The goal of this thesis is to chart the qualifications of adults educators ? instructors - in the educational programme of a selected organization as an example. I firstly define the term company education after which I focus on the personality of adults instructor and participators, and the methods used during internal or external educational events. In the experimental part I analyse the educational system of a selected company. The experimental part also includes a questionnaire survey, the result of which is the description of qualifications of instructors and especially the way how the adult participators react on them.

Doprovodné programy divadel / ACCOMPANYING PROGRAMMES IN THEATRES

The present diploma thesis discusses the use of accompanying programmess as a resource for building audiences for theatres as well for some other types of culture institutions. Its aim is to present an overview of the current situation for developing this kind of activities in the Czech context, both from the perspective of the institutions involved, and from the perspective of culture politics. The introductory section of the present work defines the key notions of the issue of accompanying programmess, above all defining the accompanying programme itself and its relation to the main programme. The thesis extensively discusses strategic documents and cultural policies relevant both in terms of the European Union and the Czech Republic. This section forms the main part of the thesis, outlining as it does both political and legislative premises which can play a crucial role for the future orientation of cultural institutions in this area. Further on, I discuss the introduction of accompanying programmess into theatre practice in the form of the activity of theatre coach, and define target groups and forms of programming. Last but not least I also look at research studies that have been conducted in the field, regarding the conditions for audience development in Czech cultural institutions. The conclusion of my thesis presents a case study of the accompanying programmess at the National Theatre, Prague. This section focuses mainly on the activities of the Drama and Ballet ensembles, their different approaches to this issue, as well as their collaboration in the form of a joint platform ND+, which is intended in the future to be an umbrella for all the accompanying programmess of all of the National Theatre ensembles.

Komunikace lektorů při doučování českého jazyka / Communication of lecturers during private tutoring in Czech language

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of communication in private tutoring of the Czech language (especially the analysis of communication of lecturers). The analysis is based on five recordings of private tutoring. The thesis in the theoretical part summarizes the existing knowledge about private tutoring and about communication in school, such as verbal and nonverbal communication of teachers and of students or typical communication structure used in school education. In the practical part, the thesis analyzes the communication in private tutoring in the Czech language based on recordings of lecturers and their students visiting the second primary school level or similar years of multi-year grammar school. The thesis according to the analyzed material describes verbal and nonverbal communication of lecturers and students in private tutoring, then focuses on communication structure in private tutoring, i. e. questions of lecturers, student answers and feedback of lecturers. Knowledge about communication in private tutoring is then compared with communication in school. In the end, the thesis focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of online form of private tutoring based on analyzed recordings and interviews with lecturers.

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the competencies of a foreign language teacher. It develops the specifics of the lecturer's work in the field of language teaching with regard to the current economic and socio-cultural context and the diversity of the language services market. It analyzes theoretically and conceptually focused sources developed mainly in the European Union. The thesis contains an analysis of concepts of competence, from a sociological, psychological, political and economic point of view. An analysis of the current state of language education and the characteristics of entities in the language services market is also presented. The thesis offers an up-to-date classification of teaching competencies, which takes into account current trends in the socio-economic life of society. The developed model of competencies can serve as a reference point for political actors in the standardization and regulation of the profession, as well as for language schools and teachers themselves in raising their professional level. Based on the performed theoretical analysis, it proposes a broad view of the foreign language teacher as an important social actor, whose activity transcends the boundaries of language teaching and includes a much more complex influencing of desirable social changes....

This thesis focuses on creating a draft proposal for the qualification paths for two specific technical professions in accordance to the modern and increasingly popular trends in e-learning methods. The draft proposal deals specifically with the new structure of the qualification paths and compares the ways in which the qualification paths are managed within the scope of technical personnel training performed by the extra-curricular department of After Sales Training. This department provides training to importer delegates and the Czech dealer network. The comparison study focuses on the currently used structure of fixed learning/qualification paths performed mainly in the form of presence training (which joins profession-specific training with general and shared basic content), and on the newly prepared training concept consisting of an individual and personalised training plan based on personal preferences and knowledge levels, which is completed by a final knowledge test. Therefore, the objective of this thesis is to propose a new structure of personnel training for two professions which is to be delivered in an extra-curricular training organisation. The next section describes the differences between education of adults and children. Then the work is focused on the personality of the lector and didactic process, its aims, methods, forms and tools. To conclude the theoretical part summarizes the principle of feedback. The second part is summarized of research where respondents are lectors themselves. From research we know how much are they competent to exercise the profession of lecturers from the point of view of teaching, respectively didactic. This diploma thesis deals with adult teacher competencies. It describes current situation in adult education and it focuses on measuring quality level of teacher competencies. There is given the main overview of adult education specifics. These are the prerequisites for defining adult teacher competencies. There is given specific adult teacher competencies and related roles which are generally based on teacher's activities during educational courses. Next part describes present conception of teacher's competencies. These theories and presented model of roles are accepted as basis of establishment of classification of adult teacher competencies with emphasis on participant of educational process. Survey of adult teacher competencies was focused on three groups of respondents (participants, teachers, ordering party) and it determines the importance of competencies described in classification. Efektivita vzdělávacích programů divadelních dílen při vybraných českých divadelních scénách / Effectivity of educational theatre workshops of selected Czech theatre scenes

This thesis is aimed at the educational potential of theatre arts in a relationship to its recipients which are children of a younger school age and to its other actors like theatre lecturers and teachers. In the theoretic part of the thesis are defined the specifications of theatre art aimed at a child spectator in terms of a content of the theatre inscenations, school as a partner of cultural institutions, work with the audience, accompanying programs and its developers. The theoretic part of the thesis also maps already realized studies in the field of theatre education. The empirical part of the thesis is an effort to find out the educational efficiency of the theatre workshop programs, these being realized by a professional Czech theatre scenes, and reveals the methods of utilization of the educational potential of these programs by theatre lecturers and teachers. Research investigation showed a high effectivity of these programs in terms of personal and social growth of its recipients, specifically developing their key competences.
