other cross-curricular topics, has become an obligatory and essential part of the reformed Czech curricula. The author of this dissertation is employed with the English Department at the Faculty of Education of The University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. That is why we aim to introduce the theoretical background and history of the cross-curricular topic Multicultural Education in the Czech educational system. Then, based on that theoretical background, we shall design and run a course at the Pedagogical faculty for our students (teachers-to-be) that will provide them with sufficient amount of theory. Within the course the students will be given enough practical examples of the implementation of Multicultural Education into English classes when combining cultural and linguistic aims and at the end of the course we will allow the students to design and try such a class during their peer teaching. Master´s thesis goal that the author hopes to achieve is a design of an application aiding stock technical analysis based on identified needs. Based on analysis regarding modules for technical analysis of current trading platforms, I found out there is a certain space for improvement. Implemented trading rules and technical indicators of the application itself are further examined in terms of prognostic success rate on historical data. Selected chapters of technical analysis are fundamental base for this master´s thesis.
