By means of Kurt Lewin’s epistemological perspective, we seek to know how these dualities could correspond to Galilean and Aristotelian ways of scientific thought. Having evidenced that Freud had shown an oscillation between the modes of scientific thought, we have sought, through Freud’s own works, some indication which would help as a supplementary Galilean reference. We considerate, then, that Freud’s view on plasticity and adhesiveness of libido present the idea of a continuum between the two phenomena. That is, instead of opposing them in the way of the Aristotelian dichotomies, Freud has dialectically connected them as dualities and series of phenomena which show internal and continuous variation among themselves. This testifies the existence of some phases of transition between normality and pathology and health and disease. Once Freud had only conceived but never formalized his idea in epistemological terms, we have tried to do this. By means of Canguilhem theory life normativity and the differences between normality and health as well as abnormality and pathology, we have found out that: (1) the above mentioned dualities correspond to the Galilean way of thought; this occurs mainly when Freud refers to neurosis; Freud conceived them as a series of phenomena that show internal and continued interconnection. (2) Despite the difference between their fields of reference, the logic found in Freud is somewhat comparable to what Canguilhem attributed to life normativity. / Trata-se de uma investigação sobre as dualidades conceptuais saúde/doença e normal/patológico em Freud. Mediante a perspectiva epistemológica de Kurt Lewin, buscamos saber o quanto estas dualidades expressariam o modo de pensamento galiléico e o que há do modo aristotélico. Ora, uma vez que Freud oscilou entre as duas formas de pensamento, procuramos, no seu próprio texto, algumas indicações que pudessem servir como referência galiléica suplementar. Consideramos que ao falar sobre plasticidade e adesividade libidinais, ele teria estabelecido um continuum entre estas categorias em relação: em vez de opô-las em dicotomias aristotélicas, ele as teria conectado dialeticamente como verdadeiras dualidades ou séries de fenômenos que compreenderiam uma variação contínua entre si. Tal justificaria o reconhecimento de que fases de transição estariam sempre presentes entre a normalidade e a patologia, e saúde e doença, respectivamente. Supondo que Freud tenha apenas raciocinado mediante tal lógica, não chegando a formalizá-la epistemologicamente, tentamos formalizá-la com a ajuda do que Canguilhem expôs sobre a normatividade de vida e as diferenças entre normalidade e saúde e, anormalidade e patologia. Verificamos que (1) as dualidades acima referidas expressam amplamente o modo de pensamento galiléico, mormente quanto às neuroses; ele as concebeu como séries de fenômenos que compreendem uma variação contínua entre si. (2) Apesar da distinção entre seus campos de referência, a lógica que descobrimos haver em Freud é algo comparável com o que Canguilhem atribuiu à normatividade vital.

The subject of thesis "Change management in selected company`` is analyse of internal and external environment on the basis of SWOT and STEP analysis. Furthermore, analyse of business processes in a particular company. The theoretical part is aimed at defining the basic concepts and methods descriptions of change management. In the practical part I am mapping the processes in the company and suggesting their reengineering. Based on the analysis I am suggesting the possibilities of further changes in the company.

Dutch composer Peter Schat’s (1935-2003) pursuit of a compositional system that could generate and preserve intervallic relationships, while allowing the composer as much flexibility as possible to manipulate musical material, led him to develop the tone-clock system. Fundamentally comprised of the twelve possible trichords, the tone clock permits each to generate a complete twelve-tone series through the “steering” principle, a concept traced to Boulez’s technique of pitch-class set multiplication. This study serves as an overview of Schat’s tone-clock system and focuses primarily on the effects of the steering function in “Genen” (2000). Furthermore, I expand on the tone-clock system by combining transformational theory with Julian Hook’s uniform triadic transformations and my proposed STEER and STEERS functions, which express the procedures of the steering principle as a mathematical formula. Using a series of transformational networks, I illustrate the unifying effect steering has on different structural levels in “Genen,” a post-tonal composition.

The master thesis is focused on the assessment of the company information system and the proposal for changes. Primarily, the thesis focuses on adding new module Wages and Human Resources to existing information system. As the second part of the implemented change, proposals are presented in the work to improve the current situation in the field of information security.

Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of information system for customer relationship management in the company AURA, s.r.o., which deals with the development and delivery of information systems focused on military material logistics. The content of the thesis is the theoretical basis for the analysis and understanding of the concepts mentioned in the work. The outputs of the analyses are information that are used to create a solution proposal to improve the current situation.

This master's thesis deals with an assessment of specific information system of the Red Hat Inc. company, and consequent suggestions of potential changes. The thesis is divided into three parts. The introductory one is focused on theoretical knowledge which together with performed analysis has become a fundamental base for the system assessment and suggestions of changes leading to process improvements.

The essay’s main focus has been to investigate and analyze the political actions behind the 2015’s grade compromise; an agreement to introduce grades from the fourth year in primary school. Through a game-theory analysis, mainly based in Leif Lewin’s and Jörgen Herman's research on rationality in politics, this study examined the grade debate  during a fifteen year period. The primary task has thereby been to explain the grade compromise through game-theory. According to the study carried out it is possible to conclude that the conservative parties mainly used strategies as smart rhetorical actions and condemnation of the socialist school policies in order to achieve their goals. They also strategically tried to persuade the opposition to favor their policy. Finally, by postponing the decision process, concerning the grades from grade six, they could promote the election campaign in 2010 and maintain high influence in the government. The red and green parties had for a long time been having differing opinions regarding school policies and education, however, they started cooperating in order to promote their respective preferences. The strategies used were mainly small deviations from their own opinions to make the various outcomes more advantageous. After defeat they strategically embraced the new policy and made it their own to stay strong. The conservative alliance saw the compromise as a strategic way to implement their own policy without relying on the red/green governments execution. The red and green parties also benefited from the compromise. They did not have to discard and abandon their preferences, instead they could prevent the proposal from becoming another legislative change.

The main topic of this thesis is creating a methodology for data backups in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). After analysis of individual regulation sections, processes and methods of proper data backups will be defined. The thesis will also concern itself with different backup media types and related technology. Outcome of the text will be the creation of a specific method useful for change control.

This diploma thesis deals with the strategy of business development of company, which produce natural jewelry and accessories. Based on the strategic analysis, the company's position on the market and its competitive advantage is determined. According to the company's vision and strategic goals, a comprehensive strategy for the development of a small business is proposed, including a time schedule for implementation.
