Rozvoj kompetencí lektorů soft skills: tvorba vzdělávací koncepce / Development of soft skills trainers competencies: creating educational concepts

This thesis is devoted to the theme of the development of soft skills trainers' competencies. A special attention has been paid to the various roles that a trainer has when performing his/her job and the related competencies that are essential for high-quality mastering of this profession. The focal points are the possibilities of trainers' teaching competence development within formal and informal education that a trainer has during preparatory as well as further education with special emphasis on the methods that can be employed to achieve this education. The empiric part of this thesis maps the ways of acquiring trainer's competencies as they occur in practice, their connection with further professional development. At the same time it verifies the suitability of the methods that are used to develop competencies. Based on the interpretation of information provided by the respondents and study of relevant literature, a methodological concept of education of a trainer has been developed.

The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts of the issue, the development of street dance in the world and in the Czech Republic, the structure of street dance classes, methods and forms of work, the personality of a teacher and the use of online street dance classes. The practical part is based on a research survey through an interview with street dance teachers and their students. The aim of the research is to find out whether street dance teachers used online lessons during the coronavirus epidemic and, if so, which applications worked for them. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the results of research and summarize the possibilities of online teaching street dance for students. Part of the diploma thesis is "Methodology, how to teach street dance via Zoom application", which is verified in practice and supplemented by a final reflection. This diploma thesis deals with the competence model of a soft skills trainer working in the private sector. It looks into the specifics of adult education with emphasis on the presentation of barriers when educating adults. Furthermore, this work discusses adult education specifics while focusing on the differences from the education of children and youth. This diploma work focuses on a trainer's personality requirements, his competences, and it presents expectations related to the trainer. A soft skills trainer's competence model is drawn up on the basis of theory presented and research carried out. The research focuses on three groups of participants to educational process - representatives of an educational organization as a trainer's employer, ordering party of an educational event as a trainer's customer and trainers themselves.

Efektivita vzdělávacích programů divadelních dílen při vybraných českých divadelních scénách / Effectivity of educational theatre workshops of selected Czech theatre scenes

This thesis is aimed at the educational potential of theatre arts in a relationship to its recipients which are children of a younger school age and to its other actors like theatre lecturers and teachers. In the theoretic part of the thesis are defined the specifications of theatre art aimed at a child spectator in terms of a content of the theatre inscenations, school as a partner of cultural institutions, work with the audience, accompanying programs and its developers. The theoretic part of the thesis also maps already realized studies in the field of theatre education. The empirical part of the thesis is an effort to find out the educational efficiency of the theatre workshop programs, these being realized by a professional Czech theatre scenes, and reveals the methods of utilization of the educational potential of these programs by theatre lecturers and teachers. Research investigation showed a high effectivity of these programs in terms of personal and social growth of its recipients, specifically developing their key competences.

Quality assurance of education in organizations providing further vocational education Dagmar Urbanová ABSTRACT The aim of the thesis is to analyze the possibilities of assurance of quality in private organizations providing adult professional education in the Czech Republic and to find out whether and with what impact these possibilities are currently used. The theoretical part puts continuing professional education into the context of lifelong learning, outlines the historical development of this segment of education, recalls important documents, organizations, and events that advocate autonomy, development and spreading of awareness of the importance of continuing professional education. In the second chapter of the theoretical part, the current possible tools and methods for the management and evaluation of the quality of adult education are defined and described. The research part uses a questionnaire survey to explore what methods for the improving the quality of their services the organizations providing adult education use, what the applied methods give to them, what requirements they impose to their instructors and the overall role played by the quality in their activities.
